My Gran Fur Baby loves it there I think I'll take Theo soon they have the best homemade treats and a huge variety of shampoo conditioners and colognes; I gifted her early for Christmas and got her the Boo Berry Cologne Yummy ????????❤????

I love Ooh La la! Maya has been here 3 times for a full groom and I love the way they groom her. She’s a bit fussy, but they are willing to work with her which I appreciate. I will definitely become a regular here.

OMGGGGGG where do I start. Unfortunately I took my havenese to Pet Smart for a supposed to be cut and she came out a mess and they didn’t even finish her was so frustrated so I said we need a new place that will make my fur baby look a million times better and I stumbled across Ooh La La the name it’s self GOT ME so I came in as a walk in just to have them look at her and to my surprise they worked her in and she came out looking sooooooo much better. I will definitely be bringing her back every 3 weeks to be groomed. The fact that they understood my feelings and turned it around shows how awesome their customer service is and how much they care. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

They are super flexible and kind. They always find a way to get the job done and some energy out of my boy. Communication with them is super easy along with cameras for checking in on your furry friends. It's nice knowing they also take emergency contact info and vet info in case of emergency.

Our pup always looks his best after coming to Ooh La La. I highly recommend the grooming + daycare. They happily comply with any requests we have and make sure to notate it on his file. Tracey has been AMAZING and even sent us progress pictures to make sure we were satisfied with her work. Without a doubt, they go above and beyond for their clients and fur babies!!

The facility was nice and everything was very clean. Their customer service is amazing, I was so afraid to leave my dog but they were very sweet and helped me feel more comfortable with leaving her.

I feel so grateful that these people are so kind and patient with my nervous little doggo! Everyone is so great! And I love that I get to watch my girl play via camera! Makes this nervous fur mama feel better :)

I think it's funny the employer chose to reply to this as if I only made a comment because I was not hired, ???? the interview was incredibly unprofessional, and oh what a surprise they're already hiring again.

We left our dog here for three days and when we got her back, she became unresponsive and scared to the touch, before her stay, she was very happy and energetic and loved to be around people, after however, she would not leave her bed and developed a sickness called ‘kennel cough’. Before her stay, we toured the facility and the area where the dogs stayed smelled like pure bleach. The smell was so strong I had to step outside because I began to feel nauseous. Our poor dog also became depressed and she would only sit in corners and stared at the walls for 3 weeks, it’s been about 6 months and she still isn’t the same dog as she used to be.

LOVE this place. I take my long hair Chihuahua and they always treat him like family ❤️

Our family dog loved it. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will absolutely bring our dog back for boarding and daycare.

Ooh La La is the best! They listen to everything I want for my fur son. They are gentle with him, as he is a much older fur baby. My daughter even takes her fur daughter there and loves them as much as I do. We will recommend them to everyone who has a fur baby ????????????❤️

I cannot say enough about Ooh La La! Not only are their services great, their staff is amazing. In particular, Jeannie! 5/25/21 she came to our home for what would be our fur baby’s final groom as she would be crossing the rainbow bridge on 5/28/21. When I told Jeannie, she was so sweet and compassionate with Sophie and took her time and was gentle with our 16 y/o, 5lb, blind, deaf, arthritic, dog-zheimer afflicted Maltese. Although I no longer have doggies to groom, I will continue to recommend Ooh La La to all my friends!!! Keep loving and caring for all the pets you touch!!

I can't begin to explain how amazing these people are. Their facility is impeccable and friendly. And the employees made me feel less ridiculous about having to leave my dog for a weekend. And they were so incredibly patient with her. I will seriously never go anywhere else to have my dog taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
