This place is great and clean. Only assisting cats and dogs. The doctor is great, knowledgeable and quick. They do boarding and spa days they also have grooming on Mondays, only. They do drop offs as well, you can run errands at the same time great location inside publix shopping center.

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC, THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF OUR LITTLE DOG OSCAR DURING SPA DAY FOR 20.50. BEST DEAL WE HAVE EVER HAD. JUST FO SEE THEM!!!

this is a money trap! We brought in our cat for a bath special for $16.50. when we made the appointment we were told to bring his paperwork showing that he has certain vaccines, which he does. when we dropped the cat off they checked the paperwork and we left. about a half hour later after we drove back to the other side of town we get a call saying that one of his vaccines expired and they therefore won't bathe him. we were unable to pick him up because we were at work and had driven all the way back. $129 dollars and a few hours later we were able to take our cat home. they charged us for a $50 office visit, the shots for $30, a $25 flea bath on top of the bath special and various admin/disposal fees! first, those prices are way inflated and that's extortion! second and most importantly it is the clinic's responsibility to make sure the paperwork is correct and if it's not to tell us so we can make an informed decision if we are able or willing to spend $129 dollars for a cat bath. it's like they lure you in with a deal and add all these unnecessary and overpriced services on top and you have no choice but to pay if you want your cat back. unethical and unprofessional.

Let me start off by saying that the vet and staff here are very nice and my cat's last annual visit went very quickly. The reason this is getting 2 stars is because I’ve called multiple times to ask a question or fill a prescription and been told I’ll get a call back and they never do. Each time, I called early in the morning and then waited until they’re almost closing for an answer, but they don’t call me back like they told me they would. I end up calling them and they, of course, have the answer now (and even know who I am before I tell them) because they’ve been sitting on it for who knows how long, but, for some reason, they don’t want to call me themselves. This is extremely important to me. If a business can’t call me back like they said they would, then do they actually care about the well-being of my pet or do they only care about how much money they can make off of me? I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with their prices, and it can get expensive, but I expect to at least get a call back when I’m spending any amount of money there. Also, when I do talk to them on the phone, it feels like they’re trying their hardest to get me rid of me. This has happened both when asking about a prescription and asking about the diet for my cat. I’m trying to get a clear answer because I care about taking care of my cat. I really don’t appreciate that it seems like my questions are burdensome to the staff there.

Took great care of our furry friends

I have a huge highly aggressive dog with strangers. They were able to deal with that and provide the appropriate diagnosis and treatment. They're charges are reasonable and they are responsive to after visit questions. A good vet if you're looking for a new one or are new to the area.

So I have a cat who is going to be 13 this year and she has always been an indoor cat, shes the only animal in the house, has never had any issues before ! She had a growth on her that came out of nowhere and was rapidly developing so we brought her to the closest vet to us and got the earliest appointment! They told us that it was probably benign (noncancerous) gave her an antibiotic and sent us home to f/u in 2 weeks. So we did, the spot was still growing but I had to work and couldn't go with my mom to the visit (I am a CMA so I have medical training and commonsense) she told my mom she needed surgery but said it was benign still. I have a patient who is a vet and offered to do her surgery. I sent him a picture of the growth and immediately he knew it was cancer!! Long story short this dumba$$ doesnt know what shes talking about!!!

We have been taking our dogs there for almost 20 years now. Love them!

My doggie is loved here. I would not take her somewhere else.

Very friendly staff who make it super quick and easy to get your pet treated. They have been very accommodating with making and updating appointment times as well.

Love this place! They definitely care about the animals that come there. My dog hurt her neck for the time we didn’t know what was going on with her or what happen :-( seriously rushed home grabbed my puppy And rushed out the door called so many Animal Hospital’s no one would take us so last minute. This was an emergency we didn’t know if she was seriously hurt anything going to die I had no idea she was shaking bless her heart. Called this place and they got us Friday and I’m so grateful our dog is OK. She is resting now. At the rest the family are very relieved ????

Great customer service served by an awesome staff. Gallagher loves being around them to the point I can tell him its time to see the Vet! Never over charged for something he doesn't need and I'm really thankful for everyone there.

We had to put one of our family members down and they were wonderful! They have a nice cozy family room to be with your loved one till the end.

I used to think its a very good place with nice vet and nurse. Now I changed my mind. Long Story short. If you want to over spend your money, go there. And if they prescribe Cheristin (a flea prevention for cats) and tell you it's really great. Think about it twice and go online to search some reviews. Plus, they sell it double the price Where you can buy the SAME product in petSmart half. And they tell you it's different product. Good luck in this Clinic. Pictures show that what Cheristin did to my cat! A patch of hair lost the next day! ! ! At the exact place where I drop the medicine! Don't waste your time and money there!

THE DOCTOR AND HER STAFF ARE ABOVE AND BEYOND. SO CARING! JUST AMAZING. JUST HAD MY CAT IN YESTERDAY. THE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING I WAS CALLED TO SEE HOW MY BABY WAS DOING! THANK YOU DR. SANCHEZ AND ASSISTANTS! I WENT FROM THIS ???? TO THIS ???????? VERY GRATEFUL!

Always a great experience when we are there! I couldn't have asked for a more loving and honest veterinary office for my babies. Everyone, from the front desk to the doctor, are phenomenal. Highly recommend for anyone who has fur babies

Dr Sheri and staff are great

They've been our vets for years. We moved for a while then came back & went w/them again. I've not had issues w/them & they're really good at explaining what they're going to do or want to do w/ur baby. We've vets that r closer to home but we'll be w/them. Our daughter is w/them also.

I have taken my dogs to them for a long time. Never had a bad experience there. Always friendly and very helpful. They were so patient when they taught me how to give one of my dogs her weekly allergy injections.

looking into other review I can easily tell they came from insider. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL EXPENSIVE AND ALWAYS RECOMMEND THINGS NOT NEEDED.how ever it's clean.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. But if you pay what they want, you can leave your loved one home and they will send wireless treatment LOL zero caring ;-(
