They treated my Schatzi like family, all of them are very kind and friendly, veterinarian, technicians and front desk... all of them.

They took care of my young cat through a terrible illness and his passing and then gave me a cat that had been rescued and treated for a broken leg with amputation. After my sadness abated, Lucky, aka (Toast) the tripod still had no home. Less than a week later, he is now king of his domain, so affectionate. We love him dearly. Their generous act helped me and the kitty start 2022 off right!

My dog loves this place. Prices are good staff is nice place is clean.

I love this Clinic ! My baby was sick they treated us like family!!!! My vet I have used forever has an answering service. I called for an emergency visit , the service said no appointments until Monday. This was a Thursday. I explained the situation but nope ! No Help at all!!!! You cannot speak with anyone that works there it sucks! I then called Pine Ridge. I explained to them and they put me on a brief hold and came back and said come on up now. We arrived they were loving and gentle with my fur baby. They did a full exam ,if we would have waited he would not have recovered

My son brought home a kitten early this morning when he got off the night shift. He heard it meowing and found it stuck inside some kind of wood cutting machine while at work. He took it to Pineridge, where I take my dog and cat, and they took him in immediately. They fed it, showed him how to care for it, and opened a new account for him. They were great. They are really animal people who absolutely care about the animals, and that is what I like most.

As an animal lover and previous vet tech, finding a place where the employees are passionate and compassionate towards my pets, is number one in my book. They did an amazing job with coming up with a care plan for my dog. They didn’t throw unnecessary testing at us either. It’s been a breath of fresh air coming to Pine Ridge and seeing the ladies happy to my dog!

We were in pet ER all night. In the morning we went straight there as instructed and they took us right in even though we had no appointment and was a new patient. They kept me updated through out the day. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be going back.

Took my cat in. She has a tumor. Need to find out if it is ♋ cancerous. If it is, then, I may have her put to sleep.

This animal care center took my cat last minute one day after we discovered he had eaten a piece of string. My wife was a scared mess, and was so thankful they were able to check our cat and give us helpful advice as to what to do for him. I am thankful to say a few days later and he really seems to still be doing quite well and I can’t be more thankful for their help and immediate response and able to take my cat so quickly on such short notice.

I’ve only lived in the area of Deland for 2 weeks and my dog fell really ill. After calling all the local Vet offices for a week trying to get medical care I placed a to Pine Ridge. Seemed as if no other Vet in the local area could or would make time for us. When I placed the call to Pine Ridge I explained the issue and how desperate I was to get Genesis medical treatment. Pine Ridge made me a appointment with no hesitation for the same day!! When I arrived at the appointment it was no more than 10 mins that the staff and Dr. Clark was giving treatment, they were so fast acting I wasn’t even done filling out the admission paperwork. My Genesis needed surgery right then and there and it was performed immediately!! Everyone at this Vet office was very caring, loving, and cared for her as if she was one of their own. I am so thankful for everyone there, I have PTSD and Genesis is my legal registered ESA so when I was highly emotional staff stepped in to reassure me that she is going to be ok and so will I. Thank you for saving her life for me and for helping Genesis. I am so grateful for each and every person there at the clinic. It’s comforting to know that Genesis now has a Vet in the area we can rely on for all her needs and it’s a office who has so much love in their hearts. I highly recommend Pine Ridge they truly care about the animals and the owners as well.

Very professional and thorough. However they say they are open till 8 but don't take phone calls at 745 pm. They say will call once a day with updates but you have to call. They can get busy but with the prices you pay you should get a call.

They always try their best.

WE TOOK OUR PUP ALMOST LIFELESS WITH A BAD INFECTION THAT HAPPENED SOO FAST, AFYER CALLING AROUND A FEW VETS TURN US AWAY BUT NOT PINE RIDGE! WHEN I GOT THERE THEY QUICKLY TOO MY PUP AND TOOK HER BACK , THEY ADVICE ME THAT SHE MIGHT NOT MAKE THE SURGERY BUT THEY WERE GOING TO TO EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO SAVE HER, A FEW HOURS LATERS THEY CALLED TO SAY THE SURGERY WAS A SUCCESS!! THEY SAVED MY BABY GIRL SASHA AND 5 DAYS LATER SHE IS EATING , BARKING , PLAYING AND BACK TO HER NORMAL SELF. I WANT TO THANK THE STAFF AND VET DR. CLARK AND THE OTHER VETS THAT WORK HARD SO WE COULD HAVE OUR BABY HERE TODAY. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST CLINIC AND PROFESSIONALS IN THE FIELD 3000% RECOMMENDED. THANK YOU SOO MUCH JOSE AND JONATHAN

Our normal vet was closed and we are so grateful Pine Ridge was able to see us after our dog was in an accident and it was an emergency. They were so patient and soooo friendly. Very affordable. Totally recommend! Can’t thank them enough!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this vet clinic! They were beyond amazing with our sweet girl Texy! And unfortunately she contracted parvovirus and every single one of the angels that work here were just phenomenal with her and did everything they possibly could to save her life! And they did! We couldn’t be more thankful to all of the angels there at Pine Ridge vet clinic. They are always so welcoming and genuinely care about your pets! They are also reasonably priced, and do not try to just overcharge you and get your money. All the doctors we have absolutely loved and would never go to a different pet clinic again. Highly recommend this pet clinic!

I was raised if you have nothing nice to say dont say anything at all, so all I will say is I brought my dog here because I am not a doctor I spent $599.00 to help my dog and now I no longer have the dog. My dogs are treated like my child but unfortunately this practice only cares about the mighty dollar. I am not a doctor but I will say I have never taken any of my ill dogs into a vet and a fecal not be done. Unfortunately had that been done my dog would still be alive or at least had a fighting chance. I should have known better after bringing my girl in active labor and needing a c section into your practice and having to run 30 mins up the road to get payment because that is the most important in your practice, I was told I could not leave my dog but I could take her in active labor with me and come back with payment. Its just disgusting and I will make it know everywhere I go to tell people to stay away from Pine Ridge money is there only concern. Please dont take your pet to this practice. My kids are devastated due to an error that should never had been made by someone in this profession

This clinic has been nothing but wonderful with my extended family and our furbabies through multiple emergencies and unusual situations. Vets and clinic staff alike are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable.

Hubby and I have been caring for a feral cat for 17 plus years.....We were always dog people and very allergic to cats....but "Miss Kitty" was obviously starving and homeless and precious. So we began working to win her over and to wanting to live in her little house on our pool patio. ...We made sure she had a big house and air when it was hot and heaters when it was cold and lots of comfortable room to sleep. She never liked being picked up or held but after a year she did allow us to pet her and comb her. We eventually brought her to live inside (despite our allergies) because she was now very old and obviously very slowed down by age. We wanted to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. She had been sleeping more than usual recently and today while eating I saw her act strange and so I examined her and realized she was experiencing a health crisis and had just gone totally blind!! It happened suddenly...and she was very panicked and she was crying the sound they make when in distress or fear. She was banging into things and wouldn't let us hold her or comfort her. We started calling Mobile Vets, and every Vet office number we could find. I couldn't believe things that were said to us and how cold the responses were. No one would take the time to euthanize our cat and stop her suffering. They wanted to give me appointments next week! OR take her to the emergency Vet that would take us over an hour drive.....with a cat suffering and crying in distress and panicked! She had never been in a car or a carrier and it was just more suffering for her. Finally after many many phone calls.....I called PINE RIDGE PET CLINIC ...Immediately the staff member said without giving me talk about 'what and inconvenience or how busy they were...she simply said. "You bring your baby right in...we will help you"!! I was shocked ....no one had spoken so kindly to me since I began dialing. She was very understanding and extremely kind and patient and didn't hesitate to say "Come right now!". We did...and from the moment we got there until we left each staff member was very very kind and genuinely cared about us and the suffering of Miss Kitty. They quickly gave her a sedative to relieved her pain and after she was asleep then they gave her final shot. Her suffering was over and we were so grateful ! We want to Thank each staff member for their professionalism and Empathy and kindness........I can't imagine how much more suffering it would have added if we had to make her take a hour car ride and then be kept in a container until she could be helped. This was quick and kind. We are so grateful! Thank you Pine Ridge Pet Clinic and God Bless each of you for your true, genuine, hearts for animals in need and their owners. Though we are heart broken and will miss our dear Miss Kitty...we know that this clinic is..... FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! Candy & Dennis Black and our precious Miss Kitty Thank you so so much!

These people, meaning the entire staff are tremendous. Veterinarians are very thorough.

They would of earned a 5 , The doctors are the best ,but the staff could use a lesson in camunication skills.

Very unprofessional very dirty staff very rude I mean unless your white they’ll take very good care of you just being honest don’t go there!
