This place is truly amazing my girlfriends dog got hit by a car and they took very good care of her she is doing ok just got road rash and a swollen foot but we got in and out and they made sure she was feeling comfortable

Staff is always friendly and quick, treat my let's with alot of care. Dr.s are always efficient, informative, and treat my pets as if they were their own.

I was so happy to have found a vet whom I thought was sincere and caring.

A little wait time. But very nice and polite. My dog loved them and she is normally stand offish if she doesn't know you. All in all good visit.

I think it’s VERY sad that one of my closest friends, Dogs is undergoing emergency surgery and might lose all her puppies bc they don’t know how to do a SIMPLE job like making sure she could deliver the babies in the first place… honestly, I don't think anyone should bring their pet to a place that doesn't care about anything but a pay check...

Want a good vet? This place is definitely the place.

Had my dog go in to make sure her puppies were okay, they did an X-ray, & an ultrasound said the puppies should definitely fit out, they didn’t. They got stuck, they are very rude, very unprofessional. They need more training, now I’m stuck paying 3k for surgery & I have 7 dead puppies. Do not take your animals here.

Dr. Carter was in the office today when I took our cat Gandalf in. This is the first time we had met her and she was a delight, so up beat and very caring. We love all of the staff at Whitehouse Animal Hospital, they have cared for our fur babies for almost 18 years.

Cannot keep an appointment ever. So frustrating to wait for 45 minutes past your apt and still not be seen.

I went here first with my dog Kendra aug 3rd 2021 to get a cist removed on back leg when we went to pick her up from the animal hospital they left her all bloody and would not wrap it up and told us to basically leave it was unbelievable. Since the cist was as big as a golf ball I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I brought Kendras sister duke girl to get two itty bitty cist removed their both 8 years old and very fragile when duke came out to the lobby she was bleeding worse then Kendra was and it got everywhere and I felt so bad for my dog because they said they same thing “we aren’t wrapping it up” how could a vet leave a dog bleeding and not wrap it up I spent ALOT of money to have my truck covered in my pets blood and it was very unprofessional I will never return to this animal hospital ever again My poor duke girl. This place deserves to be shut down.

I brought my cat in for an emergency, I did not have to wait very long after filling out the paperwork. The office was clean and very well kept. The staff was so helpful and amazing. They are very sweet people and really care about their patients. I will never take my pets anywhere else. They offer the best service I have ever seen. BRING YOUR PETS HERE. I cannot sing their praises enough.

Terrible. Used to be top notch. Dr. Thoma and her son are amazing. New bet is bad. Front staff will forgot to add you in the computer after you call and arrange boarding. Wish I could give them -10 stars. Went to pick up my dog and THEY CLOSED. They knew we were coming. They never have my dogs stuff. We asked for anxiety meds and they never give them for the dog. They are lax and have a poor I don’t care attitude. They have quite the reputation now in this area. Getting my dogs away from them ASAP. Don’t let the older good reviews fool you. They used to be great and now are terrible. I wouldn’t leave a dead snake with them. Run AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Good clean helpful great personal good doctors

Ive only visited 3 times. Don't know if I will return. I got a second opinion on one of my animals and his leg will be fine now that the break is wrapped and set correctly after I was told it was too high up for them to do so.

Great place to take your pets.the prices are reasonable and they are great with my dogs.

Staff was really nice. Was told someone would call me to go over procedure but ended up having to call them since no one reached out. They also said they would let me know when procedure was done and again no one called me so I ended up calling them and found out she was in recovery. Was told someone would call with an update but after almost an hour I went to the clinic because no one called. I had her microchipped and they forgot to give me the enrollment packet so I have to go get it. My dog is in great health and happy even though it was major surgery and I can barely tell she was spayed. So they were really good to her ????

Hazel has never tolerated a nail trim while awake. Today, she let them do her nails without being put to sleep. Trevor was so quick I hadn't even filled out the paperwork and she was already being returned to me. We will be lifelong Whitehouse clients now.

Yesterday we had to unexpectedly say good-bye to our forever dog. The doctor and technicians were amazingly comforting and kind. Our boy Bandit was able to go gently and lovingly. Thank you, Donna Mains

This review is not against the vet because I never got to see them. I made a appointment for my sick puppy here because I saw it had a high star rating. Once we got there the receptionist was rude and I was handed some paperwork and told to wait in our car. Ok. Thirdly minutes later a young lady came and got the paperwork and we was told just a few more minutes. It’s 95 degrees outside so trying to keep a sick puppy in a car wasn’t easy but we will wait alittle while longer. 45 minutes later I done. I walk in and told the rude receptionist we would have to reschedule, all she said was” fine leave”. They lost a good customer.

Got us quickly in and out with the dog and got us taken care of.
