They were very nice. I used them for a quick test in order to board my dog over the holidays. They were also reasonable price wise.

Been taking my 2 huskies here and LOVE everything about this practice from Dr Netzley to the receptionist to the vet assistants. Dr Netzley is so honest and reliable with an abundance of knowledge. I never stress about the vet bill at the end as they are VERY reasonable and don’t do anything that isn’t medically necessary which I very much appreciate.

My Rottie baby (Django) went to Dr. Netzley for the last eight years. He was a sick dog so saw the doctor on a monthly basis. I judge a vet based on how my baby responds to them and my boy LOVED Dr. Netzley. The mention of his name and he would go crazy and try to get into the car. My boy was a rescue and came with many issues. All I can say is I wish I could find a doctor that treated and cared for me the way Dr. Netzley did for my boy. So much knowledge and compassion. Not to mention reasonably priced. Dr. Netzley clearly does what he does FOR THE LOVE OF ANIMALS and not for the love of money. My boy passed three months ago and by that time over 5 of his friends in our neighborhood switched to Dr. Netzley and rave about him and his staff. They truly are the best .....

Dr. Netzley nursed one of my dogs back to health after the dog contracted Parveau. Since that time, he has looked after 12 of our family dogs over the years. He is currently taking care of two of my dogs and will be taking care of the puppy that we will adopt in late April. He has attended our dogs through cancer, heart disease, epilepsy, old age, and a host of other illness and health issues. His staff is wonderful and they have done an excellent job of adapting to the COVID crisis. They are all awesome.

They can blame Covid-19 if they want but keeping me waiting outside 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time was not ok. I suggest going elsewhere, even if it's a bit out of the way. Their immature reseponse of "Not it" just dropped them to a 1 star. I was with your 11 a.m., Maria. So, nobody was kept waiting today? Better check your records.

Dr. Netzley is excellent, he is an old school veterinarian who is honest, not trying to sell anything or push unnecessary services or meds. The office staff are all super friendly, the place is clean and they keep their records well organized. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and amazing service! They were so fast getting my cat’s nails trimmed - we were in and out of there in minutes. Also, they are really taking safety precautions with COVID-19 - 6ft distancing, masks required, and cleaning after each patient. Thank you so much, will definitely be coming back.

Doctor was good. But I was over charged for the service. I took my cat there because it was closer to home. After getting ripped off, I when to my usual Vet in Okeechobee for my other cat. Boynton exam charge $59 my vet $20, antibiotic injection $55 my vet $5.95. I feel so taken advantage.

We just moved here from the west coast and I needed to find a new vet for my dog. I am so glad I picked Boynton Beach Animal Hospital! All of the staff were wonderful and seemed genuinely concerned about my dog. My dog is super cute but can be mean and they were compassionate and patient with her, helping her warm up to them so they could examine her. They helped me decide on the best flea and tick medication, as well as heartworm medication and even gave me a rebate card.

Just moved to Boynton Beach and this was my first visit to Boynton Beach Animal Hospital. I was very pleased with the care we received for Lexi by the office staff and by Dr Netzley. He explained what was wrong with her , gave her medication and she is doing great. We also did not have to wait, our appointment was on time. Thank you. We will be back. I highly recommend the Boynton Beach Animal Hospital.

Note: I am sharing my experience while calling in to receive a quote to get my pet spayed, NOT because I've visited the office or received services. Like everyone who is starting out in a new area, my immediate need might be the spay of my dog, but I am looking for a place to call when my pet is sick. Someone to trust and rely on when my pet and I are in need. From my phone call today, I do not have that feeling from this place. I originally called this place because of the proximity to my home and the ratings here on Google. Before calling, I checked out their website and found little to no information about their services or pricing structure. The stock website should have been the first red flag. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, because much of their business might be referrals and they just don't invest a lot into their digital presence. I was fairly greeted when speaking with the intake specialist, but I was not able to get a reasonable quote. By reasonable quote I mean a price range with the understanding additional post-op meds would be additional. I was told the spay would cost $300+ (with a heavy emphasis on the plus). I was told I would need to come in for a pre-op visit (at $59 PLUS another $68-$98 for blood work) before I could get an accurate quote. Now I've called around to low-cost spay clinics and normal vet offices to understand the price range here in Florida. This is the FIRST time I was unable to get a reasonable quote or find someone who would get back to me after speaking with the doctor. All and all, I do not believe you should have to bring your pet in for a routine surgery and pay to get a quote. This is not my personal opinion, this statement is based on interactions I've had with clinics in Florida and in other states over the last 20 years of owning animals. The lack of digital presence/information and unwilling to help me over the phone will ensure that I do not come to this clinic.

I have worked for this man (Dr.Netzley for 10 years and left due to me moving out of the state. If you want an honest doctor, a doctor with common sense, and a doctor that will not rob you blind he is the doctor you want to see. Also, he is a genius and you will get old fashion one on one service. The nurses Billie and John are awesome as well. Dawn the receptionist is great too!

This is the best vet in my 50 years of experience. Takes the time to teach while he lovingly cares for your pet. The staff is excellent, friendly and professional. This is a solo practice and lacks the slick sales tactics of the larger practices. He doesn't spend your money unless need be. He has an accredidation only enjoyed by him in pb county. I trust him with both my babies a rescue cat and a rescue dog.

Dr. Richard Netzley is by far the best veterinarian I’ve ever used in all my years of owning animals . I’ve been using him for 35 years and would travel any distance that I would need to have him care for my pets.
