Been taking my dog here for years. Doctor and tech is wonderful. Wendy just answered the phone should not be working with animals. My dog is very very ill, she didn't care one bit. She was beyond rude. In fact Wendy was cruel.

Been taking my dog there for years. Recently my dog was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I called to talk to the vet a couple of days later and they couldn't be bothered to return my call. It's very upsetting & emotional to receive that diagnosis & of course people are going to have questions. I decided to contact a cancer specialist who wanted to speak with the vet ..not only would they not return the call but they were extremely rude to the cancer specialist when she called them. The cancer specialist told me I'm sorry but I would not bother to take my pet back to them..after spending 1500 there in 1 week you would think they would a little more cooperative. Please save yourself the heartache go somewhere else like Avondale

They were great eith our little Mini and talked through cost and options of treatment without just telling me what I had to do.

Inconsistent. Unfortunately this veterinarian office has one of the best vets my family has ever experienced and also one of the very worst. One doctor actually provides proper treatment to your animal and explanation of treatment. While the other one sends you home with a trick or treat bag of medication to give your pets knowing you’ll be back in two months with the same issue. He also will provide no feedback on what treatment he is doing to your animals or cost associated with it. If you’re considering this location to be the caregiver to any of your pets I would first validate which doctor is on duty and do not allow anyone with the last name of Wright to even enter the room.

They took my few day old puppy in for fluid in her lungs and hours later I went back up to get her and now she was bleeding from her nose and mouth and after I got home I open up the blanket and her intestines have been pushed out ...... noone at the vet office said anything about her intestines coming out nor did they say why she started bleeding ..... she isn't going to make it through the night thanks to their exceptional effort thanks alot guys this is not the first time my dogs have been mistreated here ......im done with yall noone their actually cares about animals

Update- Do not take your animal here. They always have different people in and out now. They have made several mistakes and do not care to help with their mistakes. New owners have ruined this place for me. I used this place for over 20 years and never will be back now. I have been coming here for many years. Not only is this place located by my house it is very clean and affordable. Both doctors are wonderful and the newest addition to the team Dr. George is the best veterinary physician I have ever brought my fur baby to in my entire life. He is so good with pets and people. He's very knowledgeable and caring always remembers everything about you and your pet. I recommend this animal hospital to all my friends and family. I have two appointments this week for my teddy bear Destiny and my miniature poodle Preston. My cat Elvira also goes here as well. A++❤️

The Doctor's and staff are awesome. Prices are very affordable and upfront. Great personal experience and very thorough examination of my pet. I would highly recommend to anyone who cares about their pet. Plus they are open 7 days a week with no emergency fee!

Had a appointment for 9am day in the room for 2 1/2 hr waiting to be seen ended up just walking out not recommended!

I have been taking my pets to Normandy Animal Hospital for years Dr Wright was phenomenal and now and I'm confident, and comfortable leaving them in the care of Dr George and staff.

Had an emergency but they closed at noon on Saturday. If looking for a vet go to Banfield, they got my sweet baby in right away and were very professional. Above all they got him stable and he is healing as of now. Normandy might be a great vet but not if you have an urgent need on a Saturday

When I called, about 10 minutes to closing, Was asked if it was an emergency and I said no. I was then asked to hold. I waited. A lady picked back up and said, “What do you want?”, I said, “Hello?” , and then someone in the background said, “No one is there... *hangs up the phone*” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

All the people that work there are very professional and kind. Carla is the greatest kind person.

Do not go here This place I went with my dog and wanted one thing for fleas and they end up making me spend hundreds of dollars and tell me I have to come back multiple times when I don't want my dog around all the other animals she is just a puppy and very scared
