We have been visiting this clinic for 8 years now and the care that our fur children have received, including check ups, vaccines, nail care, dental care, and boarding, has always been very caring. Anytime we need advice, a secure place to leave our kids, we know we can Always trust Dr. Flood and his staff to treat as if they were their own. Just want to say Thank You for all these years of giving us the peace of mind knowing we can always trust you to help our furry friends the Best care!

Dr. Brian Flood is so caring, thoughtful and kind. He has an affinity for animals that they respond to immediately and they seem to relax knowing that they're in the best human hands possible. I love taking my dog to Dr. Flood, I feel that he is in the most loving, compassionate, professional and capable hands there are. In addition, Dr. Flood will refer you to someone even better if he thinks he's not the best for whatever specific ailment your pet may have and a specialist's opinion or services should be sought. Best vet ever.

Very expensive my primary care doctor is way cheaper!!

Dr. Flood is extremely rude and hostile. Only cares about money. Also has a tendency of using curse words - very unprofessional. Would never recommend this practice to anyone. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

My dog Kaiju and I absolutely love this Vet. It is nice and clean and everyone is so sweet and helpful. The vet has a ton of knowledge and makes sure to explain everything really well. I absolutely recommend! ????

I brought my Pomeranian to be seen after she was attacked by a larger dog. I found the practice to be extremely responsive and strongly recommend it to you. Everyone expects their physicians or veterinarians to be knowledgable and competent, but as a physician I am aware that some practitioners have a greater depth of knowledge that informs their provision of care. I found that to be true of Dr. Flood. I was comforted by the care and information that he provided for my dog, who is more of a family member to me than a pet.

We recently had to put our cat of 18 years to sleep. Dr. Flood and his staff allowed us the time and the space we needed to have our closure. They were respectful, compassionate, kind and professional. Outstanding work, thank you folks again for your expertise. I would recommend Dr. Flood to anyone.

Friendly, professional staff.. Clean exam rooms, all staff wearing masks and practicing social distancing. In and out for kitties labs within 30 mins

I Recently moved away from Jacksonville but while I lived there, I brought my dog multiple times to animal care at twin lakes and spent a decent amount of money for uncalled for treatments. Once a month, I go there to get my dog a heart worm pill. Well, I recently moved to Texas, and tried to order a heart worm pill, and they randomly can’t sell it to me because they have to run a heart worm test. (Remember, I’ve been buying the heart worm over the counter without having a heart worm test done) Very unorganized and inconvenient for a customer who has spent a lot of money with this vet.

The whole staff and vet himself are very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I could not ask for a better team to trust with my best buddy. If you are looking for a great veterinarian, look no further, Twin Lakes is par excellence!

We personally LOVE Dr. Flood and appreciate everything he does for us but, the staff has caused us some heart break. We recently just took my boy, Hank in there and he was very sick and we didn’t know what the outcome could be. My mom asked a lady by the name of Christy if she could kiss Hank bye, not knowing if he would make it. She said no, he’s already in the back. She said well can I wave at him and Christy said no again. She just has not been sensitive at all through this whole process. Which she could’ve been way more understanding considering his condition. It’s not like they were running tests on him, they just wanted him to calm down. My mom, his favorite person, wouldn’t have made him energetic AT ALL considering the state he was in, he couldn’t even walk or move. We then, came back to the vet to put him down. They asked us if we wanted a copy of his paw print, we said yes. They had a “computer glitch” and weren’t able to give us his paw print. That is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Our boy, our best friend just passed away and your technology messes up and costs us the only thing we have of him, his paw print, which you guys were responsible to give us. We are absolutely heartbroken because you CAN’T just make a mistake like that. It’s unfixable because he is cremated now. You guys just CANT make a mistake like that when he is family to us.

They gave a dog away to the WRONG owner and are refusing to admit their error or to do anything to get the dog to the rightful owner.

Scamming a rescue out of a dog because one of there customers said it was hers and it really wasn't . Then said customer admitted it wasn't hers publicly and acted like she was looking for an owner. Bad business Dr Flood . You and your co- conspiring staff should be ashamed .

The employee's here are amazing!! I had to pick up my friend's cat & drop them off a couple of times. They were always polite, gave me an exact time of when to pick them back up. Just a pleasant place e knowing your pet is in good hands!

Thank you for your kind and compassionate care for my Daisy in her final moments. You and your staff were very comforting, and when my heart yearns for a new companion I will surely bring them to your center for care.

I've been taking my dogs here for 8 years and could not be more pleased with the level of care they have received from Dr. Flood and the rest of the staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional vet clinic.

AC@TLC is a wonderful group to work with. I have boarded both my cat and dog there. My fur babies are the strongest critics and they have both given it 2 paws up. This week I had my first medical emergency with my cat. Dr. Flood and the team definitely rose to the occasion. In regards to their costs, I learned a long time ago that having a pet is usually going to be more expensive than originally anticipated. With this group I really feel like you get what you pay for. My cat will be extending her stay there while I travel and she heals. I can only continue with my travel plans because I know Lovie will be cared for so well in my absence. Thanks so much AC@TLC!!!
