Love this vet so happy I made the switch to them!

Love the care they provide to my fur babies!

I initially chose this animal hospital because it’s close to my house and I was curious about the beautiful renovation. I’ll continue to take my pets here because of the amazing staff! When I’m my cat was very sick, they were so kind and helpful. When his blood work came back, Dr November called with the results and spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining everything even though it was 5pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend. When my cat eventually passed away, they sent a handwritten note that whole staff signed.

They've been great with our animals. I almost don't want to give them a good rating because word has gotten out and they are booking fast!

The staff are super informative and competent, as well as understanding and compassionate. And they respond in a timely manner, which has been a rare occurrence in my experience with vet offices. My dog seemed pretty at ease compared to most other places I’ve taken him. They also did a great job decorating the whole clinic! I felt comfortable throughout my whole visit and will definitely be making this my regular vet clinic ????

First time our 2 pups have been here and they were great with them! Ours pups get a little hyper sometimes with new people, but the staff never had an issue with them! They are good at what they do!

We have been going to Dr. Steven November for about 5 years now. He is one of the most knowledgeable, thorough and caring vets we've ever been to. He always takes time with you and your fur baby to explain various treatment options from conservative to very proactive to extensive. At a time when you feel like so many vets have gone "corporate" and just try to pitch you services and tests you don't need, you can trust him. Now that he's opened his own practice which is very far from our house, we still rely on him as our "go to" vet.

I love them almost as much as my dog does! They're welcoming and warm from the reception area to the follow up phone calls. Also, I REALLY LOVE their app! It's very convenient and helpful in so many ways. I can check on my dog's appointments, order meds, or buy shampoo for her any time I want. That's really helpful since I work odd hours. I've also never been to a vet that's completely honest about their charges and even suggested other clinics that may offer certain services less costly. You won't find more honest people anywhere! Five stars isn't enough to rate Dr. November and his crew!

What a fantastic vets office!! From the moment we requested an appointment to the time we checked out, everyone was so kind and helpful. Our pup is spunky and they did everything they could to help her before having to sedate her or do anything invasive, which we obviously appreciate as this made the bill reasonable! We will be using AAH for all our pets’ vet needs

Made the switch today and couldn't be happier. Dr. November and his staff are wonderful. Sparkling clean too! My pup wasn't anxious at all like she usually is in other vet offices. Highly recommend them!

Dr.November and his staff are wonderful. Their office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Mandy was so helpful with getting our pups in as new patients and was super helpful with getting their records from our previous vets. Hilary was our vet tech and she was so personable and got right down on the floor to say hello to our pups while explaining everything we were in for that day. Dr.November is incredible. He did very thorough exams on our dogs and explained everything in a way that was so easy to understand. He listened to, and addressed, our concerns and truly does care about his patients. We are SO happy we stumbled on such a fantastic facility and staff.

Very comfortable and welcoming environment Overall, the staff was professional and attentive. Nurse explained all the prices and reasons for each treatment. The Dr took his time with Nikki and I felt comfortable that he attended to all of her issues. At times and at other clinics I have felt rushed or that the staff may be overbooked and not always enough time for through exam. Very nice clinic. I'll be back, and I hope they thrive here as I've heard this is a new practice

Very friendly doctor and staff. Doc sat on the floor with our pup and everyone took our concerns seriously. Our pup Tiffany wasn’t doing great. The visit was quick and efficient, and it wasn’t a selling show like you can get at many vets - we were ready to do X-rays and tests, whatever was necessary, but the Doc assured us that if our pup’s condition improved, that wasn’t necessary. She got a shot, and we were sent home with meds. She improved and almost back to normal a day later, started eating and was very lively. So happy! Got a follow up call next day. Price was good, and appointment within an hour of opening.

We spayed our dog here. Our experience was very positive, the staff was friendly and caring. Dr. November listened to our concerns well and took the time to answer our questions without rushing. We appreciate that they gave our dog a good pain treatment plan for home after the surgery. They also clipped her nails for free while she was knocked out.

If I could give Avondale Animal Hospital and Dr. November more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. November and his staff are friendly and make you and your animal feel very comfortable. The office space is super clean and spacious as well. Dr. November is exceptional at his job and is so amazing with both my kitty and pup. He is calm, patient and very transparent with his explanations. I can trust that he always has my animals best interest in mind and that makes for a stress-free, and smooth experience. The online app makes it so easy to make appointments, get reminders or just communicate with your vet. Dr. November does such a great job making my animals feel comfortable and safe. I appreciate his kindness and ability to make "going to the vet" a little less stressful.

We met Dr. November at another clinic before he opened Avondale. We brought our two month old golden retriever puppy, Sedona to him. When he opened Avondale we followed him over there. I trust him explicitly with our girl. We were there today and I thought maybe she needed an x-ray, he said he didn’t think she did, if I wanted him to do one he would but he did not think it was necessary. He could’ve done the x-ray and charged us more money but he didn’t. My husband and I think he is kind, truly cares about the animals, and treats his clients fairly. We are so happy we found such a knowledgeable vet to take care of our pup. Shelley and Joe Antonucci

This practice busted every preconception I have about vets . Our 60 lb vizsla ate about 30 pieces of gum containing xylitol . They got us an urgent appointment , immediately took the necessary measures , and they asked the right questions . …

We had a wonderful experience here, even though we had to let our pet go to doggie heaven. Dr. November was awesome and was very comforting to us and our pet as well.Would highly recommend this veterinarian and clinic.

We took our 8 YO labrador retriever to Dr. November for the first time this week. He is so personable and calm during the exam. Our pup was at ease during her vet visit and the examination. The prices are competitive and reasonable. It's great to know there is such a reasonable, professional vet right around the corner. I would recommend Avondale Animal Hospital to everyone! They also did a great job renovating the historical building. This business is a great addition to the neighborhood!

Very happy with my experiences at Avondale Animal Hospital. Dr. November was personal and thorough during my 1 year old Golden Retriever's wellness exam, and Dr. Antar was patient and kind as she helped my kitty cross the rainbow bridge. I truly appreciate having such caring doctors and staff in the neighborhood to take care of my fur babies.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always very helpful and I know my fur babies are in good hands!
