I absolutely love beltway, I love the workers the vets, the way they handle the animals. I love everything about this place.. they take care of all my dogs from birth till now.

They have an amazing staff

They dont care about the animals. They just want your money. They will try to sell you extra stuff that you didnt need.... And they will make it sound good. Also they try to be sneaky. They will tell you... Yep.. She just need a booster... And when they come out... They say... $100... Iam like... For what? "The booster... Rabbies and to register your animal.." They always make it seem like its nothing and then they tell u the price after.... Never before. Oh ,, and i forgot to mention! After your first time going there they give you a receipt with instructions on the back of it to get a $5 discount the next time you are there,.... want to guess how... ? Thats right... by going on here and filling out a 5 star review!!!! So sall those 5 star reviews are fake... just people that wanted money off. Whats is your answer for that one ?

Our fur babies have been patients of beltway since 2008. The doctors and the staff have never let us down and are always available to answer questions. We love how they love our fur babies and take care of them so very well. We have boarded our fur babies there many times and they come out happy and it's clearly evident that their stay is a vacation for them too. With regard to grooming, I haven't had them groomed there many times, but the times we have, the groomers do a fantastic job.

Dr June is so nice. I was from out of town and they were so nice to work my sick cat in.

Show up for appointment and they say I have to have a mask on, as the employees have them down around their chin. I am Medically exempt, and the governor of Florida and CDC says you don't have to wear them anymore. They say their employee got Covid. Guess them wearing a mask didn't work. So why push a mask mandate when there isn't one.

My poodle was wonderfully groomed.

Typically good customer service and great vet care. Very busy. Make an appointment if you can!

Absolutely recommend for your fur baby care. The Doctor's and staff are the best you'll find out there. Honest, sincere and compassionate. Absolutely love the Beltway family.

Hard to get in contact with tried multiple times to set an appt. either they don’t answer or they answer and immediately put you on hold.

Just moved into the are. Was looking for a reputable vet to take my pooch. Did some research and my better half heard about Beltway Animal Hospital from coworkers. I have to say that the Doctor and staff are pretty awesome. My pooch was taken in with care and brought back out to me with care. I look forward to using there services again...

Started traveling (30 min drive) to this vet office solely for my French Bulldog after being told one of the vets has experience with the breed, as she owns a couple herself. Well let me tell you…… waste of time!! They aren’t even competent enough to get the correct weight on a dog!! I let It slide the first 2 visits as there were no meds being prescribed (I’m one who frequently weighs my pup at home to be sure he’s gaining appropriately for his age) however, the most recent visit he was in need of an allergy med (apoquel) which is dosed according to weight. Some how they got a 13 lb weight on my 21 lb dog. This was never mentioned to me but just that they would prescribe 1/2!tab twice daily for 2 weeks and then 1/2 tab daily there after. If my dog did only weigh 13 lbs this would mean he had a 3 lb weight loss since his April (also incorrect ) weigh in! So they basically disregard any weight loss! When I called them out on a possible incorrect weigh in 2 days later, they immediately insisted I bring him back in for a weight check instead of trusting that I know how to weigh my dog and that he indeed weighs 20-21 lbs. with travel time being an hour out of my day, I suggested a weigh in at a closer vet who could then phone them with the weight. Receptionist said that would be fine. Proceeded to go to Pet Paradise 10 min down the road and they gladly weighed him (21 lbs) & called Beltway who would Not accept the weigh in!! This office is ridiculous and the way they treat other vet offices not trusting that they are able to get a correct weight on an animal, is unacceptable! After I called them questioning the problem they finally decided to accept a fax from Pet Paradise on there letter head stating his weight. Once that was done they did make the correction to dosage of meds & then mailed me a copy of new script, my dogs records along with a termination letter stating I broke there trust due to the recent actions!! Are you kidding me, they royally messed up with a weight & incorrect dose but they aren’t willing to own up to It and apologize to there client! Treating me like I’m a liar about how much my dog weighs! I would recommend you not waste your time at this facility. How many other dogs were given the wrong dose of meds due to there error? Don’t let this happen to you! Keep looking elsewhere!

I have been using Beltway Animal Hospital for years and to be honest with you, I wouldn't trust my dogs to anyone else other than to Dr. Rachel Brown, she is a very caring, compassionate, animal lover and "family" friendly person!!! Once you bring your fur baby to see Dr. Brown, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else... Trust me I have known her since high school and she is very honest, trustworthy, and will never stear you wrong when it comes to your fur babies... Thank you for your time, Timm

The people at Beltway are great with our babies. Any and every time we have a problem they get our babies in and make them better. Can't thank them enough.

Though it was my first visit, Customer Service is Great. Prices are a bit high, and they attend you in the parking lot, they call it office visit, and charge you for it. Went to Claw's & Paws in Middleburg instead. Lower prices and you can sit in Lobby with your pet. The staff is Wonderful. Mr. Sleeper, Vet, is Awesome. Mondays are open clinic day, which means, no appointment needed. First come, first served. Not obligated to wear mask. Yay!!!

I have been with Beltway for almost 30 years and will never go anywhere else. Dr Jane, Dr June and Dr Rachel Brown and everyone at Beltway have been with me during some of the most joyful and the most devastating times in my life. Everyone is compassionate and caring. You will never find better people to care for your fur babies.

The people here are SO kind even when my dog is too much to handle. He gets so excited going to the vet to see his friends! Ronan loves all the staff here
