So glad I went here with my new little Ella. I felt like I was in someone's home...so warm and welcoming. No fake love here...they loved on my little Ella.

Staff was very nice, my cat was relaxed there not tense like other vets. My cat has had trauma and health issues, Dr Nancy Keller was very nice and asked lots of questions about history. We are very hopeful about the prognosis and treatment to a happy healthy drug free cat.

I just want to say that I am very pleased with Dr. Nancy. She is very caring and take the time to talk to you. So far all is going very well with how she is treating our puppy. I feel she genuinely care about our fur baby. We definitely will keep taking our baby to her. Im so glad I found Dr. Nancy for our baby.

Dr Keller has been treating our little Bosco from day 1 when we adopted him. Unfortunately he came to us with a bad stomach at age 1, BUT fortunately Dr Keller was able to change his diet and elevate most of his issues! now at age 10 he eats like a horse even though he is only a 9 pound Yorkie LOL

My high maintenance special needs has been coming to Dr Keller for almost 14 yrs now & at 1.5 yrs no one was sure she would make it to 2yrs! W/O Dr Keller Zoe would never have controlled her food allergies, MVD liver issues, and IBD. Also brought my rescue Simba here after diagnosed with TCCancer & her ozone treatments & acupuncture made his last 1.5 yrs his happiest - he would walk a mile after treatments! And she saves you alot of money!

My Border Collie mix was a rescue with heart worm. She had a strong reaction from the first toxic injection so I sought out holistic help. In just a couple of weeks she is more vibrant and healthy thanks to the treatment protocol and recommendations Dr. Keller has given us. Everyone in the office is so kind and caring.

This was our second visit the Healing Heart with Wally. We took him last year for his Annual Physical and the Doctor also froze a small growth off his chin, where he had healed after been bit by another dog. This year, Wally was due for his rabies shot and was diagnosed with a little swimmers ear and hook worm. They cleaned his ears and suggested we flush them with grain alcohol because he swims in the ocean so frequently and sent us home with an oral medication for the hook worm. Instead of prophylactically administration of typical annual shots, they tested his titre levels and he was not required to have distemper or parvo. We appreciate that they test first versus prescribing unnecessary vaccines. Wally loves his new holistic health care practioners:)

Went in for a heart guard refill and end up having 4 test done that I was not told were being done. Then my dog ended up with a limp for 2 weeks due to the annual exam that I didnt consent to. $500 bill and a hurt dog at the end of the visit. I'll never go back here again. Poor service long wait times and they hurt my dog

Dr Keller and her team gave my very ill cat incredible care and the doctor-client communication was above and beyond any vet experience I have had and I am very grateful to them. Highly recommend

Dr Keller is amazing. I hv a 13 yo Boston Terrier "compromised" with genetic issues and chronic yeast and ear infections. She always pin points the exact remedy to keep him up and running and back to his regular peppy playful self.. Curbside service since Covid outbreak is efficient, service is quick and staff is friendly, knowledgable and kind. Best Holistic Vet practice in the area!!

Dr. Nancy Keller is one of a kind. Too bad we can't clone her. She treated our beloved Calico Cat Arizona for approximately 12 years. We always felt she was safe with Dr. Keller's unique gift of healing. We put her down at the age of 20 in the loving care of Dr. Keller. Although our hearts were broken we felt lucky to have Dr. Keller send her to Rainbow Bridge. We knew Dr. felt our pain too and couldn't have asked for a more peaceful passing for our sweet girl????

Very caring people and a wonderful facility that has a very calming effect on the animals as well as their caretakers. I am very impressed by their thoroughness. My dog , who tends to be a nervous wreck at the vet's, actually made himself comfortable and went to sleep while we were waiting!

We met Dr. Keller almost 18 years ago when we brought our beloved poodle "Cutie Pie" for his first check up. Since day one, Dr. Keller was friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. We love her dedication and care for all her pet patients as well as the pet's parents. Last year (2018) our sweet poodle began having problems walking and standing on his own. Dr. Keller recommended he receive acupuncture treatments with one of her colleagues Dr. Natalie. We began the painless treatments and we noticed good results. Thanks to Dr. Natalie's acupuncture treatment and Dr. Keller's care, our "Cutie Pie" was able to be more active and walk again on his own. Unfortunately, everything in this life comes to an end. On June 25, 2019 we had to say good-bye to our"baby boy". We truly believe that without Dr. Keller and Dr. Natalie's care, he wouldn't have lived that long. Thank you Dr. Keller, Dr. Natalie and all the staff at Healing Heart for your care and support at this difficult time in our lives. We love you all.

I have called now probably 3 or 4x and no one calls you back. I give up!

First time $625.00 which I don't mind as much as the follow up. Initial visit with Dr. Keller was good, her staff was good, everyone seemed caring, the facility was well kept and definitely calming. All was good, the Doc followed up with my pups blood work the following day, then we fell into a holiday weekend so as requested I called on the returning Tuesday, never spoke with the Doc and whoever it was I did speak with was kind of like the relay person to the Doc. I gave them an update on my pup, followed the updated recommended dietary guidelines eliminating all other initial purchased homeopathic and herbal products as requested I guess by the Doc (never spoke with the Doc) and that was the last I ever heard from them. That was the end of May and here it is the end of June. Bottom line is nothing helped and there was no additional follow up.

They are extremely dedicated and very companionate.

The kindness and care at this center is next level...from the front desk staff to the veterinarians. They take a holistic approach with every animal but aren't against conventional medicine when necessary and appropriate. I never feel rushed and I truly feel they care VERY much. Very positive energy all around.

Absolutely adore the doctor and her team. They really care for your pet as if it is their own baby. They’re super affordable as well. Wouldn’t change coming here for the world. They have been prolonging my dogs life and have been doing an incredible job. Highly suggest Dr. Keller and her beautiful team. Thank you guys for all that you do!!

My babygirl and I were in a car accident a week ago and I just wanted to make sure she was ok. They let us come by and now I have peace of mind. The vibe at this holistic vet is tranquil.

Very bad experience I was half an hour late and I was rudely reminded that my very sick cat could not be seen anymore prices are exorbitant and the staff is Highly unfriendly This is supposed to be holistic really?
