Dropped in with cat issues and vet tech took kitty and gave her a quick check at no cost. Dr would see my cat the following day. She put my mind at ease. Would recomend

Finally found a care center that makes me feel like family instead of a number. Staff is very friendly and gentle with our furry friends. Prices are reasonable and comparable to the big chain pet centers.

The staff was wonderful to us and our pup, Stella. So much in fact, I almost felt bad I had to take Stella home after her appointment. She enjoyed her first visit more than anticipated.

Amazingly talented staff! They were able to calmly do my pittie's nails today. It was the 1st time in 4 years that she got her nails done without anesthesia. So thankful for that! We will be customers for life now.

Likes to change appointments whenever the vet decides to take a day off at the last minute. Schedule an appointment and take time off work and the very next day the vet decides to push us out over a week. Doesn't seem like someone that really cares about your animals.

Love the staff and the doctors here. Not the most inexpensive very in town but they do a great job talking care of our furry friends. Clinic is a bit dated but my pet doesn't judge.

When I needed a veterinarian and they did not know me but was there for me so fast I want you to know they were outstanding fantastic and very professional

Great experience for my 3 month old chocolate shih tzu needed an eye exam for possible infection. Didn't take long at all I like them so much better than NMHP.

North side Animal Hospital takes care of my dog and 2 cats. They are exceptional with my animals and where I had problems with my dog at other veterinary’s and she had to be Muzzled they never muzzle her. They laid her down and calmed her down and she trusted them. I was amazed. Totally recommend

Bright, clean, super friendly staff.

Won’t be going here anymore. My husband just picked up our dog who was neutered and the bill was over $500. They decided to keep him overnight because he was labeled as a “bleeder” I’m thinking something went wrong during the surgery but they are trying to play if off as normal. I’ve never in my life heard of a simple neutering being anywhere close to $500, the most I had to pay for my other animals was $100. Absolutely ridiculous.

We bring our bull mastiff here for all his needs. The staff is marvelous at helping a 95lb senior dog. We love this place!

First time taking my 19yr old dog to Northside Hospital and I felt so comfortable with the staff and the staff followed up with me to check in on how my dog was doing the next day. They made me feel like family! Im very particular where I take my baby and I will be back!Thank you!

Just returned home from our first visit at Northside Animal Hospital, and I give it 5 stars. The entire staff was so friendly, accommodating...and I could tell they all really love animals. Dr. Sevelius was so great, answered all my questions, and put me at ease. They treated my dog as if he was their own. So happy, and relieved, to have found such a great Vet (and staff).

The vet and office staff are amazing. Whether I’m dropping one of my crew off for vet work, grooming or boarding I know they are in great hands!

First time there... unfortunately I wasn't able to meet the vet but Wendy was very nice and Josh was very nice and informative!! Was an excellent first experience. ***Unfortunately after my first visit all visits after were a bit disappointing. The people are still very friendly and polite, but they lack in organization. Also, the pricing is way more expensive than where I came from. The cytopoint shot that my dog gets was 80 dollars more than what I was paying in NY. His ear meds were only a little bit more than what I was paying. I was not aware that it was going to cost me so much money!!! The office staff was also supposed to email info to me for the dog that never was emailed.... when I went to my kittens appt the following week I had to ask for the info again, the girl told me she called and sent it, to which I told her I received neither and then she told me they were having problems with their phone lines and internet. Someone was also supposed to call me when the bravecto came in because at the time of the dogs visit, they were out. No one ever called me. I also picked that up after my kittens appointment. I went to the office today for my kittens 3rd booster shot appt that the vets office set up for me only to find out that she didn't need it because it's only a series of 2 shots. I would have thought someone would have known that after my 2nd appt with them on 6/30. I also received a phone call from someone abt a week after that appt saying they would hafta charge me an extra 13 bux because they charged me for the wrong vaccine. I did settle that up with them today and also asked for my pets records....i am going to find another vets office to go to. I do hope that they can get more organized and not blame these mistakes on Covid as she tried to justify to me this morning when I expressed my disappointment in the way the animals records, appointments and needs have been handled in my last few visits.
