Gentle Touch Pet Grooming Jupiter, Florida

Took our Italian Greyhound for nail trim. $10 for her nail trim- can’t beat it. Young girl who did trim was friendly and competent. (Sorry, but didn’t get her name). Took all of 10 minutes, if that. Friendly staff, who were all busy doing their thing . Will be going back for next trim without hesitation. Thanks

I have always taken my puppy to this place for a long time but the last time I have taken him they are not holding him well and I told him with them that I did not like him as they left him they told me for the next time they will leave him well they say it was a error and take him again and make sure they are not going to cut it like that time and I showed him a picture with them as he wanted it and they told me that if they are going to leave it like that but when I went to pick it up they did the same again they cut a lot and it has nothing of style and I complain because they continue to grasp that and plain they knew how to answer me they only told me that they are going to called me it does not care how it stays and they also take a long time so do not go to this place please.

I wasn’t going to write a review but since it’s been since Thursday , now it’s Saturday and I have not received a call from the owner or manager I decided to write one! We have a little Mini Golden Doodle. I took him in on Thursday for a groom and made it very VERY clear that I did NOT want a Poodle Cut! I watched the receptionist write it down clearly. We brought him in at 10 am , checked in at 1 pm and they said he wouldn’t be done until about 3 pm , they were short staffed! Ok that’s not a big deal! But when my wife brought him home it was a poodle cut , not only that, it was a terrible choppy poodle cut! If they were that short staffed they could’ve easily asked us to bring him another day ! Instead they sent him home with a cut I specifically did NOT want for him and it was terrible to boot! I left a message of my dissatisfaction on Thursday , called again today (Saturday ) the reception said the message was relayed and never received a call all day! Needless to say but I will absolutely never bring my pup back to this place nor will I refer them to anyone ! If I could give zero stars I would have !

Great service and they take very good care of our dog. He loves going there for a haircut.

So beyond thrilled to find an amazing, professional and kind groomer! Have just inherited a special rescue pup and Gentle Touch went above and beyond to help us during a very difficult time and started a wonderful start over haircut instead of shaving. I am beyond impressed and will bring my other dog there a havenese as well. From Chicago, the city and know ever type of grooming thru many dogs. Gentle Touch is special and professional they could open a chain and supervise and it would be a model for groomers! Thank you all see you soon!

Took my older cat there for a grooming. They were very gentle with her and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

I have taken my pup to Gentle Touch grooming for years. They take a long time and $80 but really liked the shape. Last two grooms were bad and discovered groomer left. Tried to help out new groomer with photos, but this is what they did to my dog Friday. 4 months ago after a groom and now. Didn't follow her card, cut her lashes off. Shaved her ears off. I already took the bow/bandana off that I tell them to save for someone else. They think it's same and great. Want me to bring her back in to "fix" her. Wouldn't let them Touch her. Consider other options.

Gentle Touch pet grooming is the absolute best!! Mandy and the staff took such great care of our cat who needed a good grooming!! I highly recommend bringing your pet there!! We definitely will be back!!

I am so happy I found Gentle Touch! I’ve tried a few other grooming shops and wasn’t completely happy with those experiences. My Stella came running out to me happy and beautiful. I really liked that she wasn’t there all day too. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Really don't know where to start. Our red cat decided he wanted to explore our chimney overnight and thus was now a black cat. After a feeble attempt to try and bathe him (not to mention being sliced to ribbons), we found Gentle Touch online. They took us in immediately like we were their best customer even though we had never been there. Can't say enough good things about how they took care of our family and cat.

I just love bringing my dog Cruz to Gentle Touch. Mandy and her daughter are so much love! They are so sweet to my frenchie every single time. They’re always so excited to see him. It makes me giggle because he runs away from me, straight to them as soon as he sees them. He always comes back smelling so fresh and is absolutely clean. Sometimes I send texts through Gentle Touch’s automated system, and I always get a response back. I’m really grateful to have a place I can take my dog where I feel so comfortable leaving him. I can’t thank Mandy, her daughter, and the rest of the team there enough. Mandy and her daughter treat Cruz like he’s their own. Cruz loves them so much!

First time going here. It’s horrible. They have no concern for the pet. Only concern for the mighty dollar.

So we have been bringing 3 of our pets here for the last 8 years and we have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, we brought our youngest pet, Tiki, here back in December 2020. We were very concerned when we took her at 8 am and normally we get a call by 2 or 3 pm to come pick up our pet. On this day we did not get a call back so my daughter decided that she should go to see what was going on. When we found out our little Tiki had been in the cage for 8 hours we were livid!! They had forgot about her. Needless to say but important is that she has extreme anxiety and a heart condition. She could have had a seizure or heart incident. When we asked them why she has not been groomed yet they said oh, we forgot about her. Really? That is not acceptable. So they said give us a half hour. We got Tiki and she was groomed horribly, basically the same as we brought her in 8 hours ago!! Do not take your pet here unless you want to have the most horrible experience of your life!! We tried to get the manager to call us back but they never did. When I called to inquire about this because I had been out of town for a few months and did not have time to follow up, I was told that I was refunded. It was not true and I had no call from the manager. “BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID”.

Gizmo is so happy with his hair cut. I've been coming to gentle touch for almost 30 years with our families two dogs 13 years with our airdale Milley and 16 years with Gizmo and a better grooming shop you cannot find. They are all very kind and professional. The new owner is continuing the good work.

The staff was helpful, friendly and very good at what they do. My dog was given the best haircut he's ever gotten. He looked amazing and was also very happy when I picked him up. Highly recommend!

Best lion cuts our cats have ever received! Both our cats look so handsome! Plus, they were able to give them both a bath which I thought would be an impossible task. Definitely recommend Gentle Touch and we will for sure be back!

Great place to catch Covid-19 from the manager Ginean. Came out to talk to me without wearing a mask and did not social distance. Also fed my dog treats without asking if it was okay. My dog has allergies.

I was pleased other than when they asked you what kind of cut you want and you tell them don't cut the face don't cut the tail and the cut was supposed to be a little bit longer than it is other than that it's a beautiful job but I really wish that they'd pay attention to what you actually ask for. Great place, reasonable, nice staff clean friendly .... we'll go back. Shelby and Sam

not what I was expecting

I have an Australian Shepard mini and he isn’t easy because he gets so anxious when going to the groomers . This was my first time bringing my dog to Gentle touch and I couldn’t be happier with how they treated him and the way they cut him and his nails . The staff is so friendly and the place is Very Clean! I am so happy I finally found a groomer that takes pride in what they do and I couldn’t be happier ! Highly recommend .

I loved this place until it changed owners. They say they call and don't. This has happened twice. Not that you care but you have lost my business.

We bring our dogs here every 4 weeks and they are treated like VIP'S. Friendly, knowledge staff, usually the owners working the front desk.... And they have a new service, pick up and deliver! Doesn't get much better than that.

I was having such a hard time finding a groomer for my yorkie. I’ve been everywhere in Jupiter & the outcome was always disappointment. I can now say I’ve found a place I can bring my baby back to. They did a wonderful job. They even took her in as a walk in with an hour notice. I appreciate you guys. Can’t thank you all enough!

We love this grooming establishment and our little Havanesse enjoys coming here every month.The owners name is Sarah and you couldn't ask for a nicer or more honest person to do business with. Sarah and her staff make every visit a five star experience. In the year that we have been coming to Gentle Touch Pet Grooming we have watched Sarah transform the waiting area into a stylish doggie boutique which offers its customers unique high quality pet accessories. We recently purchased a collar and leash from the boutique and noticed that every time we bring Star in to be groomed the groomer makes sure to put a bow on her to match the new collar and leash. Like I said these folks are a class act and work hard to earn your business. Marc A.
