Yaya, got a postcard that they are moving to better location... Especially parking lot more space.. The old one, difficult to park in and out.. They are good people we can trust.

I was impressed with the care, attention snd follow up I received for my dog when he got sick.

I drive 30 minutes to get to Chimney Lakes because Dr. Dressel and his staff are so amazing- I couldn’t ask more from a vet- He is so caring and invested in his patients, and is great with people too. He was recommended by a friend over 15 years ago and I’ve been happy ever since!

My cat had an accident (number 2) in her carrier while I was driving to the appointment. I didn't get names, but the staff were so nice about it - cleaning up the the messy carrier and my cat so it didn't impact the appointment. I've been taking my pets to Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital for about 18 years and I highly recommend them!

The only vet I trust to care for my dog. I drive from Saint John's County to come here. My dog has a lot of behavioral issues and they have caring for him down to a science. The best vet in town and Julie at the front desk is amazing!

Chimney Lakes is a great place to take your pets! The staff is very responsive, fun to interact with, and loves all the animals. The are always encouraging and understanding. I have never seen a vet as gentle with animals as Dr. Dressel. I have no reservations in recommending CL.

My dog had an ER visit after swallowing a foreign object. Inducing vomiting was unsuccessful and after X-rays and determining the object was still in his stomach and not intestines the ER vet recommended following up with his normal vet (Chimney Lakes) for monitoring and follow up x rays. I tried coordinating this recommended treatment plan twice with Chimney Lakes and was told each time they’d call me back. It has been over a week with no word from them. Since then my dog has had abdominal surgery at another practice. It’s a shame as I found Dr. Dressel to be a caring and attentive vet. Unfortunately I would not be comfortable recommending Chimney Lakes beyond normal annual checkups.

Dr. Dressel and his staff are beyond amazing. Always friendly and super helpful.

Edit: 2 years after my initial review and things have become quite different. Staff always seems pressed, I never see the vet, and they misdiagnosed my cat and I had to take her someplace else, where she was euthanized. Things have certainly changed here. It's too bad. This staff at this veterinary office is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. They have excellent follow up, are very up-front about costs, and care for the animals as if they were their own.

This was my first visit at Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital. They were so loving and provided the best care for my 2 babies. The exam was very thorough and not rushed at all. We will continue to take them to this hospital.

We have been going to Chimney Lakes for over 10 years. We have used them for basic care as well as traumatic injuries and end of life. Dr. Dressel is a gifted person who genuinely cares for his patients and their families. He is diligent in finding the root cause of any problem. He will even share tears with you when it’s time to say goodbye ❤️

My fur baby’s’ well being is always their first priority. The staff is wonderful and care very much for your pet,but also for the pets human.

The reason for this visit was to have my Mother's 2 new kittens checked out. I found these kittens in my back yard. My Mom lives in Southside and she wanted to use my vet since I have said from day one he's the best. She loved Dr. Dressel and the staff. Thank you!

We used to take our old family pets to this location. I live in Oregon, now, and had to get a negative fecal test done for my puppy that traveled with me, so I could board him for a few days. They were super friendly, super affordable, and really quick with results. Now, my pup has a chart at the location when we visit in case of emergencies.

Dr. Dressel has been our vet for 19 years. He and his staff take outstanding care of our menagerie and they have repeatedly earned our total trust that they do what is best for our pets. I can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else!
