My cat was dying. I tried walking in but they will only come out to your vehicle and take to your pet. They did tell the name of any emergency hospital. They were closing for the the day when I walked in. Since I didn't use them I can't rate their service. Lucy died the next day.

We've had great experiences with Dr. Hogan and Dr. Brown. We had to say goodbye to one of our cats shortly after joining the practice and they were incredibly communicative and supportive during that time. We are happy to be taking our other cat back to them. A great group of doctors!

Very caring, professional and knowledgable staff. They always go above and beyond to care for our pets. Pricing is fair, great value for the money. Highly recommend!

They take their time and answer all questions, making pets and pet parents at ease. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a high quality and caring veterinary practice.

I've had Greenbrier Animal Hospital as my veterinarian for at least 14 years never had a problem with them and I just love them all to death.

It has taken me far too long to write this review. I have had such great experiences with Greenbriar and the wonderful doctors there, that I feel it was a disservice on my part to not give them the recognition they deserve sooner, as well as to those who are seeking a vet for their furry family members. I have dealt specifically with Dr. Hogan, Dr. Goricki, and Dr. Brown. They have all been great at taking the time to explain and communicate with me. Back in November, we had to say goodbye to our cat, and they were so wonderful in a difficult time. Dr. Brown made herself available to speak to me and answer questions, and both she and Dr. Goricki were so compassionate and understanding of our pain. They actually surprised me with how they went beyond, either what I have gotten used to, or expected from other vets. I should also mention their wonderful caring staff as well. While I don’t know them all by name, they’re kindness was certainly felt and appreciated.

No better place to take your pets than Greenbriar. I want to take a moment to share about my experiences with Greenbrier and to pass along a review from my fiancé’s mom. She lives in Middleburg and has not had great success with the vets in her area and decided to bring her dog Ellie to Greenbrier because we talk about how wonderful It is. She called me after her visit in tears thankful for the kindness and professionalism from the front desk, technicians and Dr. Hogan. She said she finally felt like someone was willing to really take a close look and help her figure out what is going on with Ellie. She couldn’t say enough about how wonderful and clear doctor Hogan was as she talked with her about Ellie and worked out a plan to get her feeling better. She raved about how wonderful the tech was who came out and reviewed things with her and she was thrilled that the front desk was so kind as she scheduled her appointment and called back to ask a question after she got home. She plans on making the drive from now on because of how wonderful they all were. These are things that we already knew about Greenbrier and the reason we will always recommend and never take our babies anywhere else. When they ask who we’d prefer to see, we are so thankful to say that we trust every single doctor at Greenbrier! Greenbriar Animal Hospital provides a quality and trustworthy place for our pets. It brings me to tears, because for me, they are my “kids” and there are moments of pure fear when I don’t know what’s wrong or how to help them and I know without a doubt that I have a resource and amazing place to bring them to. The entire staff is great. I would not take my pup anywhere else.

They are kind, caring and professional. I have taken my girl Cleo (Italian greyhound mix) there since we moved to the area in 2013. We have boarded Cleo, had shots, care for her conditions as she's gotten older and finally putting her to rest. Compassionate, caring and wonderful people.

Amazing vets! Love that they have called in Rx for my pet at a human pharmacy when possible instead of selling me a much more expesive pet version. I am sure that cannot always be done for many treatments but another vet I use has never done this when now I know it is possible and could make pet treatment more affordable for everyone.

This is our go to for our two cats. Always get good care. Covid changes things up a bit but they do well.

A good and caring veteranary practice. They even called a few days later to make sure everything is going ok for our pet. They also don't seem to charge excessively. Like for a vaccination we only paid for the vaccine. I was blown away. Highly recommended.

Porsche loves all the staff and Drs.Always ask if they can do a procedure so bill is no surprise and reasonable prices

I showed up in a panic about my cat's health and my own. They staff was very friendly and went out of their way to get me in and out as quickly as possible on very short-term notice.

Wonderful team of professionals who are kind and patient. They do everything they can to accommodate upset pet owners and seem to know all of our pets personally.

I have been a client for over 20 years. This USED to be a great animal hospital however they have turned into revenue generating, unfeeling , uncaring organization only concerned with money and not the health and care of your beloved pets. Go elsewhere find another animal hospital. I will never set foot in there again!

We've been going to Greenbriar for 20 years and would never go anywhere else. The Doctors and staff are caring and attentive to our pets. They take the time to know your individual pet, so that they can prescribe the best care for them. We recently lost our 16 yr old chihuahua and if it wasn't for the loving care from the staff, I don't know how we would have gotten through it.

Your receptionist today did not seem very enthusiastic to help on the phone. I ended with a "have a nice day" and your receptionist replied with a rude "mhm" and then hung up. Based off of that one phone call I would not bring my pets here because it seems as if the staff is not happy to be at work. Hope this is something that can be improved.

IV taken my pets to Greenbriar since 2004, they are all wonderful, the staff is always professional, so nice and accommodating when you need an appointment. The Drs have always taken great care of all my animals. They really give great care. I'd recommend greenbriar to everyone. ????????????????????
