Maisie was at Daycare and St Bernard’s picked her up for her appointment (St. Bernard’s and Dogtown USA are in the same building) and take her back. The convenience is amazing but the staff is amazing. They truly treat your furry family member like one of their own.

Been going to St Bernard’s for a few years and always been pleased with the care my dogs have gotten. Dr Hansen is very pleasant and truly cares and listens to us pet parents. Same with Dr Nelligan and the newer vet, Dr Vinyard. I’m so thankful they are close by! I find their prices reasonable, too. All the vet techs and other workers are professional and very compassionate. Highly recommend!

Was easy same day appointment and seemed knowledge about pet needs for the area of the country I just moved to.

We personally see Dr. Hansen who is THE best vet we have ever worked with and we trust him 100% with our dogs care. He doesn't push medications or unnecessary tests or procedures and is highly experienced and competent. He returns every single call and believe me having three dogs we call a lot :) The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always extremely pleasant to work with. The facility is clean and wait time is minimal. We highly recommend St Bernard's and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I hav been seeing Dr Hanson for over 10 years he’s the best. Wherever he is you can feel the caring and love for the animals from all the staff and him. Would go nowhere else.

All the staff I encountered from when I called to set up the appointment, came in to check in and the vet and assistant that helped take care of my cat were extremely pleasant. They took the extra time to make sure the cat was comfortable and treated with so much care, will definitely use this as my primary vet.

The veterinarian was very thorough in his work. He made to check everything with our 9 year old beagle to rule out any lifelong issues. He was gentle with her, as well as very professional. He was honest and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to get money out of me. If anything, he was saving us money! Loved this place! Thanks so much again ????

I recently moved to the Jacksonville area with my 3 year old Akita mix, Ace. Last week, Ace was experiencing ongoing eye discharge. I was originally trying to get him seen at Atlantic Veterinary Clinic. They were booked solid and highly recommended I bring Ace over to St. Bernard’s, they accept walk-ins. Ace was seen that day, as a walk-in sick visit, by Dr. Nelligan. She was absolutely wonderful and Ace loved her!! During his exam, she was very thorough, and informative. She also provided great resources for training- which was super helpful! Thanks again Dr. Nelligan, Ace will be back in a few months for his annual vaccinations! Overall, our experience at St. Bernard’s Animal Hospital was a 10/10. The wait time was short and sweet. The exam cost $56 and his medicine was very inexpensive. Ace was also chosen as the pet of the day! Check out their Facebook page, it is really cute! Dr. Nelligan is amazing. She is thorough with the exam of my pet & takes her time to explain everything in depth. I felt heard, cared for, & she made me very comfortable, answered all my questions and help me understand the plan of care. She puts my mind at ease. She is kind and is an excellent and compassionate veterinarian. The staffs there are all professional with a kind and caring attitude. I would recommend St. Bernards Vet to anyone.

My husband went, I didn’t get to because of work. I called our vet whom we have been seeing for probably 15 years & I had an urgent need for my dog. It was 8:00 am and they said they could not get him in to go to Emergency vet. I called St Bernard’s & got an appointment that morning. My Husband said he really like it and our Chi was not stressed being there. You have a new customer for keeps!

These vets could careless about the animals they’re only there for the money. My dog had a serious issue & they didn’t even take the time to inspect farther & find the true issue they just took a quick look and guessed what was wrong. I will never go back there & I don’t recommend anyone ever go to them!

We could not be happier with this place. Our dog Sir Walter has gone there for years, he has had the best care. They call to follow up and make sure you have the support you need. Our dog now has cancer and they have been so loving and helpful. Dr. Nelligan loves our beagle and he adores her. 5 Stars is not enough!

This is the most reliable vet here in Jax. If you call ahead for an appointment, the likelihood of your pet being seen next day or asap is really good. The front desk always answers the phone, they're very friendly. Techs and vets are incredibly kind and understanding, I just feel like my dog is safe here with them. The facility is very clean and comfortable as well! I would highly recommend.

My experience is very bad. My question for your guy’s is, do i have to gave tips for the vaccines you did to my dog??? I always live good tips for my dog grooming, not less than 20 % some times more than 20%.It was first time i did bring my dog for a vaccines and when i paid with credit card i has no options but too gave tips not just for the my dog which is fine but i never have been asked to live tips for the vaccines even for Grooming.
