Miramar Animal Hospital Jacksonville, Florida

Kind staff were loving and efficient as we had to euthanize one of our pet chickens today. We had never brought a let there, but they squeezed us in so our pet did not have stay overnight in misery. We are so grateful for the loving care.

Reasonably priced for the services received. When I brought my dog in there one of the girls recognized her from the previous vet I was taking her to so that was a huge plus she was already comfortable with the staff.

Love the staff and location, but there is a concerning smell of mildew in the building.

I’m new to Jacksonville and had seen a vet who was nice enough but when I needed to bring Pearl in for a problem I was told I had to wait a week for appointment. Well that didn’t work for me so I searched for a vet. MIRAMAR ANIMAL HOSPITAL had great reviews so I called them. Pearl (my mini dachshund) was seen the next day. I couldn’t have been happier with the office. Dr. Ferrin is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable, empathetic, caring... the office staff are top notch and the vet tech was too. I am happy to recommend Miramar Animal Hospital, their staff and Dr Ferrin

I recommend this vet office to anyone who will listen. They truly care about the animals and owners and arent money hungry , they work with you on the best options for your pet while being cost effective.

Our family pet went for a dental and came home witha tooth broke off at the gumline and it blood until the next day. Multiple attempts to find out what happened and vet argued they took pictures. They will not give the pictures. They deny the tooth was damaged. At in person visit a week later they said nothing needs to be done. They did not offer to xray the tooth. It has effected our dog's eating abilities and he can't enjoy treats. It still starts to bleed if we attempt to check it for sensitivity(we were trying to figure out if that is why he won't eat his regular food). This is not a good situation but it is made worse be refusal to provide pics they said they have while denying anything happened. I would have appreciated honesty and figuring out a solution. Instead, we are going to another vet who might refer us to a specialist after we know more from an xray.

Doctors are supposed to do no harm. Greg Stacey harmed my cat. Please don't leave your loved ones with him.

Neighborhood vet office. Been bringing our dogs here for 20yrs. Doctors have changed over the years but they and staff have taken great care of our dogs. They really love their patients. ????????

Upon moving to Jacksonville we were very lucky to have found excellent veterinary care for our dog and cat at Miramar Animal Hospital. They love what they do and it shows. Caring, compassionate and highly skilled. I highly recommend.

My dog needed flea medication. I call them and was told to bring her in for weight. They weigh her then try to give me some off the wall flea medication. I tell the girl I am not using that on my dog she has never used that kind. This so called vet tech tries to tell me that, It don't matter what kind of flea medication a dog uses. Sorry but, flea medication can kill a dog. I will never recommended that place at all. That girl needs to go back to vet school

Staff is extremely friendly. Vets take the time to cover all the bases and really make you feel like your pet's well being is just as important as their own. You can tell they love doing what they do and are in it for the animals.
