Love Dr Guttierez! Easy to talk to, and listens! Staff is friendly and professional. Still curbside drop off only but we were able to speak directly to the Dr on the phone.

THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY! Go somewhere else, please! Since Covid has hit they just have new owners or management. They DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR ANIMALS. If you care for your animals at all go elsewhere. They will try to talk you into whatever is the most expensive treatment available instead of what would be best for your pet. They will try to cheat you on refunds, treatments, and medicine. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Dr. G and her team saved our little cat! He was an abandoned kitten who was severely malnourished and had a severe infection. He truly was not doing well and after trying several vet offices and ER’s, Dr. G saw him right away during the holiday season and saved his life. We will be moving all of our animals here!

I called months in advance before I moved to Jacksonville and sent them my records. Even though they responded and said they received the records when I actually got here they didn't have them on file so had to send them again. They told me to have a heart exam performed on my dog before I got here so I did mind you I'm in Rhode Island it's not cheap. I get here and the heart exam is no good because on my dogs record October wasn't accounted for with her preventatives. Duh CAUSE I TOLD YALL I WAS MOVING. I HAD TO ORDER IN BULK TO BE ABLE TO GET MOVED IN. Now yall want another heart exam done and take more money from your customers. I guess her record showing she's been on preventatives for her entire life 4 years of documentation wasn't good enough for yall. Come on now 4 years straight never missed a shot, check up, examination, preventatives, fecal test nothing why would I miss a single month. She was on her flea and tick meds that month but because some Veterinarian forgot to pencil in her meds for that month I can't get her meds. I could understand if I only brought her in once a year but i guess thousands of dollars a year ain't good enough. Scam artist is what yall are tryna get another dollar. Ain't no state law like yall stated either. Your liars. I took her to another vet 3 days later and got her meds with no issues. Also tell your employees to get over it if you won't let people in the establishment cause of covid then they shouldn't have an attitude cause they have to walk out in the rain to get peoples pets.

The nurse Brittany & she was so sweet, know sign language as well for deaf need as communication as well and knowledgeable. She is very caretaker about my cat. She is really fantastic doing her job. I would recommend this vet to anyone looking and checking reviews.

11/9/2021 Still waiting on that phone call. Contacted the BBB today. EDITED: 11/01/2021 Russ still hasn't called me, and I gave Molly my paperwork, she even said I might get a direct deposit because she was able to get my info in, in time. I know its not much, but times are tough for everyone, im not asking for a handout, I WORKED a 10 hr shift plus 4 hr working interview..... I wouldn't recommend working here, they refuse to pay me, ive sent multiple requests to office manager Molly Vargas and she never responds to me. Please just pay me what I WORKED for!!

Have you wait in the parking lot in order for social distancing to be followed. Very quick and efficient. My dogs love it here.

The receptionist were really helpful. I had applied for a position at this clinic hoping to become apart of this wonderful knit of staff you guys have here at the west side clinic. Everything was great, things were going smoothly until I called your hiring manager, I think her name was molly. The phone call didn't last a minute, I told her my name and was cut off before I could even tell her anything remotely good about me or my experience, she was very rude to me and told me they werent hiring, and that they were fully staffed, when I had seen multiple hiring posting for them. Then just hung up on me before giving me a chance to say anything. That horrid attitude of hers made me upset and cried in frustration when I had in no way ever treated her that way. All in all the rest of the staff is very lovely and hard working. everyone is kind and wonderful, except that one person who shouldn't be talking to people like molly did to me.

Our experience was easy and affordable. They had to reschedule our appointment due to an emergency, but they called several days in advance and gave us many different options for when and how we could do our appointment. We felt well-informed and relieved leaving the facility. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend this clinic or their mobile clinic (an awesome first-come, first-served option for basic services, such as vaccines, with no exam cost and a discounted exam cost if you have to follow-up at their brick and mortar clinic).

I have lived all over the country, bringing my dog to vets along the way. This is easily the most affordable vet I have ever been to with the best staff. Ashley booked our appointment and answered any questions I had. Our nurse was Brittany and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. They laid out options and solutions without pressuring me. I would recommend this vet to anyone looking and checking reviews.

I’ve never been treated so horribly by anyone, let alone a professional. I booked an appointment to get a health certificate for my adult dog to travel a week and a half in advance. I told them up front his age, reason for visit, and told them the transporter was picking him up the next day so it was important that nothing go wrong. They assured me this was easy to do and not a problem. I took off from work to make my 2pm appointment time, in the pouring rain, only for them to refuse service before I even saw the vet. They told me they won’t do health certificates on adult dogs. I plead with them, because I’d already paid a $400 nonrefundable deposit for the transport the next day. They told me I could just go to another vet, as if it’s that easy. All vets in the area are booked out weeks. Even this place was a week and a half for the earliest appointment. They insisted I try to go to a walk in vet, although those places tend to take hours and I not only needed to get back to work, but also needed to pickup my daughter. I didn’t have time to wait for 3 hours at a walk in clinic. This is why I booked an appointment with this clinic. Eventually, I found a wonderful vet who helped me-although I had to pay an emergency fee to be seen right away. For those who might not know, any licensed veterinarian can write a health certificate for any age dog. This vet just refused service for no reason whatsoever and without even meeting me. That is extremely unprofessional. I plan to tell everyone I can about the horrible service and treatment here. Oh, they also tried to claim my guy had a horrible stinky ear infection. This confused me extremely, because I clean his ears weekly and knew this wasn’t true. The other vet confirmed he did NOT have an ear infection and his ears were beautiful. Just food for thought for anyone who goes here.
