We picked up our sweet boys remains yesterday. I was so impressed by the items included in our very nice bag. The wooden box is beautiful. We paid extra for paw print and so thankful we did. It included a small plastic bag of his hair. You made a very sad time more bearable. The wait time for return was only a week. Thank you for your products and services. We will definitely recommend your company!

The aftercare services our family recently received through Paw Prints truly exceeded our expectations. While vacationing in Georgia we lost our sweet German Shepherd, Deegan. From the beautiful wooden box to the paw print, and even the clippings of fur they included are memories that we will hold close to our hearts forever. They're the best place to use when the saddest day happens to our beloved pets. They were very friendly and caring about how they handle our babies. We got them back pretty quickly being that it was around the holidays and when my daughter lost here dog they got him back in less than 2 weeks. In a beautiful wooden urn and there paw prints.

I cannot speak high enough praise of Paw Prints. Losing our babies is hard enough and if you're reading these reviews under those circumstances and trying to make difficult decisions about aftercare my heart goes out to you. Trust me when I say that Paw Prints will be the most compassionate, caring, and tender part of things. They've handled several of our pets and each time they've been consistently kind and human, and just wonderful. *Pre-pandemic*, I opted for a witnessed cremation for one of my cats and every single employee we had the privilege of interacting with were amazing. Every other service has been equally awesome. We trust and appreciate Paw Prints so much that we'll drive 3hrs to Jax for their services. Thank you for being so excellent!

My mom unexpectedly had to put our 15 yr old corgi Mysti down due to liver cancer. When she received Mysti's remains she cried, so overwhelmed by the care your facility took with her. Mom said everything was perfect, down to the wildflower seeds and pamplets on how to grieve after the loss ; she was also blown away by the poem, her hair (both sable and white) and her paw print disc. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your compassion and attention to detail. You really made the process for my mom so much easier ; We are forever grateful.

Thank you for the service you provide. Though I did not deal directly with your company, it was done through the vet, I still appreciate what you did for me. My cat Cubby was with me for an amazing 17 years. I would do anything to have him back, but thank you for allowing me to have him in this way versus nothing at all. It was a hell of a night when it was all unfolding and through all of my tears I just hoped I was making all of the right decisions. I was very nervous to return to the vet to pick him up because I simply didn't know what to expect. Everything was packaged neatly in a perfect little carrying bag. Inside was also an enclosed envelope with an amazing poem and a few other things. I've seen the poem before, but I still read every word of it again while fully engulfed in tears. He is now back home where he belongs and resting atop his favorite fleece blanket. Thank you again.

Our beloved 15 year old golden doodle, Elle, unexpectedly had a stroke. Everything happened so fast and we had to put her to sleep. SARVEC recommended Paw Prints for her ashes. My husband talked to a very kind and patient lady. She was warm and sensitive. We bought a beautiful urn, two necklaces, and a paw print. They also did a nose print for us. We are so heartbroken, but we will never forget her. Thank you.

During this most difficult time of my life Paw Prints left me and my family with the most memorable urn of our sweet boy Batman. We received everything that was stated in the beginning as in his paw print, seeds, beautiful urn, lock of hair and my sweet boys collar was all returned to me. Have been coming to them for years. Always very kind and treat my animals with respect. They have a cart for the bigger animals that has a blanket and a pillow. Even went so far as to nicely fold the blankets my dog was wrapped in and place them on my seat while I was doing the paperwork. I never give 5 star reviews because I believe there is always room for improvement. I honestly can't see where they need to improve.

These people are awesome! We just unfortunately had to cremate our Cersei and they made the process so much easier for us . The keepsake box with the paw mold was so beautiful. The flower seeds and the rainbow bridge story was an awesome and thoughtful touch.
