The wonderful people at Gentle Pet Crossing were so incredibly caring to us. They truly were angels when my sweet Chester passed. They were so very kind and compassionate when I needed it the most. Thank you so much.❤❤❤

Jacque and Juanique took such good care of our beloved little Westie Cocomo after his passing. Jacque was so kind and gentle when picking him up and her words of comfort made this very difficult time easier to endure. We are so grateful that we found this service at Gentle Pet Crossing as we were not sure what do to when Cocomo passed. The beautifully carved wood box that was given to us with Coco's remains is truly lovely. Also being able to have his photo and pawprint displayed in a custom frame along with a lock of his fur is a constant comfort. Again, we are so thankful for their professionalisn, kindness, sympathetic and thoughtful service. They valued our grief and, without judgement, allowed us to express it in our own ways and on our own schedule- for this we are forever grateful. It truly was a gentle experience on one of the saddest days. I had to euthanize my very old sickly Guinea pig that couldn't even lift her head. They set up an in home doctor visit and took care of the rest. They are so comforting on the phone and so easily available in your time of need. Thank you.

I cannot express how good Gentle Pet Crossing is! The whole team --- Dr. Rachel, Jaunique, and Jacky were all incredibly compassionate. Each went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up, went smoothly, and that I was as comfortable as possible during this difficult time. I grew up with my little boy, and it was really tough to make the decision to let him go. My family and I were able to see him off on his next journey in the comfort of our own home, and it felt much more personal and intimate. I also just want to add: my pup got very bad, very quickly. Within a day of deteriorating, he was unresponsive to everything. Gentle Pet Crossing was able to respond in the evening of the same day. I also really appreciate this, because it meant my pup did not have to suffer. After that, it was about a week before everything was ready for me. They were even nice enough to deliver everything to my house. At every step in the process, they all did everything they could to go the extra mile. It meant a lot, and I just want to give a big shout to everyone at Gentle Pet Crossing!! The little memorial pieces they give you are incredibly thoughtful and well-done also. Highly recommend!

The owners and doctor are absolutely wonderful. Kind, caring and compassionate, they took the time to explain everything and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. One of the hardest, saddest days was made a little easier by these amazing people and the beautiful atmosphere they have created. We will be forever grateful for their compassion and care.

I cannot thank the staff enough for helping our loved furry family member cross with dignity. It was actually beautiful, and the staff were so compassionate/ supportive. I recommend this establishment to anyone who has to make these very hard decisions.

I contacted Gentle Pet Crossing on July 24 2021 to help with my 12 1/2 yr old Doberman names Cody. I am sorry that I do not remember the two wonderful ladies names that came to my house. These angels were so sweet and compassionate. This was not an easy thing to me to do since my Cody was everything to me. The ladies did all they could to explain everything that was going to be done and the process. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Gentle Pet Crossing made one of the most heart wrenching times, absolutely beautiful. I felt I gave my dear sweet Dachshund Busta a perfect, loving gentle, painless goodbye .Busta was not the brightest in the dog world , but he was definitely the sweetest, must loving guy for 16 years of his life with our family. At the he was deaf and had arthritis so his last years was not easy for him. No more climbing up the bed to snuggle, he didn’t like to be touched much. I started already know time was getting close. I promised myself I would never take him to a cold, scary painful vet again. This was not his peaceful place. Home was… When his body started to give out, I knew it was time. I called Gentle Pet Crossing- no referral I was desperate. From the time I starting talking to GPC filled with panic and sadness in my voice, the owners could not have been more patient and caring. I called them all hours of the day. The vet provided a service at our house that was profoundly touching, gentle and Busta was at ease and at peace. I highly recommend this company with huge accolades. When it is time to part with your pet child this is the ONLY and the best choice for you and your pet. They are beautiful loving people! Thank you I miss you Busta and I still feel you in my heart and soul????????????

We had an absolutely amazing experience. I would highly recommend. Our pet passed Sunday morning in our home. With in an hour of calling them they were at our door to come get her. Her remains were ready by Wednesday and they did a beautiful job from the box to the paw print. Super kind and comforting during such a hard time for us.

Jacque was the ultimate in respectful and compassionate with our 14 yr. old shih tzu and us. She knew our hearts were broken and did everything in her power to comfort us and put us at ease. The facility is calming and we could spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our beloved pet. The aquamation process is so unique and dignified.

I thank Gentle Pet Crossing for helping my baby go peaceful in the living environment of my home. Our doctor was kind and loving to our boy. We received terrible news that he had to be euthanasized the same day or he could go painfully. The rescue Champ was with panicked trying to fins someone who could help us do it at his home instead of a cold hospital room and Gentle Pet Crossing more then delivered. They made it so much easier for me to let go. Thank you so so much for treating my boy with all the dignity and love he deserves at the end of his short, but love filled life.

Strongly recommend “Gentle pet crossing” to cremate your beloved pet. They were very friendly and very compassionate for my loss of my teddy bear hamster. Prices are very reasonable! There are not enough words to express the gratitude in my heart for the handling of my beloved rabbit Vee. Jacque and Juanique are amazingly attuned to the personal suffering of losing a pet. I also admire their decision to open a business in Lake Worth where others may have shunned the area. What matters most is the peace I felt leaving Vee with them and how they respectfully honored his memory with warmth and professionalism.
