Happy one not so happy. After several visits here I've realized this is not a Vet or office I have confidence in. I'd never l recommend after my experience there. Branch does not look at his own pet instructions or records before seeing a sick pet the next time. Maybe if you're only here for 1 visit you wouldn't notice. I'd never come back.

I took my very sick new kitten. The receptionist said they would not see her for 3 to 4 weeks. Took my kitten to another vet who was booked and a vet came in just to see her. She had an upper respiratory infection. Now I called again to see about getting her spade. Well the same receptionist said they could bot see her until Jan. Well that wont be healthy to wait so long. The worst part about this organization is LuLu who has ZERO empathy. Entirely RUDE. Will not recommend to any one although people like Dr. Branch.

I love Dr. Branch he is a phenomenal Doctor! I am jealous of my pets, and wish he was a general practitioner too! I think all doctors could learn a thing or two from Dr. Branch. I appreciate how "real" he is. I told my fiance that Dr. Branch is the type of guy you want to BBQ with. - I could not be happier with switching to Amelia Pointe Animal Hospital & Daycare. The entire team has been fantastic and they are all very attentive. I am happy they are a busy practice, because that ensures to me that they give all of their patients and pet parents the same exceptional service and care as I have received. Each visit I have had has been enjoyable and I always leave with a smile on my face. I would like to give a special shout out to David who made me feel comfortable, even when my pets (dog and cat) were acting up. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And last but not least Mandy! Mandy is next level one of the kindest people on the planet and I know her heart is in everything she does. I love telling everyone about my experience at Amelia Pointe. I look forward to our next visit to see all our new friends!

Doc Branch has been taking care of all my animals for longer then either him or I would like to admit. His staff is both caring and professional, with a genuine love for their patients. With a down to earth approach to animal care, Doc Branch, balances quality animal care with affordability.

Four stars because I have only been there a few times. But those few times were well received. They do a good job and was quick. Will keep coming back.

Dr. Josh Branch is a great vet. At first I was nervous about having my 3.8 pound male yorkie getting neutered especially since he has unilateral cryptorchdisim. But during the pre op appointment, Dr. Branch drew out the approach he would take to remove his testicle, which would be 1 incision rather than 2. He clearly shows he has a lot of experience in doing this so that's why he is so confident. I am glad I picked this place for my dog and I know he is in good hands.

A new Vet in a new town, very welcoming. Vet tech, Kinshasa was very sweet with my 2 Bichons. Dr. Branch was awesome! I feel like all the Google reviews steered us to our new doctor. Thanks!

I like Dr Branch. He’s very honest but I feel he over charges. Maybe it is because I’m from another state. I’m not sure. However, my puppies were taken care of. It is super hard to get appointments!

Awesome staff and the doctor is great!!

They said they normally only do appointments, but they were kind and helped treat my pupper even though we were a walk in. They were all so nice and friendly and I saw someone outside with the dogs in the yard all the time.

They are great! We will continue to use them.

The staff and Dr. Josh Branch are awsome. My dog seems to love them on just the first visit. Looking forward to Shiloh meeting them all next week. They fit my girl in on short notice and worked with me on my work schedule to get my other dog in . I still don't know how they were able to clip her nails so fast.
