The office is convenient to my home. The staff is warm and welcoming, and most important, Dr. Torres is wonderful

I have been a loyal customer to the animal hospital for many, many years. I have two dogs and two cats and have brought them all to Regal for any health related issues. Staff is usually very professional and personable. Until today have never had any issues at all with the business or staff. I have an (18) year old dog who gets skin irritation flare ups from time to time that is allergy related. I have brought him in to Regal two times prior for the same issue. Each time he was prescribed a spray for the flare up and oral tablets to prevent infection. On 12/29/21 I asked the hospital if they would refill his previous medication, as he had just received a hair cut and I noticed another flare up, same as prior. They told me yes and that they would call me when ready. I did not receive a call. On 12/30/21 I went back in to Regal and inquired again, but was told I had to make a new appt. to receive the same spray as I received prior, for the same skin irritation as treated prior? The first available appt. was the following week. I then had a discussion where I voiced my problem with Regal now refusing to provide me the spray, at least enough until I could make the appt., so as my dog would not suffer until the appt. date. They gave me their reason, being his age, which to me sounded like just an excuse. It did not make sense, if it had I wouldn't of questioned. He was in (9) months prior for the same issue, so wasn't even a year older. There was no yelling, no cursing, no disrespectful remarks, etc. Nothing more than a consumer questioning what the problem was. Several mins. after the discussion had ended and we had moved on, a vet and office manager walked up and tried to start the back and forth all over again, because they did not like what I had to say. I explained to them the matter had been resolved and ended, several mins. prior and that they were restarting it for what purpose? Just because of Pride. I had already told the receptionist I'd take the appt. for the following week and would take the tablets, as I needed something. The two just wanted to keep going and I had to stop it, by ending any arguing back and forth. The receptionist and I had already moved on already from the issues I had. When I came back in to pay, maybe 5 mins. later and inquire of my appt. time, I was told the vet (who of course had ran off rather then tell me herself) stated she would no longer see me and I was not welcome back at Regal!? All over voicing issues to the receptionist that lasted maybe 5 mins. Very adolescent. I was very shocked, as the staff in prior years have been great and any issues, if any, get discussed and whether we agree or not, no one allows their pride to get involved and then retaliate by abusing their position. In this case, the vet didn't like my questions, so banned me from the office. So, it may be a great office, so long as you just accept what you're told and don't voice any questions or concerns if you have them. Again, no one ever yelled, cursed, verbally attacked anyone, etc. To reply to the response back listed below. The length since the last visit wasn't an issue for one of the medications but was for another, both prescribed for the same problem 9 months ago. And then, because the office didn't like being questioned and allowed their pride to get hurt, banned a loyal customer who had been coming there for many years. That was an impulsive emotional reaction, not professionalism, unless the office doesn't allow customers to ask questions when they don't understand an issue presented. A professional can handle answering questions they may not like without getting offended and then abusing the authority of their position in retaliation. I was banned over questioning why their was a problem. People get banned for acting out or acting inappropriately, not simply questioning. Great office, as long as they don't get upset with you, then their true colors come out, which is anything but professional and caring.

The service here is amazing. Everyone is really nice and treat your pet as their own. Highly recommended.

I have known Dr.John Joyce even before he opened his animal hospital. I left my other vet to go to him when he opened a Regal. Have had MANY animals in my life and therefore vets. He is by far the best. I have four animals now and I know he cares for them ALMOST as much as I do…nothing like a mother’s love! I urge anyone that asks to go to him(ha-even people who don’t ask). If you truly cherish your pet(s) Regal Animal Hospital is for you.

Caring, compassionate, thorough and just a lovely office. Dr Tori and staff are always there to answer any questions I might have regarding Molly and I always know we’re in great hands! I wish more dr’s office could take a lesson from this one!

Dr Tori and staff are very professional and personable. They understand that our pets are our family members and treat them with respect. Dr Tori is very thorough with treatment options and care plans and makes sure that the pet parent understands and is on board before proceeding. Transparent and upfront billing. I highly recommend!

Dr Tori is awesome! I wouldn't bring my special FIV cat to anyone else. The staff is always helpful and friendly and organized. Regal is the best!

We have been clients of Regal Vet for over 6 years. ANY issues or health problems we have had have always been dealt with compassion, professionalism and accurately. The staff including Ann, Doctors and staff can't be beat! We've referred a number of folks to Regal.

Our 16 month old Havanese was in for his yearly checkup and shots. Alfie is as comfortable at Regal as he is at home. The staff members are all friendly and welcoming. Dr. Joyce met Alfie down on his level ( the floor) when reviewing his health with me. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a caring professional veterinary experience. Fast forward to 11/15/2021, Alfie is almost 2 years old and Regal has served us well for health services as well as a “home away from home” when his parents travel.

First time visit for our 16 year old dog. Everyone was kind, professional and caring. Have been to many Animal Hospitals, and few come close to the quality level of Regal Animal Hospital.

We are very happy with Regal Animal Hospital. Our dog, Otto has been with them since we brought him home to our family since he was 8 weeks old. I was fortunate to meet Dr. Cash and Stephanie yesterday. They gave me good advice and really turned my situation with my cat around. I’m thankful that I ended up at Regal and not at another animal hospital. They are very caring, understanding and very professional.

I called with very short notice for an appointment because I found a kitten. They were super flexible with me and very accommodating with my crazy work schedule for the day. I will definitely be back. They were absolutely amazing and Cici loved them too!

My rescue has gone to Regal for over six years and they never disappoint. Not only do they effectively treat your pets needs, but give extensive follow up after the visit. I literally received four follow up calls from the staff to check on his progress. They gave me further instruction on how to accelerate his healing. Even my pediatrician does not do that for my human child! I would not trust anyone else with my baby.

I have been taking my dog here for the past year, as Regal Animal Hospital came highly recommended by her rescue organization. Everyone from the administrative staff to the office manager to the animal care providers are so friendly, patient, and knowledgable. Great bedside manners all around.
