This place pushes the unlimited wash package on you, but once you buy it they never have any availability. Bookings are over a week out. Waste of money. Horrible cancellation policy as well

It was a pleasure taking our golden doodle Laney to Scenthound for her haircut and other services. We are very happy with the results.

Very hard to find by address or gps

Decent prices, the workers were nice, really helped me on what’s best for my dog, didn’t know what would have been best for him since he had mats, uneven hair and helped with picking the best shampoo for his skin. Only down part was I felt a little rushed for my first time being there. But my dog smells great!

It was my 9 month old puppy's first grooming experience, and it was Great! Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who immediately put us both at ease. When I came back to pick Maxi up, I was so happy with how he looked, and he was in a very good mood too! I highly recommend Scenthound of Boynton Beach, and will definitely be back when needed!

We’ve been long term customers of Scenthound (2/3 years). I’d love to understand why I just had to pull out a full cotton ball from my frenchie’s ear. Needless to say, I will be calling to cancel tomorrow. They clearly don’t put in the care or attention to detail like the advertise. Whether it’s a lack of integrity and not wanting to admit that they lost a FULL cotton ball in my dogs ear or a complete carelessness to not lose a FULL cotton ball in my dogs ear, we are done.

My brother recommended this place to me. My dog Lucy had a great experience at scenthound when she got her teeth cleaned for the first time. We live out of state and will be coming back next time we visit, totally worth it!! No anesthesia and saved me money by not having our vet clean her teeth.

Too expensive. It was $193 for two did I get 25 lbs each. I suppose if you are going to go all the time and user the monthly plan or could be worth it. Otherwise, steer clear. They do an adequate job, but not fantastic. The dogs don't stay smelling fresh very long, where at our prior groomer. Before we moved, they did. Main issue is the price though.

The staff at Boynton Beach are the best and treat my baby so nice and loving.

I took my pup there for the first time and they were excellent. They walk you through different “scent” options and length of the hair you want. They are very thorough, ask questions, and listen to any concerns. My pup came out looking fantastic! I will definitely go back!

Promptly took Stanley in and cleaned him up nicely. Stanley liked what they did and behaved himself. As a little darling he felt right at home.

I was so eager to try this place, but perhaps they were rushed. My pup came out in 20min, still smelly like a wet dog, maybe they didn't take time to lather or put any wash on...IDK. I re- bathed him a home ???? . It's inexpensive so perhaps it's just not worth it. But the ppl working there are SUPER KIND.

Staff is rude and disorganized. No instructions to wait outside on the door for new customers, and they practically yell at you to wait outside. We've gotten better haircuts for less money elsewhere, and have ​given them multiple chances to do better and yet each time we go back, we are disappointed. Today was the final straw. Don't harass a customer on your mistake.

I was so skeptical using a dog shampooing service with my 13 yr old bully breed who never had a pro bath in his life.But they were so patient and uderstanding on the phone, that I couldnt resist. I changed my appt. twice and they were so understanding! They made everything so casually easy! Boss loved them and they loved him! Im hooked!❤

I have made an appointment for a shampoo only since my standard poodle has his own grooming in another place but they don't have availability. I asked for a price over the phone and they told me a different price including the deep condition. I revised my dog Ans is all over the ears and many spot very matted that now he will need a shave because his grooming will not make him suffer, what a waste of money and time. If you don't know how to do standard poodles then don't do it. Wellington location does know how to do a poodle better.

Brought my 5 month old pup here for his first grooming appointment and was very satisfied with the care and customer service provided. I live across the street so it’s super convenient for me. The location is very clean and staff is very nice and knowledgeable. We look forward to bringing Rico back for his next appt!

They poodled my beautiful English Goldendoodle. Said he was matted and had to be shaved. He was not matted. His fur was very long and thick but he was not matted. I know this because I brush him out almost everyday. He had been bathed 4 days before his appointment and conditioned with cowboy magic. I spend a lot of time brushing him to ensure he is not matted. They didn't want to take the time to do it right since his fur was so long so they shaved him.and claimed he was matted. I wish I could attach pictures. If your dog deserves a good groomer, find a good groomer. This is not the place. They didn't even do a good job shaving him and I had to fix his snou myself. I think this is common with bad groomers. If they mess up or don't want to do something, they shave the dog and claim that it was matted. Thankfully it will grow back but we won't be back to scenthound..... ever.

We've been customers at ScenthoundBoynton for 2 years now, my pup loves this place. I always love the way my little schnoodle looks after grooming and love the convenience of having the membership. During the pandemic, I had a mobile groomer groom her and they did a TERRRIBLE job at an exorbitant expense to my pockets! So, if you're trying to be cost efficient having the membership beats going to any other groomer that imo overcharges. My only "gripe" is that she does butt scooting after her groomings and seems to roll around a lot afterwards? I'm starting to think she may be allergic to the products used, I'm not sure if they have hypoallergenic products they haven't reviewed this with me in a while, but I'll be sure to check next time.

There was a mix-up concerning the date of Chobee' appointment, but Katie went the extra mile and made sure that Chobee got all the attention he needed. And they did a great job bathing him, brushing, and blowing him out.

The handle dogs of all kinds so well! My dog is jumpy and excitable but they’re always understanding and take great care of him.

I have a 8 month pit Bull who is extremely hyper once other places with him they say they do things to him but go pick him up the nails aren’t cut paws are dirty they just put him in the back and sit and I was so worried that I couldn’t find a place that would actually do everything that I’m paying for and so I met Saint hound they cut his nails that’s the biggest part for me they don’t care how hyper he is they love it and when I come pick him up I can see a big difference in his appearance he smells clean he looks clean I check everything and you can tell they actually do it

They were amazing with out dogs, and were very nice when I called to check in. Both of our pups loved it!!

Awesome place and idea plan to take care of my dog. The staff is responsive caring and friendly. Easy to maintain a regular schedule.
