Love this place for my dog, they are great with her

Once again I have to commend Dr. Valerio and all the staff (sorry I didn’t get names) for their professionalism and caring. They go the extra mile and I always feel comfortable leaving our pet Rusty with them. The way they greet and treat him shows us how much they truly care about their pet-patients, and Rusty just loves them right back. Although it wasn’t urgent, Banfield allows for drop-offs and they see your pet between surgeries, so it’s really convenient, and we wouldn’t do that if we weren’t sure he was in good hands. Dr. Valerio also took the time to call us and what was going on with Rusty, what the best solution would be, and printed out the info from the internet for us when we went to pick him up. That’s going above and beyond in our opinion ????

I took my dog and for a simple surgery and he died two days later the hospital is a scam with unprofessional doctors and staff

Signed up for the wellness plan for my 5 year old whippet they took good care of him.

I went in this evening to inquire about getting my cats nails trimmed. The young lady I spoke with was absolutely rude. And when I called and spoke with the manager she told me her tone was not rude, it was “monotone”.. I know the difference between rude and monotone. The manger told me she was trying to help me but discounted everything I said. The manager was standing there during the inter action and thought there was nothing wrong with speaking to customers disrespectfully and rudely. I do ha e to say the young lady told me to ha r a nice day AFTER I turned around and walked away.. but there was nothing wrong with that either... I won’t EVER go back there.

Will never go back.The staffs main goal is to pad the bill. Their mission is to add unecessary services.

Well I've done to Banfield and I paid to have the insurance that really helped out a lot they're very nice and care about the animals there I appreciate all their help and I will not stop going my dog deserves it thank you

Biggest scam. I’m sure the doctors are great, an qualified but this is a joke. All they care about is money. Sign right up, for a monthly dollar amount and yet you still pay a outrageous amount for a visit. Seriously shop other vets would be my best advice.

Crazily outrages pricing, they want to charge $458 for X-rays and an office was it I just paid $150 for X-rays and office visit and medication at Paws to help with way friendlier people that don't try to scare me into spending my money right then and there rather than simply explaining or this is what's going on in. It a dog not trying to scare me so if it's something like this it can do this no I didn't like this place at all

This location in Lake Park is to say the least exceptional! After a wonderful 16 1/2 years with a dear loving family member, our dear pup had reach the end of her journey. After contacting 20 vets and so called charities including our regular vet, none except Banfield in Lake Park helped us. I know this story is not a happy one the way it ends. But to see how our poor pup was asking in her eyes for someone to help, again help they stepped up and she now is across the to the other side of the rainbow bridge. They staff was kind and understanding, most of all our sweet is now forever resting out of end of life pain. May I say tearfully bless you staff at Banfield! Appointments were easy to make. Social distancing and masks worn in store. I did not like that you cannot go to the room with your pet BUT the Dr. was pretty cool and took plenty of time to talk and discuss the tx plan. This place is a basic vet service, if your buddy needs major or emergency care, go to a animal hospital. If you just need meds or labs or vaccinations, this place is more than capable. The girls up front ( techs ) are pleasant,accommodating and nice. If your side kick has issues or is a baby, lookmjnto the plan they have, it just might save you $$$$. I will continue my puppies care here for now. My experience was good so I would recommend.

Awesome staff!! The staff at Banfield is caring and truly interested in the health and wellbeing of your pets. My pets have been patients there for 10+ years now and I truly appreciate everything that they do.

The service and all was great, but the price even with the discounts was twice what an Urgent care visit for myself cost. For ear and flea meds I just felt $411 was a lot. With out coupons it would been over $500. My average doctor bill as a human usually under $200 for the same amount of services. Not sure why vets always cost more than human doctors. I was hoping with it being a big franchise it would be lower cost than a typical vet. Turns out it's a little more than double what I usually pay. I will continue to use this place for the records holding. I cant always remember to bring my paperwork from my other house. Just wish it was affordable. I guess this is more the corporation than the actual stores fault. Thats why its 3 and not 1 star.

Didn't do much for my dog because I had a coupon for a free office visit. They just watched her walk around in the room gave her some treats didn't really look at her paw and now it's getting worse. So now I have to go back I have to pay for an office visit. I'm just going to go back to paws to help

Dr. Stoddard was amazing with our cat, Ashton. Great bedside manners and very personable. Looking forward to our next visit.
