We have been with The Fountains almost 6 years & cannot say enough good things about Dr Banting & each staff member. Each person is highly competent, knowledgeable, experienced, caring & personable. They work well as a team which feels like a family environment and very welcoming. Great communication & responsiveness! A top notch Vet Office that we appreciate.

Had my first visit with Cloud at Fountains. Everyone made us both feel very comfortable. Made availability for emergency appointment. Made follow up calls to see how Cloud was doing. I was not yet a client, but I am now.

They treat my kids as there own, that has been my perception. Costs and insurance acceptance could be better.

Dr. Banting has always been very responsive in letting me know test results and recommending care. Mary Jo was very helpful in setting up a test for my dog in an amazingly short time. Everyone on staff has been very caring and has helped me and my dog feel comfortable during stressful times.

The entire staff was professionaly kind and knowledgable! For my first time here I've got to say, they all were quite the delight! I would and will definitely reccomend them to any and everyone in the area looking for a vet and groomer all in one. Me & Mr. Oscar thank you all so much!

Veterinarian spoke directly with me to keep me informed and get permission for diagnostic testing. All team members have always been courteous and caring. Reagan has groomed my dog every month for the last 4 years & my dog is always happy to see her. That says a lot about her care & skill.

I placed an appointment to obtain a heath certificate for my pet to travel abroad. Once I have arrived the vet asked me to see the health certificate and also what vaccines were needed. I was dumbfounded ... I told her that I made the appointment to obtain the health certificate and any other documents needed to travel abroad w my pet. She answered that she didnt know what documents or vaccines were required because that was my duty to know not hers. I just travel 40 minutes for nothing... I travelled to Europe w my pet before and never had this problem with USDA accredited clinic. They seems so unprofessional I wouldn't let them touch my dog

I Called this Vet this morning in hopes of getting my my pup in to see someone ASAP and not only were they were (I should say the receptionist) was not only rude as can be, but also very uninformed about the questions I had for her. I explained my frustration that I am on a fixed income and would be receiving unemployment and would sign a promise to pay agreement just so I could get my dog some help! It's unbelievable

I just moved down from up North and hadn’t yet found a new vet for my dog. She woke up with conjunctivitis in one eye. I called and they made sure she was seen quickly that day. Dr Blankman was great. Very knowledgeable. He explained each step of his examination and treatment. The vet tech was also wonderful as well as the entire support staff. They even called the next day to see how my dog was doing. This is a first class professional operation. They will now be our permanent vet. I highly recommend them.

Everyone here has always had Tash’s care a top priority and they have always treated Tash as though she was their own and have treated me with respect and kindness. They are very communicative and thorough to a fault in treating Tash. There has never been an instance where I could ever think anything about Fountains of Boynton Animal Hospital that was negative in any way…they, in my opinion are the very best veterinary care in the area.

Staff is excellent. Boarded my dog for the first time and I’ve been receiving constant text messages and pictures of my little girl! Stephanie is beyond a God sent! Doctors are fantastic as well!

I brought my black lab for an emergency visit. The staff and vet were extremely professional and were able to diagnose the issue. Everything was great. The Veternarian called for a follow up to see how the dog was doing.. I highly recommend

My sweet little fellow was treated with with love. He was there for a grooming and Megan did a great job! He tried to jump from front seat to back but Megan was patient with him. He ended up a happy fellow !

I finally met the Doctor for Coco to get her shots. Dr. Banting examined Coco and gave her the shots she needed. I was hoping she would ask me if I had questions since Coco is now 11yrs old. I did a full print out of the examine letting me know how her health was. Dr. Banting seems very nice.

We had a emergency for our pet and drove to the clinic but they said, no we don't take without appointment. I never heard of a service like this when an emergency. Try to avoid this place as they are not reliable.

Have been using Dr. Blackman as our vet for almost 30 yrs through 3 dogs and now on my fourth. That in itself indicates the trust and caring received.

My dogs are well taken care of. Everyone is so friendly at this office. They are cognizant of the fact that the dogs are nervous and do a great job keeping them calm.

I brought Herschel, my white deaf boxer, to the Fountains of Boynton Animal Hospital for an emergency visit. When I called the hospital, Mary Jo answered the phone quickly and squeezed Herschel in for an appointment with Dr. Blankman. As usual, Mary Jo was very concerned and eager to help! BOTH DR. BLANKMAN AND DR. BANTING ARE FANTASTIC VETS WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!! Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Blankman performed a very thorough examination of Herschel and ordered all the appropriate tests!! In addition, Dr. Blankman called me several times during the day to discuss the tests and their results!! I LOVE THIS VETERINARY PRACTICE AND FEEL CONFIDENT IN THE ENTIRE STAFF!! EVERYONE AT THE FOUNTAINS OF BOYNTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CARING, AND NICE!!!! FINALLY, HERSCHEL LOVES THE STAFF AND KNOWS THAT THEY LOVE HIM!! This veterinarian’s office sold my mother the wrong food, then lied to her about the packaging and ingredients and it ultimately killed my family dog a couple days later. They also treated my mother horribly and with a complete lack of compassion and we have witnesses to the entire interaction. They also charged my mother for veterinary services related to my dogs reaction to the food that they sold my mother. This is a horrible business, a negligent doctor and an even worse human being.

I was there to have an IV taken out of my daughters dog because it had been left there overnight in case they needed to give him meds or IV fluids. The nurse took the needle out and placed the gauze on the floor. She removed the needle and took the same gauze and put it on the open wound with the side that was on the floor on it. I said something to her and while she was holding the leg wound she went in the drawer and took out a new gauze... well you will not believe this but she put the new gauze on the floor also and then proceeded to put it on the dogs wound. By then I was horrified and just wanted to get out of there with my daughters precious dog. I will never go there again. As for the doctor...she was good, no complaints. But the actions of the assistant left a lot to be desired. ????

We have been going here for about 4 years. Last week we had to go away for 4 days and left our 2 shelties here for boarding. The food was labeled and I have never had trouble with the 2 girls eating prior to this, not to mention that Bella cannot walk. The attendant (Daniel) told me when I called after the 1st day that Bella ate all of Lilli's food so Lilli had none. How could Bella eat the other bowl (if she can't walk) and the bowl is placed in front of each dog. Did he just place the bowls inside the cage and not even stay 1 minute to make sure things were ok? Bella got very sick. We had to take her to the Emergency Center for intravenous and shots. I had alerted them prior that Bella cannot eat Lilli's food. Then you have the nerve to tell me I am at fault when all I wanted was to make sure your procedure is changed. When you put food down for an animal, can't you spend 1 minute making sure each animal eats out of the right bowl. And, you are going to tell me Bella was fine when I picked her up but a short drive home, she had such bad mucus diahreah that it must have happened prior to her leaving you. Was I told that, no. You are arrogant and uncaring. Bella was and still is very sick after 3 days. Your sole concern is to say I am at fault rather than ask about my baby girl and make a simple change in procedure. Your records clearly show she has always had a problem with food. The Emergency visit was over $400.00 but more importantly, there is no excuse for making Bella so sick.
