Great care for your fur babies

I had a pet emergency this morning and being new to the area I decided to call the closest vet to my house which is Androcles (1 minute away). I called Androcles and explained to them that my dogs nail snapped off and he was bleeding, crying, and couldn't put pressure on his paw. The lady that answered my call explained to me that they couldn't see my pup even though it was an emergency. I called another vet in the area and they said even though they are extremely busy as well they NEVER turn down an emergency. I am glad I ended up finding a vet to help my dog but I am still disgusted at Androcles for turning down an emergency. A vet is supposed to be there to help out animals and the community...not turn down a pet emergency.

I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The Dr. has saved Gretchen’s life more than once. Her and the entire staff are wonderful.

I would really rather give them zero stars. Took my small dog there on emergency as she was sneezing blood. Since I didn't have an appointment they said they were too busy to see her even though there was no one in the waiting room. They were the closest vet to me but they sent me 8 miles away to an emergency clinic. I will never step foot in there again.

I have two cats and have been taking them to Androcles for many years. I have been very happy with the treatment my pets get whenever I take them there. The Vet and her staff are very caring .

Dr. Toscani and staff are the best! Highly recommend.

The best animal care around.

They really have taken excellent care of our pets over the many years we have been going to them and check up on how the pets are doing if they are experiencing any issues. We can feel the love here for sure.

Dr. Toscani is a very compassionate doctor. She will always try the most conservative methods first. The staff is always friendly and compassionate. I have been coming here for 8+ years.
