RUDE, unknowledgeable receptionist who has no understanding of how to provide any level of customer service. The doctor would be mortified to hear how customers are spoken to. I will never return to this place.

Since Dr. Voss has retired this is no longer the best, I miss her and had to go to a different vet

New owner of an 11 week puppy. He started to vomit, called the same day and they were willing to see him ASAP. The stuff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took good Care of my dog. Reasonable prices. ** this review Updated on 10/6/2019** They will try to push things for your dog that are not needed. Called and left message for vet to call me back regarding a question. Waited 2 weeks left second message, she never returned my call. Moved to a different vet.

Thank you! Dr. Abbott & staff, for taking such good care of us, especially Chicka, our elderly Chihuahua mix that has several serious health issues. My questions & concerns were answered & dealt with on the spot w/TLC. We've been bringing all of our 4 legged - furry - family members here for many years, and we are very pleased to be in such good hands. Excellent staff... I took my dog there because he was having an issue. After a quick evaluation they said that he was fine, and they didn't even charge me. I thought that was really nice and shows they care about people and pets. I will absolutely make this office my new official vet.

Dr. Diane Voss is an extraordinary vet. We’ve used her for our 7 Westies and a cat for > 30 years. Her staff is top notch. Dr Voss is compassionate, honest and experienced. She saved the lives of 2 of our dogs. She breeds and shows championship Rottweilers. Her Ivan won Best of Breed at Westminster.

I have been going to Dr. Voss for years the whole staff are so helpful & knowledgeable I'm so glad I found them. I would & have recommended them to my friends they're the best.
