A caring doctor and great staff who makes our pet visit experience a great one. They clearly explain options and think of what's best for the pet. I strongly recommend Tender Hearts Animal Hospital for your pet care.

Our 15 year old rescue was diagnosed with cancer at the first visit, the doctors and staff were very compassionate, they explained every detail in the lab reports and gave us every possible option. We chose the option of treating the symptoms until last night when our baby became very ill and in the morning we called the hospital and they saw our baby right away. They gave us all the time to say our goodbyes and throughout the process continuously came in to check in on us. Our children were offered water and snacks to keep their minds occupied and when it was time for euthanasia we felt like we were at home with our family not at a hospital. The love and compassion of the doctor and entire staff is what made this heartbreaking experience actually bearable. Thank you tender hearts for being the best animal hospital we’ve ever been to! Our furbabies will not go anywhere else

Had to find a vet quickly for my mom's cat. They got me right in where everyone else was 2 weeks out! Staff was very friendly and professional. I will bring my other pets there and I would recommend.

I asked for an estimate for my pug visit 2 days ago. They are now closed and I still don't have the estimate. They are very unprofessional. I have bothered them for the last 2 days for this because money is tight and they don't care. They are only in this business for the money, which is why they charge you for outside scripts. I've never met the vet due to COVID. I'm over them and will be bringing my business elsewhere after tomorrow. Which, by the way the manager made clear, they don't care about my business. She was very rude and I don't care to let my pug be seen by the likes of these people.

Staff is amazing it's a very good care of my American Bullie's even called to check on them the next day! I highly recommend them to anyone!!!! ????????????❤️❤️❤️

It's sad in a emergency no availability in doctors in the Osceola area and they kept me on hold for an hour. .

Great pet loving people work here. They take really good care of your pet and give follow up calls to be sure that everything is good with your pet.

My first and last experience in this place. The technician/nurse Yahaira she should be back to first grade school . That scumbag treated me so rude by phone after waiting 3 hours in the parking lot for my cat. When I called the office asking for my cat she asked me why I brought the cat to the hospital, and I asked her; after 3 hours you haven’t do anything to my cat ? And she told me “I only have two hands and you can come here and do my job”. I said; whattttttttt. You can talk like that either to your mom or your dad but you can’t talk like that to a customer who is paying for a service. I did not recommend this place with this technician. She showed me that she don’t care about pets. She is unprofessional and insensitive. The owner of this practice should fire her. July 7, 2021

Tender Hearts staff is professional, caring and works hard to find the best way to get your animal healthy! Our corgi loves the staff and the Dr. has worked with him through pancreatitis and joint issues. The techs truly care about each animal and make a concerted effort to meet the animals needs and stay within the pet parent's budget. I highly recommend them!

Very rude staff, specially the tech who told my husband, “come over here and try to do my job”. That’s a lack of respect. We were new and my cat Ámbar has parasite and a hot spot. We have an appointment at 10:15 am on 7/7/21, after waiting 3 hours in the parking lot, no one called is let us know what’s going on. I was calling every hour checking on her and they just kept saying we are working on her. If your staff is unable to manage her, let me know and we can help, but don’t lie to us saying we are working on her, when you never touch her. I would never recommend this vet, you should close your practice or hire new staff, compasión and respectful.

My appointment was at 11.30am. I got assistance and they took my animal in . I waited and had to call them out of concern because an hour and half past and nothing . I got no response except Doctor stepped out to take a call he will be back on 10 mins. I waited approximately 25 -30 mins more and still I get no call from Doctor. I call practice again and ask for my animal and another receptionist responds he's gone on lunch he will be back in ten minutes or so lete let you talk to one of our technicians ( and no technician answered) . At this point its proof that the communication is not there. I'm being told different things. I was put on hold several times and no one answered back . I was still respectful until the end & patient and did not scream . I only expressed my concerns and they still charged me and told me nothing about the exam . They did not even appologise for the experience. This honestly has been one of the worse experiences. They would not even release my animal even after I asked them to cancel everything. I would never recommend you to being your pet / family member to a Practice like this. It really was a nightmare. I felt unsafe , also in the trashy surrounding on the side of their building. If you care about your animal stay away from here.

I am very disappointed with this place they charge a arm and a leg and they never cure my cat. There are very pricey and they took long time to see us my appointment was at 2:00 pm and they said I have to wait in hour but they never answer the door I left the place with my cat at 5:30 pm. I do not recommend this place.

Brought my cat in to figure out what was going on with his eye. Left nearly two hours later with no clear explanation as to what happened, just more of the same medication he’s already on. Not super satisfied, but I’ll come here in a pinch.

Love them , my dog Roxy had to go to surgery, and they did a great job and very caring.

Amazing vet office. All the employees are very professional and friendly. The veterinarian herself is great. Really takes her time to answer any questions you may have and you can tell she genuinely cares about your pet. Their vet tech has also called me the day after my kittys appointment to check up on her. You can't find service like that at just any office. They really go above and beyond. I've never had to wait long for an appointment and the office is never crowded when I go. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Can't recommend this office enough.

The physicians and staff were wonderful, providing comfort and balanced information when we were faced with a difficult decision. They showed great compassion and are there to serve the needs of both pets and their owners.

I called to ask questions about spaying my dog and they hung up on me. RUDE!

I took my dog ,and spent close to400$and they did nothing for her she came home with the same fever still doesn’t eat her heart is raising real bad , I figure sense she had a fever and her heart was raising and I told them she had panting none stop for three days , I figure they would check her heart or kidney nothing , I will never go to them again, bad

I found the vet to be very nice. This was our first time there. I was however disappointed that we could not accompany our baby cuddles. The most disappointing part was we were told we could be on the phone when the vet examined her. Just wish we would have known that was Not the case. That being said...the vet seemed very caring.

This place looked promising TILL I called! So I call in and tell the respetionist that I have never been to there location and I would love to know what are the prices for a the standard vaccinations... She ask me if it's my first time with them... I say yesss... And she says:e Well the dogs ha to be seen by the doctor that's $39.95. I said: Ok I understand now how much will the vaccinations coast? She now says: Oh I don't know what vaccine he will give her. I said ok but there are like 3 or 4 normal vaccine for all dogs so how much are they..like the rabies one for example. She said I know that there are 4 core shots rabies, bordetella, DAPP, influenza..but I can't give you prices. I said okay I just want a right estimate so when I go I have enough money. she said I can't do that cuz the doctor makes the prices for the last season he doesn't know until he sees a dog! .......ok then I'll just take my business and dog elsewhere. Have a good day. Are you for real? The doctor makes the prices on the spot for the same vaccine based off the dog??? Makes no sense.

Great place and excellent people. They are helping us with all the travel certificates to move my 15 cats to Colombia. The staff is amazing with animals, and also with the people. This whole deal with the move has been much easier because of this great group of people. Very professionals.

I'm new to this area and called numerous vets to get an urgent appointment for my pug. Other places didn't have availability for two weeks. Tender Hearts and staff we able to treat my pug right away. Dr. Nallapaneni is highly skilled and a great doctor! Her and her staff keep me updated and explained everything to me in layman's terms so I could understand everything. I am forever grateful to Dr. Nallapaneni and for her wonderful, kind and caring staff for loving what they do and for helping me and my pug in a time of need. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
