Dr. Brooks and staff were very friendly even upon arrival. He was very knowledgeable about our Yorkie and his health even tho it was first visit to him. I felt very informed after visit. Thank u staff and Dr. Brooks.

Dr. Tim was real nice to my girl, and took the time to teach me to clean her ears properly. A previous place had sold me cleaner but didn't see that I knew how to use, and I had stated, I never had a dog whose ears I had to clean. Anyway, receptionist (?) Marsha was very personable!

Your review:I have great respect for Doctor Brooks and all his staff. They have always treated my pets with love and true commitment to taking great care of them. Even at the worse time of having to put my pets down, they help with such compassion and heartfelt words.

We had to have our dog put down this morning. Dr Brooks and his staff were extremely compassionate and caring. IF we ever have another pet, Dr Brooks will be our vet of choice.

My cat, Miss Marilyn, was attacked and bitten by a bigger cat in my front yard. She began limping that night. The clinic cleaned her wound, gave her a shot, and sent us home with meds for a few days due to bite infection. The staff was so helpful and very attentive.

There prices are out ragus

The prices at the Bartow Animal Clinic are very reasonable and the staff is very nice. My only concern is their inability or unwillingness to handle a difficult cat and administer shots.

They called the wrong number to confirm my appointment, when I showed up they told me they tried to reach me and had cancelled my appointment due to “overbooking”. Don’t over book when I’ve had the appointment for weeks. Also, their lobby is closed like a bunch of sad sacks due to covid when the entire state is open. I’ll take my business elsewhere to people who think logically. Back to all creatures.

What a wonderful veterinary clinic! Dr. Timothy Brooks is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. His staff -- Ashley and Marcie are kind, friendly, and compassionate. Three important factors - Ashley worked my furbaby into a packed schedule because she knew he was in pain. When Marcie picked up my dog, he leaned into her shoulder, instinctively knowing she was a safe and loving human. Dr. Brooks went above and beyond to help my dog, including a lengthy phone call and two office visits. What really made me decide to adopt BAC as my furbabies' new vet -- when Dr Brooks carried Bruno out of the exam room for x-rays, he talked to Bruno. He was genuinely and lovingly communicating with my dog. I took my animals the a different animal clinic from 1973 until the office manager passed away in 2020. I am so delighted to have found a new and equally wonderful vet and staff for the next 50 years.

The clinic was so nice to my dog. I was glad to get care services from a trusted clinic.

Livid with the interaction I had. I scheduled an appointment to get health certificates for puppies I sold and was clear they went to new homes that following Friday. An employee set my appointment for 'Monday' not NEXT Monday. What good is an appointment AFTER they are gone?? This has caused issues with my buyers, my reputation and a hell of a time finding another location on short notice to get these babies to their excited new families. Not only do I have to go inconveniently further from home but the prices are higher as well. All because an employee was inattentive. Please value customers time and business more.

Very nice people and great service

I take care of a feral cat at my office near the clinic. When he became ill I didn't know what to do because I was not in a position to get him to the SPCA due to their odd hours and the distance from my employment. Bartow Animal Clinic worked him into their busy schedule and gave him great care even when he wasn't a designated "patient" of theirs. I was very pleased and impressed.

They have our pets best interest in mind at all times. Both our boys are loved! They were also very kind and thoughtful when we lost our dogs...sent cards and called to check on the family. Thank you all so much for being amazing!!

Exstreamly friendly personal and very reasonable prices and my dog did not fuss about going in to a strangers arms and was not shaking when they brought him back

Absolutely THE best vet I have ever been to! My husband and I have two fur babies and one has been special needs for quite some time now. We have moved a lot and he has been seen by multiple different professionals. We have never felt like our babies have been properly cared for. Dr is absolutely amazing! He has so much experience and so much knowledge and he WANTS to share it with everyone! Every little thing we mentioned, Dr would not only address it immediately, he would provide us with why it may be happening and how we should properly care for him. I have no words with the results already! Our baby went from hiding to being present with us and cuddling! He’s not cured but we weren’t told he would be! We will absolutely never go anywhere else. Even if we move from the area, we will commute back here to have Dr see our babies! Couldn’t ask for a better person to care for your babies!
