All of the Doctors and nurses there take amazing care of both of our cats. They are fast and efficient and they go out of their way to show affection towards your animals to help them feel more comfortable with the whole process. It's not often that you genuinely feel a connection between your pets and the technicians, but this is our only stop on terms of care for our animals.

They're always very helpful when you call. Can get in quick for nail trims. Vets are very sensitive to all the needs of your babies. Very patient. Will answer all of your questions to make sure that you understand what your baby's need. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I absolutely love this veterinary hospital. My 2 dogs and cat see all the doctors, get groomed and have boarded there since they were adopted 6.5 years ago. The care and love they give my pets is so appreciated. I can call anytime to seek advice, or most recently emergency care. They always call and check up on my fur babies to be sure they are ok if there was a sickness or injury. Due to my dogs breed, Dr MacMillian recommended I get pet insurance and it certainly paid off this year! My pomapoo somehow hurt his back and Dr KitKat determined he needed immediate surgery for a slipped disk. The awesome staff set up an immediate appointment with Veternary Specialists and he had surgery that day. This $6,000 surgery plus physical therapy could have had a devastating impact on our family. But I listened to Dr. MacMillians advise and can never thank him and the whole San Juan Beauclerc Animal Hospital staff enough for their extraordinary care of my fur babies. My pomapoo was a bit scared going back in for a physical yesterday, and as soon as Dr. Davis entered the room he instantly calmed down and went right to her???? The office staff mentioned that they are hiring in case I if I knew of anyone looking for a position. If I could, I would absolutely love to work there among such a wonderful group of people????

We have had our six poodles there over the last ten years with Dr.s Nash, MacMillan, and Davis. They are fast and will spend time discussing the animal. We will continue go there.

Super friendly staff and great with even the most difficult dogs.

By far some of the most compassionate, caring and knowledgeable veterinarians I've encountered in Jacksonville (Dr. D. Nash, Dr. G. McMillan and Dr. Brooke Davis). The support staff is equally considerate and caring. Would recommend to anyone looking for a doctor/ hospital/grooming for their "furbabies".

Wonderful spot to trust with your pet's health and well-being. Every visit feels like your pet is part of their family, too, and they take you through everything with detail so you have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and understand completely. Knowledgeable in greyhounds which is a plus because they differ in stats than other breeds. Highly recommend.

Dr McMillan was up front and honest with us concerning our dog's condition when I feel other vets weren't. Even though they weren't able to save our beloved Worthington we knew that we made the right choice.

Doctor McMillan and his staff are absolutely the best! They have been caring for our dogs for many years and have once again exceeded our expectations with a recent surgery that our Daisie had to have. They do their very best to accommodate schedules and treat us and our 4 legged babies with compassion and caring. The people working there are so kind, warm and thoughtful from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone looking for excellent care for their pets!

I cannot say enough about these veterinarians. They have gone above and beyond with my family and our chocolate labs. For over a year, they have taken care of our labs like they were their own family. Greeting us at the door and then helping us everything time we go inside. Talking to us on the phone like we are family, have gone way above and beyond to make us and our dogs feel like we were there just to say hello and not for them to get a paycheck! Absolutely love these people for what they did for our little 6 month old Beaux. It’s makes us cry every time we think about him. He was our little Beaux and we miss him soo much now but we knew he was in good hands and so thankful for such great vets and doctors taking care of our little one. Thank you for being such great people and such great care takers of our dogs and we can’t say enough about the attention you have give them for us. My heart wrenches everything time I think about how our little Beaux got into his little mess, but because of you guys, we felt so much at ease and peace with the situation. If you need a vet, GO HERE! It is the place to be taking your pets, dogs especially! Love you guys

I work with a Great Dane Rescue and we always get great service here. Brought a Dane in this morning with no appointment and they are working him in for tests to see what is wrong with him.

Doctor doesn’t know what he’s doing. My dog has been in and out of this place for the past 3 weeks because of a surgery the doctor messed up on. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

Is there a word that exceeds outstanding. That is what I feel about the entire staff at San Jose Vet. My fur babies have been cared for for 20 years Each baby...dogs and cats ...has been loved. And even better liked to go there. We call it The Spa. And the pets are ready to go. Thank you from all of us.

Haven’t needed the vet recently, however for the past 35 years they have treated my cats with great care and compassion. I would recommend this practice and Dr Mc Millian to anyone who needs an excellent vet. Their staff is excellent and takes great care of your pet from arrival to discharge. Their groomer Evelina knows how to groom your pet and also takes great care of your baby when they arrive for grooming. THEY ARE THE BEST.. WISH THEY TOOK CARE OF HUMANS,,,❤️❤️
