My regular pet groomer is booked so tried to schedule my dog for this one time visit. Was told to register online. Called back and they said because of my dog’s age (she is 9) and pancreatitis they can’t groom her. That’s discrimination, what does my dog health issue have to do with grooming her. She gets acute pancreatitis if not on a special food diet. So unprofessional, also never knew her being 9 would be an issue. Yeah def will wait to book at her regular groomers. Don’t recommend this place.

Super nice and professional. My puppy is always very excited to go and see them. He is very grumpy and weird about having his feet touched, but he seems very calm and at ease there. Highly recommend them and they are very affordable as well

They are amazing! It was very hard to find a good grooming place since we moved to Lakeland, but finally we found it. The people are nice and they really care about your puppies. Highly recommend!

I took my fur babies here for the first time and I am in love with their little haircuts! The staff was fabulous and listened to my concerns about keeping their hair longer. They were loving to my girls which was very comforting during drop off. They even gave a cute birthday bandana and bow for my sweet girl’s birthday on Saturday. I am so glad I took a chance here and I will definitely be back again in the future.

I have been using Lakeland Pet Salon for a few months now and this was my fur-babies third grooming. I wanted to wait for a few grooming cycles before offering a review to make sure they are consistent, and yes they are. The staff is incredibly friendly and appear to truly care about the animals. They have taken such great care of my dogs, especially my chihuahua, who is very skittish. The hair cut for my miniature schnauzer-chihuahua mix is perfect. He can’t really have the skirt of schnauzer due to the thin hair from the Chihuahua, so they do a great job of giving him a nice short cut, but he’s able to have beautiful eyebrows and beard. They always do a great job on his face, and I’ve had a lot of groomers that didn’t understand how to do the schnauzer face. For my purebred Chihuahua, she always gets her nails and the deshedding done. She comes home with perfect nails, not cut too short, and her fur is perfect. She doesn’t shed for a long time after her grooming visit.

My dogs have been going here for a few years now, and I'm never disappointed! The family that runs the establishment is truly the sweetest group of people. My dogs are always so excited to go there and when I pick them up, they smell amazing and look awesome! I've been to other groomers over the years and my dogs have left looking botched or worse, feeling anxious when going back. I've never had anything but wondeful experiences here and would recommend highly to anyone who wants their furry family members treated with the upmost care.

Lakeland Pet Salon is by far my favorite small business! They’ve been doing a fantastic job keeping my Goldendoodle clean and handsome for about two years now. I took him in this morning for his biweekly bath and introduced my family’s new Shih-poo to the staff. Without me asking, they offered to take him without an appointment for a bath and puppy trim. They only charged my $60 for both dogs’ baths and trims! I am always so pleased with the job the do and the prices they charge, but they absolutely knocked my socks off this morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the staff! You all are so wonderful! I feel so comfortable leaving my beloved pups with you because of the extra care and love you give.

Staff was great and its very reasonably priced. I brought my German Shepard and he was so good with them and they did not have a problem with him being a bigger dog. Definitely going back! Edit: Just want to add that we have still been coming back 6 months later and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend if I could give another 5 stars I would, they are the best!

They do a great job every time

I have been taking my long-haired Dachsund to Lakeland Pet Salon for several years. The staff is kind, caring and professional and they want to please and are always loving to my 8 year old Schnapps. They price fairly and are consistently responsive to any special request I may have. Also I appreciate how they schedule as there is always a calm atmosphere which means a lot to me and my dog.

We have always had a great experience here. The staff are super friendly and we always get a well-groomed pet within a reasonable time frame. They are always happy to see our little man and provide him with the accommodations he needs.

My 11 year old great dane mix Kash went in for his first salon visit with Lakeland pet salon. I told them it was important he was completely deshedded (meaning I didn't want to have to brush him again when he got home) and they delivered beautifully. He smells amazing, hasn't shed one bit, his teeth are glowing clean, his nails are perfectly trimmed and you can tell he feels really good from all the pampering. We will definitely be coming back! Amazing job guys! Five stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Referred by a friend for our newly adopted dog. I loved the fact that my dog didn't have to sit in a kennel all day. They keep the dog for the time of the grooming and not longer. Very friendly staff, our dog's haircut looked great and when I asked to cut her hair around the eyes a bit more, they were very accommodating.

We love this place. We take our dog Guinness here to be groomed. We have referred friends and family here as well because of their friendly attitude. You can tell they love animals and are gentle and loving with them. On an occasion when we canceled last minute due to unforeseen issues, they were so nice and accommodating; they have never been rude, unlike other businesses. We love our LPS!! The groomers here are amazing at what they do! They know each pet by name and take the time to get to you know your pet and what works for them during the grooming process. The pricing is more than reasonable for the service and my pet loves coming here. Her tail wags uncontrollably when we arrive at the location.
