The Pet Motel Key Largo, Florida

My dog King loves the pet motel! So glad we found this place it's so convenient ! They take such good care of our boy. Kiatlyn is so helpful and friendly to deal with. I would definitely recommend the pet motel to anyone who needs a doggy daycare or boarding. 10/10.

The folks who work here are absolutely loving and kind with the dogs. Not only are they really wonderful people, but the dogs also have a good time!

Took my dog for the first time yesterday and he came home happy and tired

Our go to place for boarding our pups. No kennels here, the dogs are pack kenneled in rooms with access to go outside as they want. Great for doggy day care too, our dogs love it there.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this pet hotel and STAFF!!! I cannot open the door to my car fast enough for my pup when we arrive. She has the best time every time!

We've been keeping our dog here for a few weeks every year. Can't say enough good things about these people. Our dog loves it there and comes home completely exhausted because of all the play time. We will continue to use pet motel for boarding our dog. One thing that would be cool is if more photos were posted on the company's Facebook page like was done in the past. Really nice to check fb on vacation and see our dog having fun playing with all the other puppers.

We are visiting and needed a safe spot for our pup during the day while we went out on a boat. It was obvious the workers love dogs and took time to get to know our pup and give her attention. We will be back.

We were in Key Largo with our dog on vacation. We had an emergency and needed a place to leave our dog for the afternoon. Our 11 year old pug is very spoiled and we don't just leave him anywhere, so finding a place last minute was very stressful because we didn't want to leave him someplace where we'd imagine him being tortured and starved all day ???????? We called and explained the situation and the owner was very nice (we can't remember his name) and acted quickly. He explained that they usually do a temperament assessment prior to full daycare. Since we were in a pinch we could drop him off for a few hours and he would keep our dog up front with him to watch him and do the assessment. We knew he would pass the test, but he also stated that if he didn't pass, then he would just keep him separated from the other dogs for the rest of the day. We called our vet and had the vaccine records emailed and we were good to go! Our dog was shy at first, but seemed to warm up quickly and really liked the owner. Since he was only going to be there for a few hours, the owner kept him in the front office with him and a couple of other senior dogs. We imagine the seniors just sat around and complained about the weather all day ???? Anyways, we picked our dog up a few hours later and he was worn out. We dropped him off for daycare one more day before leaving town and he seemed to like the place. We will definitely be using this daycare again when we are back in town. We think the owner said they have recently taken over the place so we are always happy to support great small businesses. Thank you Pet Motel!

I can't even say the word Pet Motel around my puppy he gets super excited. He will play all day and get a nice bath, and be exhausted the next day. They are super sweet and understanding.

You can rest easy knowing they will love and care for your furry baby . I can't recommend them enough

I LOVE this place. Caitlin is awesome. My dogs love this place. As an owner, you know how to read your pet. The animals are loved and cared for and always look happy. I'm glad to have them here in Key Largo.

They take very good care of our small dog. She was quite happy to be there today.

Always love taking my dog here. The staff is awesome- helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My dog has really high energy and hates being inside all day while I'm at work. She gets really excited to go to the pet motel! They take great care of her and she comes home happy and tired :)

Seriously this place saved us. We just took our first trip with our dog and didn't realize until the day before that we needed a kennel to do the activities we planned. So I showed up the morning of and they took our dog no problem. When we came back the next day our dog was so well taken care of. The lady who runs it was amazing.

The Pet Motel was great. Amazing staff and really good rates. Dog was happy and healthy (and exhausted) when I picked him up (3 days/2 nights). Great facilities as well.

Ended up not using this service for our cat because it was more like kitty jail than hotel. The guy told me our cat would be in the cage 22+ hours a day. We were going on a trip for a week. A day or 2 maybe okay but the thought of our kitty ???? in that cage for a week was not acceptable.

They care for our "boy" like he is theirs. Priced right. The staff is wonderful.

Great Doggie Day Care service. My extremely energetic and strong pit comes home happy and tired. Staff is wonderful and attentive.

Staffers couldn't be more friendly, engaging, or loving toward their four legged clients. My grandpups always have a wonderful experience there and I can tell by their eagerness to go, their total happiness interacting with the other pups, and their reluctance to leave! Thank you Pet Motel staffers for spreading your love and providing such a positive boarding experience!

The people are soooo nice and so caring to the dogs. Our Rusty loves it there! We travel from Palmetto Bay because there is no place like it close to us! The drive is worth it. I highly recommend it if you want your pet to feel like they’re in a homelike environment ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

nice place fairly priced. I would give tl5 stars other then they don't open till 8 a.m. which is the time most people have to be at work. seems odd that daycare can't open at 7a.m. so people can make it to their jobs on time.

The dog loves spending the day there when we go diving or fishing. She gets excited every time we get near. She loves the attendants, who do a great job with all dogs.

Everyone who works here is super friendly, and truly cares for your pet!

These folks are the BEST people to love and care for our doggies and cat. We have a large highly strung German Sheppard but he is so happy here. They round him up when he gets stressed out - concerned for the other dogs... and give him a break alone. They mix the little ones together and then allow the mellow ones to chill. Everyone sleeps together. Unless owners request otherwise. The owner of the Pet Motel rides her bike and walks runs doggies all the time. This place is a dream come true. We love our dogs and they do too. They really don't no ind getting down and dirty w the pups. I mean it's sanitary but not hospital sterile. It's a perfect combo. Love it love love love. Dogs and Cats do have to have all their shots.

My bb has only recently started at pet motel, the staff is very efficient and caring. They have a great deal on their membership. BB will be returning.

I’ve been boarding my three dogs at the Pet Motel for the past three years, and would not board them anywhere else. In fact, I wouldn’t go on vacation if I couldn’t take “the kids” to this wonderful facility. Wonderful, caring, professional people!
