These people have always taken amazing care of us, even when things were not looking good for our pets. I can't recommend them enough.

I used to love it all the staff member and doctor. I just want to know what's happen to the portal? I guess no longer need it for see when is due pets vaccine unless you call the office, and some new team member front desk will answer, oh I didn't know is not there anymore.

I have never felt more comfortable with the veterinary care provided to my pet. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and prompt. The appointment, though scheduled short notice, started on time. The staff described everything that was going on and everything that needed to happen in very clear, easy to understand, detail. The services were provided for a great price. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone with a dog or cat. I'm not sure if they handle exotic pets.

I can't say enough about Dr. Parker. She sees exotics and is 1000x more amazing than the "true" exotic vet in Jax. She is caring and I trust her judgement completely. Also very fair prices.

Great care. Seems a little pricey, but I always purchase medicine all at once so it's probably normal for Vet care.

It was a bit rushed, because it was my first time and not enough time to talk to the actual doctor with the assistant fielding all conversation before the appt. The annual shots my pet received made my cat sick, and it's been a struggle for her appetite to return. But I will go back.

My birds are really taken care of! This place is a life saver, they offer bird boarding. My family was able to really enjoy our vacation with not worrying if the birds was OK.

I love love love this place wouldn't go anywhere else I have trust issues with vets and these vets are amazing and Compassionate they took care of my cat when he was there and the price is so responsible little more expensive then forever vets but totally worth it

Took my community cat to be cared for after entropion surgery. They took excellent care of him and the price was right. Highly recommend.

Dr. Parker is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and prepares you for the potential outcomes. Plus, my dogs love her and love going in. Highly recommended!

The receptionist at this place are a joke. Very rude and unprofessional. Most of the receptionist know nothing about basic vet care. The place also smells very bad and looks dirty.

I love this place so much. They are the absolute best and I don't mind the longer drive one bit. Been going here for years and will keep going as long as Williams and Davis are there. They have my complete trust.

Dont let the age of this building deter you, this is a great animal hospital. The drs are kind and conservative... no pressure for expensive services. Down to earth practice!

We take both our dogs to Hidden Hills. Their prices are good and the staff and service are excellent.

Hidden Hills Animal Hospital has cared for our pets since opening in the early 80's. We've never had a reason to go elsewhere for our cats and birds. What a treasure to have so close to our home! Thank you Dr. Williams & staff! Bascom & India

This is a drop off vet for the Wildlife Rescue Center . I dropped a poor opossum off that had been attacked by something and made a cash donation of $122.00 and noone can tell me if Oppy made it or not . Neither the vet or rescue center will tell me anything . I named it so they would remember him NOPE NOTHING JUST fyi

First time here. Staff were helpful and friendly. My two cats seemed very comfortable with their new physician and all of my questions were answered. Military and Seniors take note of services offered. A pleasant experience start to finish.

I have been meaning to get on here and write a review regarding my experience at Hidden Hills Animal Hospital. I have been bringing both my dogs to Dr. Parker for the last few years and it has been a blessing! Recently my boy Thor had a serious issue arise and Dr. Parker and her staff immediately jumped on getting him better. The love and care that Dr. Parker and her staff have for pets is beyond words, they treat every pet as there own and make them comfortable with every visit. You hear horror stories from friends and family about how there pets do not like going to the Vet, but it is the opposite experience for me! My boys are excited when they arrive to see Dr. Parker and the staff and I believe that is just so amazing! I want to Thank you again Dr. Parker and your staff for taking care of my boys and we will see you again!
