Clean, friendly staff. One stop shopping, as there is a vet and dog groomer on site. If they only offered training. The "report card" is a really cute idea. I love that they followed up after the visit to check on the boys.

Went and had 3 dogs for the afternoon. They didn't charge us for the visit. First time is free they said. Wasn't expecting it but what a great surprise. Thanks for everything.

I've boarded my dogs at this facility twice. I paid for extra play time during the last visit. I have a Beagle who is temperamental so I was interested in how she would handle a larger play date. I received a "report card" on her that she loved getting chased/playing tag (I know she hates this). I knew right away that it surely wasn't my dog. I asked the office person about it and she said they write generic report cards on the dogs depending on how many dogs they have at the facility. I was disappointed because I really wanted an update on how my dogs were actually doing from Friday-Sunday. For $200 I don't think that's much to ask for.

Review update: After taking my dog to Pet Paradise on University Blvd for several weeks of doggie day care (one day a week) he developed severe diarrhea. I had to stop taking my dog to this place, his diarrhea cleared up and he hasn't had it since. We won't be back!

My little girl enjoys staying at Pet Paradise when I travel with work. The staff go above and beyond to make her stay fun. I highly recommend them.

Our dog goes there each time we vacation. She also has been there for day camp. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful. Management needs to work on their telephone reservation system. They probably know this. Friends have gone elsewhere as Pet Paradise insist customers use the on-line computer system. Too bad. No telephone response unless facility is contacted directly. We will not consider the Veterinarian for this reason. I hope it is only a staffing shortage problem.

Been taking my dog here since she was 3 months old and she’s almost 3 now. She loves all her friends and all the staff. They’re amazing! ❤️

More important than my love for Pet Paradise…My Dogs really had a good time. Being able to watch them play (Via WebCam) was a bonus. I highly recommend these wonderful folks!

They took great care of our Red Nosed Pitbull

$45 for day camp as an employee… my dogs would be there for a whole shift 5-6 hours and not go out to play once on some days. I only worked there for the day camp, never going back. Taking my dogs somewhere where they will actually get to play and not be put in a room alone for hours. If I wanted to leave them alone in a room for hours to just sit there and cry, I’d leave them at home.

Great place to let your pup visit, she loves the place as much as we do!

Waking up at 530am to drop my dog off at 630am, you would think the most important thing to tell you over the phone would bring updated vaccine records not “ just bring your happy pup” when asked is there anything I need to bring?

Let your employees remove the masks without requiring vaccination otherwise love the store especially the employees

Our dogs had a great time here and the staff were very friendly. I took off a star because we called after we dropped them off and asked to add baths but it must not have been scheduled. They didn’t charge us but we were hoping for fresh pups when we got back.

Pet Paradise was the place we brought out dogs for years. We woudl typically board our animals around 30 days a year. Their employees use to love animals and provided great service. As with many organizations who grow, the culture must change to keep up with the need for more employees. Over the last 2 years, we have found that the employees don't care about the animals they way they did previously. It is difficult to communicate with the staff and their prices have increased substantially. Over the last few months we have discovered a smaller organization where the owner works and treats customers and their pets like they were part of his family. If returning late from a trip, he will meet you to let you pick up your pet without waiting until they open the next day. It is what we had come to appreciate about Pet Paradise in the past. For now, we go to Bark Central where we and our animals feel appreciated. l hope Pet Paradise can figure out how to grow and get the culture back. They have a great business, but are having growing pains.

We took our baby girl for a get acquainted visit on March 19th and all I can say is wow. The lobby is bright and inviting, the staff is friendly and welcoming. There is no doubt of their love for the animals that are dropped off. Throughout the day I could watch the webcam and I was able to see our sweet baby girl playing and having a great time. The picture attached is one Pet Paradise which made their Facebook page. We can't wait for Goldie to have her first boarding weekend.. Pet Paradise thank you for welcoming our girl into your family and taking such amazing care of her during her visit!!!

Service is HORRIBLE. They put My dog in quarantine without info. Prices are HIGHER. Treat costumers and dogs very bad. Please don't leave your pet in their hands.

Absolutely love this place. My two pups are so happy going there. I like that they have a place to unwind when at camp all day.

Dog will never go to another Pet PENN. Paradise . not sure if its the business model or the site associates but very poor.

We are always so happy with the attention and care our dog, Rocky, gets here. The staff is always so sweet!

I’ve taken my Mini Bull Terrier to Pet Paradise several times over the past few months. I was a little leery at first about starting with a new boarding facility, but I have been pleasantly surprised at how awesome the staff has treated me and my pet! They’ve worked with him to make sure he is safe and having fun with lots of exercise. He had a great time at Wacky Days Camp complete with photos that benefitted a local charity. I definitely recommend Pet Paradise Jacksonville University.
