Kendall and the rest of the Crew were awesome! My former Groomer retired so I was apprehensive about moving to a new one. Scenthound made it easy with their kindness, attentiveness and reasonable Membership plan. I highly recommend based on my initial experience.

Overall I was happy with my experience, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. This was my first trip to have my newly rescued dog bathed, I was hoping for some feedback from the bather whom I only saw for a brief minute. I was busy paying or would have asked myself. I assume she did well for her bath but I believe better communication is needed.

During peak of Covid I had to bring my pup in for grooming while my spouse was in the hospital. They called to say he was ready and i quickly went to retrieve him as he’s difficult to groom and has to be heavily sedated. We’ve been going to pet Groomerie/Scent of Hound for at least 8 years. When they call and say he’s ready, he’s ready. Not this time. I arrived and they said he wasn’t ready even though they called me 20 minutes earlier. They kept him an add’l 30 minutes and I realized that none of the people/staff I was seeing were the same. I kindly asked if the woman was new and she boldly stated that EVERYONE was new!! Ok that’s fine, but customers should know this. I would’ve explained our pups unique situation. Fast forward to this past week. I made an appointment for Monday morning at 9. Woke up at 5 am to sedate my dog (riddles me with anxiety to do it!!) and bring him in for his appointment that I made with employee at scent of hound few days earlier. When I arrived with my doped up dog (which takes a solid 2 days to wear off) I was told that the appointment was made in error by THEIR employee for the following Monday and that they didn’t have any openings for that day. WHAT? their mistake and they made no concessions. Unfortunately I don’t have the regular Fido that sits and licks while groomed. My dog is on a horse tranquilizer to be groomed. The lack of compassion was horribly disheartening. I NEVER write bad OR good reviews. I simply don’t bother. If 1 person reads this and saves themselves and their dog from the complete lack of care, I’ve done my diligence.

Kyra does a great job with our Shih Tzu. She comes back happy and looking great. Kyra is always on time and efficient.

Have been using the mobile service with Dawn for several years. I have a small, but difficult dog to groom and Dawn is patient, and professional with the little guy. She’s the best groomer I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with and consider myself lucky to have found her. Do yourself a favor and use Pet Groomerie!

I will forever recommend this place to every pup parent. Our English bulldog gets dirty, and in 30 minutes Scenthound was able to get him so clean that his white fur was the brightest it has been since we got him. The staff was SO friendly. They made him so comfortable the second we got there - he didn’t even look back at us once when they took him into the back room for grooming. This place is so affordable for such a great quality service. & don’t be afraid to buy products from them while you’re there - those are affordable too!!!! We were shocked. We bought whitening shampoo from them expecting it to be like buying shampoo from the hair saline (extortion lol) and it was only $12!!! We’re blown away.

Found out about Scent Hound from a review off the campground we were staying at. They are absolutely great! Took my two dogs there and they looked and smelled wonderful! Staff was super! Wish we had a Scent Hound back home.

My pup's nails were not ground appropriately, they were sharpened into points. The soapy products left on him led to skin problems and eventually bacterial skin infections.

Jupiter Scenthound has the rudest staff. The front desk girl is so nasty. I will NEVER go there again.
