I just came back from a wellness check and vaccines for my dog, Howly. This is a hands down very friendly and caring animal hospital. I’ve never experienced such professionalism and proper handling with my dog. I’m very satisfied with their service and knowledge. Thank you all for being awesome! I’ll definitely be recommending you to other pet owners! ???? ????

Just want to say thank you. Pet calls is a great vet. They took care of my little buddy. Dr. E cares so much for her patients. She helped us out a lot. They called several times after the fact to check up on my dog. Their prices are so reasonable as well. Thank you again from King and his parents. (Ps this is an old picture he’s taking a break from the couch)

Pet calls animal hospital is an institution that employs empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable veterinarians and staff to care for your furry loved ones! We had taken our 3 Boston Terriers to a local vet for years. Once our oldest Boston started declining and our previous vet failed to show any concern, we knew it was time to find another veterinarian. Luckily, we found Pet calls. Our sweet baby boy, Dexter, was treated with such love and kindness from the staff at Pet Calls during the last months of his life. When he started to have seizures, we could call the day of and they ensured we were able to see a veterinarian immediately. On the day our sweet boy passed, we had made an appointment for in-home euthanasia, but he started actively seizing the morning of. We called Pet Calls and they asked us to bring him in immediately. They met us at the door and took Dexter into treatment immediately. Unfortunately, it was clear that our baby boy was transitioning and for his comfort, we opted for euthanasia. The staff and veterinarian (Dr. Abolafia) were so empathetic and caring during a difficult time for many. After Dexter passed away we received a heartfelt card from the staff along with Dexter’s cremains and his paw-print. We are eternally grateful for the staff at Pet Calls and wouldn’t trust our canine babies with anyone else! Thank you for making a difference in the lives of many. Your work is truly valued and appreciated!

The Pet Calls staff is phenomenal. The vets are knowledge and professional yet sincerely care about each of my pets. They go above and beyond and provide caring veterinary services each visit. The front office staff is efficient and personable. I have used this vet for over 15 years. Would never go anywhere else for pet care.

We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to find a vet as wonderful as we had growing up in NJ, but that fear subsided the first time we walked into Pet Calls Animal Hospital. The environment is clean, the office staff and medical staff are inviting, professional and knowledgeable. We are so very pleased with their high quality of service and would highly recommend them to care for anyone’s pets!

Very helpful and nice Vet Office. They were recommended by someone working at a pet store where I adopted my kitten. The doctors and nurses are very nice and knowledable and the office staff respond quickly and try to make appointments as convenient as possible with different options, especially during the pandemic. Highly recommend.

I will make an effort to leave an honest unbiased review of Petcalls. I have been taking my dog to Petcalls for a number of years which have been your standard Vaccinations/checkups etc. Towards the end of November I started to notice my dog was losing weight so I brought her in. Upon arrival I advised the nurse that my dog had been vomiting occasionally , eating grass and I felt that she had lost a fair amount of weight. During this visit I was called by multiple people at Petcalls none of which knew why I had brought her in so I had to repeatedly explain, in this time the nurse called me and told me that my dog had in fact lost considerable weight since her last visit. So finally I got a call from a female Dr that again did not know why my dog was there, at this point she had been at Petcalls for about 4-1/2 hours and I was told they were backed up. As I’m explaining to this Dr my dogs symptoms I brought up her weight loss and she was completely unaware, while I was on the line she asked the nurse and he replied “Oh Yeah” as he had forgotten. So about $700 worth of tests later I was told that she was fine and was given a 5 day supply of antacid which was on Dec 15. They also forgot to do a couple of the things I asked them to handle why she was there such as a nail trimming which I asked for “several” times. So as my dogs condition began to worsen I brought her back to Petcalls and was introduced to Dr Robert’s. After another $800 and multiple suggested diagnoses from her gallbladder to her liver, to a stomach herniation that ultimately were all shot down, I was told the only solution would be an invasive biopsy or to try to solve it with several medications. My dog was almost 13 and I did not want to put her through surgery and potentially chemo/radiation as it was suggested it was some sort of mass in her stomach that could not be seen in an X-Ray or Ultrasound. Ultimately my dog lived about a month after this, during this time Dr Robert’s was available to me via his personal cell and was for the most part responsive within hours of me reaching out with questions. The reason I am posting this review is not to bash Petcalls for the treatment she received or didn’t. The reason I am posting this is after several years of them caring for my pet, not one person called to see how she was, not one person cared that she has now passed, while Dr Roberts made an effort he never called to check on how the meds were affecting her there was no doubt that not one person in that facility cared anything for what my dog went through or that she is gone. They are overwhelmed with animals daily and unfortunately it is clear that Petcalls exists for profits. The point of my post is please do not make the same mistake I did and take your pet to an animal hospital. After 7-8 years of bringing my pet there not one person cared in the event of her death. Take your pet to a small practice where it can develop a relationship with a specific Dr, so when something is off about your pet the Dr knows your animal well enough to notice. Dr Roberts saw my dog one time and acted as if to care but why would he after meeting my beautiful dog once. I will never live down the regret of not getting my dog personalized care when it may have been a matter of life or death. My friend lost her dog her vet sent a card signed by every member and flowers. My poor dog meant nothing to this place just my method of payment right to the bitter end. RIP Cassie

In Dec 2020 my cat names Maximus my Russian Gray was breathing erratically when he woke up or his breakfast in a parental panic I called Pet Calls.... The said bring him now immediately call us when you get to the curb. Once I arrived they took Maximus in and diagnosed the condition as Kidney Stones that was blocking his bladder.. The Pet Calls TEAM made him feel comfortable until they were able to operate. They assigned Max a nurse as she texted me photos of him which relaxed my anxiety to make sure Maximus was ok... I cannot say enough of the Pet Calls TEAM as they went over and above to take care of my fur baby... I highly recommend them 1000% to take care of your Fur Child..... there would be no one i would trust more than the Pet Car Calls TEAM.

My dog was in major distress on July 3rd. I brought her to Pet Calls and they promptly took her. She needed to be in oxygen and referred us to an ER in the area, as they would not have anyone on staff to monitor her over the holiday weekend. The staff at both facilities worked very well together. I had to bring my dog in for 2 additional appointments, with another followup appt next week. My dog seems to be responding to the meds we were given and is eating now. Pet Calls staff is wonderful. I highly recommend them. I have a vet closer to my home, but I think I will be using them on a regular basis. My dog was very close to death. She is still with me because of the very caring staff at Pet Calls.

I have a Jack Russel mix that Is a bit of a handful. He gets very nervous around people. Barks and acts aggressively. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctors at Pet calls are so amazing. They are all so patient with my pup and with me as well. I really feel that they are all so dedicated on providing the very best care for my dog. So glad that we found Pet Calls.

I had brought my 5 year old, pure breed Maltese to this clinic twice due to extremely alarming and concerning symptoms. I explained to the Vet (and technician) that my once sweet, healthy, happy boy had stopped eating his meals and had no interest in his treats. He was vomiting multiple times a day and had severe diarrhea that lasted multiple days. He would pant most of the day & night, and would immediately throw up the medication that was originally prescribed during our first visit. The second time I brought a stool sample and an Xray was performed. Again, I was given more medications (mainly prebiotics and an appetite stimulant that was administered manually in a liquid syringe). After another two days of watching him continue to deteriote, I was advised to bring him to a highly regarded Veteranian for a second opinion. The Vet instantly noticed something was terribly wrong and immediately administered an IV of fluids and pain medication. A second Xray was performed and my once healthy, sweet, and loving companion was diagnosed with intestinal stomach cancer. I was told they would keep him on life support throughout the night, however, there was a high chance he would not make it through the next day. That following morning, I came to say my last goodbye as he was euthanized due to the severity of his condition. This clinic, Pet Calls Animal Hospital, does not care for your animals. They are a business that profits from sick animals, with every dollar going back into the pockets of these unqualified doctors and staff members.

Once again Pet calls has proven themselves to be the BEST Veterinarian in town. I am so grateful for their entire staff. My Golden Retriever Sawyer Jameson had to have emergency surgery on Saturday and Dr. Erlich and her talented staff saved his life. Saturdays are usually a shorter day for the staff but Dr. Erlich didn’t hesitate when surgery was the only option to save his life. They go above and beyond your expectations when it comes to caring for your furry family member. I can’t thank them enough for their comfort and care.

The office staff at our previous vet was very disorganized and even if we’d show up on time for an appointment they’d still make us wait. We tried Pet Calls because they’re right down the road from where we live and wow the difference has been night and day. Our previous vet kept all records by paper and Pet Calls is totally with the ages having everything kept digitally. They have their own app and you get notifications any time your pet is due for an exam or shots. The first time we went our pup had an ear infection and even though they were booked they promptly made room for him. Our previous vet kept prescribing medicine for his ear and the issue kept coming back time and time again. Dr Abolafia took the time to inspect his ear and recommended a cleaning. They gave him light anesthesia and cleaned his ear really well and he NEVER had an issue again. We were also really surprised that even with anesthesia and everything they did for us the price was very reasonable. The office staff, the vets, and the assistants are all on top of their game and very kind. You’ll never feel rushed. That, and the system they use for appointments and record keeping make them our favorite vet office and even though we’re about to move to Boca we cannot imagine going anywhere else! Stop reading this and schedule an appointment for your fur baby! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been bringing all of my fur babies to PetCalls since 1994/1995. The level of care is exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, through, kind, caring, compassionate and CLEAN!!!! This is a state of the art facility. Dr Eurlich, Dr Roberts, and the entire staff are wonderful. During this pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of all the animals, owners, and staff. The are doing an amazing job. My cat, Daphanie, was very ill and had to be euthanized in April. The way the staff handled the entire process was so professional and kind. They figured out a way for me to be with her during her passing and for that I am forever grateful.

The staff here is super friendly. They go above and beyond to take care of my kitty. They wear masks, come out to the car, Dr. Ulrich personally spoke to me about my kitty's visit. They were in constant contact with me. They are doing a fantastic job dealing with C19. Everyone is warm and welcoming.

I love this Animal Hospital...they are always available to answer questions and everyone in the office is so warm and caring. They really treat your pet like it was their own. Best of all, you can usually get a same day appointment when you call. They don’t rush to order possibly unnecessary tests and xrays and always try to treat conservatively, when possible.
