Fantastic memories of how caring & thoughtful they were to my Lab's; Toby and JR. They had a food truck awhile back that specialized in cooking fresh baked pet treats right in the parking lot!

Thompson's Veterinary Center is the best. Dr. Thompson is so compassionate with the animals. She even sits on the floor with my pup so she will be more comfortable. You can bring your own special treats or she has treats to feed your animal to make them more comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Thompson's Veterinary Center. And best of all, her prices are extremely reasonable. You won't go wrong with her regardless of what kind of pet you have. She does them all.

Dr. Thompson and her staff are great! We were welcomed as soon as we walked through the door, despite the morning rush. Dr.Thompson made my nervous granddog comfortable, as she sat on the floor with her, petting her and giving some treats during the entire examination. It didn't take long for Evelyn to relax. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Dr Thompson and her staff are awesome! They helped my sister with her elderly dog while she was visiting me from out of state. My sister was unable to get an appointment in her hometown area before traveling. Although my sisters dog couldn’t be saved, Dr Thompson was very compassionate and tried to do all she could. She has always cared about every one of my animals she has treated and her prices are very reasonable.

Dr. Thompson is very good at her job that is difficult with heartbreak one moment & so joyous with an anxious family picking up a recovered pet so very happy to see his family & go home! That is moment by moment reality in a vets office as I worked in this industry just under a year. I really like her zen-like calm, because it does calm the overanxious in the real patients, the owners. I AM RATING THIS 5-STAR VET at 4-STARS only for a longer wait times(w/appt) & the facility is clean but could be refreshed and updated a bit... As I love Siamese, "SIAM I AM" Many Years Patient

I was fifteen minutes early for my appointment and I didn’t get greeted till 10 minutes after my appointment to be checked in. I had two others ahead of me but they still called me last when I wasn’t last. I sat in the waiting room for over a hour and when I finally got called I had to wait in there for 20 minutes for the vet. If they couldn’t assist me properly at the time of the appointment why not make it for a later time. I would have been happy to go there later in the day and my pet gets taken care of properly. It didn’t seem like she cared much about my pet, she didn’t care to ask any questions about him. She did so with the person she took care of before me though, she was helping them and talking with them about their pet for a long time and it was never that way with mine. I used to love this vet office and recommend it to people all the time. My last experience it makes me not want to go again.

The grounds and the inside are deplorable. It's almost a shock when you drive in there to see the mess.

The staff at VTC is fantastic. Very responsive when I call and friendly. Dr. Thompson is very good with my two dogs. I could go to a veterinarian in Sebring, but it’s worth the travel to Lake Wales.

We have recently just moved and took our new puppy and 2 older dogs here. The doctor is amazing and so is the staff. You do not feel rushed, they take their time and actually care for you and your pets. We would highly recommend a visit here. ????
