They do a great job here. Our dogs always look great and are never anxious or stressed when we pick them up. We would recommend to anyone who asked

They gave my family THE WRONG DOG After they gave us our “dog” back we all decided that it was not in fact our dog. We called but they insisted that it was the right dog flash forward and we found out who had are dog and we exchanged. They didn’t even try to fix it and still had us pay normally, no refund or anything

Sadly after 4 years my dogs received the worst cuts of their lives at this business. We have always been happy until the last 2 visits but something clearly has gone wrong at this establishment. The management was defensive rather than helpful. I will never return after the hack job that was done yesterday.

I have been taking my dogs to fluffy cuts for the past two years and could be more satisfied with the services they offer! All the ladies here are wonderful and always double check with me before they do anything to my dog which I appreciate. I applaud them for always being professional, I have seen and heard first hand when I pick up my pups how some of the other clients talk to them and it’s blows my mind how rude some people can be. Keep up the good work fluffy cuts because most of us do appreciate you!

Used to be the best groomer now the worst burnt my dog's face

A'ndrea and Aimee took good care of my Norwegian Forest Cat. His long feathery hair is difficult to manage after winter. It was no problem for them.

Fluffy Cuts is wonderful and so accommodating! They are calm and confident in handling my hyper-active dog, making us feel just as welcome as “easy” dogs. They go above and beyond to love on and encourage my dog, who now looks forward to his visits!

They did a wonderful job with our Morkie. They gave him a bath, haircut, and trimmed his nails.

My poor toy poodle had serious head trauma after being groomed here!!!! His eyes were so bloodshot, his veterinarian said cause was due to strangulation and/or blunt force to head!!! My vet & I begged groomers to please tell what happened so I could make sure he received proper treatment but they could have cared less! This ended up costing me $2670!!!! So Disgusted & shame on you!!!!

Fluffy Cuts does a supreme job taking care of my babies. The staff is very knowledgable & friendly. You can tell they love what they do.

Outstanding grooming team. It’s our first visit, they changed my dog from a Rastafarian to a handsome long-coat German Shepherd. They have definitely earned our business. Thank you for finding our dog within all that hair you removed!

I love A’ndrea, Aimee, Kaia, Lila and everyone at Fluffy Cuts! They have always taken amazing care of my fur babies and I can’t thank them enough. The girls here absolutely adore Pippin (which who wouldn’t, she’s a sweetheart) and Pippin feels the same! Even Mr. Frodo loves it here and his anxiety has made professional grooming just a nightmare in the past. They’re very careful with Mr. Frodo’s hip displaysia and Pippin’s arthritis, which is not easy with hound dogs that are around 70lbs each, so I get happy and refreshed dogs back every time. I refer all of my friends to Fluffy Cuts when I can! Thank you for the wonderful job y’all do tending to the Hobbitses!

A’ndrea and her team do an amazing job! Our cocker spaniel used to hate being groomed but that has changed we started taking him to Fluffy Cuts two years ago. Now he even gets excited when we pull in! They take exceptional care of him and he looks and smells great too. Highly recommend!

She has always taken exceptional care of my fur babies, is flexible and very accommodating when it comes to booking and pick up times, and is incredibly professional. They do an excellent job of grooming my corgi. We recently had his coat deshedded, washed and butt shaved. Always comes out looking clean and regal. Cannot beat their prices either.
