I have two blind cats. The staff and doctors are so kind and caring. They treat me and my cats like family. You couldn't find better people to look after your pets.

Been bringing my new puppy here since we got her. Great mom and pop vet, who genuinely care about an animals well-being, and don't try to pressure or upsell you on things that might not be necessary. Just an honest, hardworking vet.

My family and I have been coming to Baywood Animal Hospital when we first moved to the Southside in May 1993. Dr. Cromer and Donna have been an absolutely fabulous staple in the lives of all our pets and we couldn't ask for a better vet practice. They always make room for emergencies (well, when you're a pet owner, sometimes everything seems like an emergency), they are always very comforting and give you the straight news. I trust them now, and have trusted the lives of a dozen pets over the last few decades to their care! They are highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this vet office enough. Donna and Dr. Cromer are always so friendly and helpful. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care about your pets. This is the only vet that I trust to take care of my pets.

I took my dog and cat there. They were very nice last time when my cat had an eye emergency. They found that my cat was on her verge to lose her eye sight and sent us to the eye specialist right way. They called the eye specialist for us and make sure that they wait for us. My cat lucky is getting better and still am healthy 18 years old cat! Thank you!

Dr Cromer is a great vet, very gentle and very well informed on the latest in veterinary medicine. Donna at the front desk is the sweetest person I've ever dealt with. We've had 5 kitties over the last 15 years and we've taken all of them to Baywood Animal Hospital.

Our kitties have been patients at Baywood since 2008. We were referred to Baywood by a friend and because it was more affordable than other veterinary offices we had checked We decided to try it. We really love Baywood:. Dr. Cromer is kind and knowledgeable. We feel confident in having him care for our kitties. Donna is kind to all. Visiting her makes our day. She is sunshine for pets and owners alike. On top of making everyone feel welcome and confident, Donna is super fast and efficient and really great at what she does. The Vet. Techs. have always been kind to our kitties and help us get their carrier back to our car.

They're flexible, affordable, won't try to upsell you on anything that the Doctor doesn't feel is truly necessary and Donna at the front is an excellent wealth of knowledge.

I have been going to Baywood animal hospital for over 20 years. Dr. Cromer is extremely knowledgeable which ensures my pets are getting the best attention and care. Donna who runs the front of house is wonderful. I honestly don’t know what Dr. Cromer would do without her.

The most caring people I know

Brought my dog in because he was having a hard time walking. Doctor said it was inflammation and infection and gave him shots $315. When I got him home he passed away. I would NEVER take another pet here.

Dr Cromer is a wonderful and caring vet. My 16 year old Sammy has had 2 much needed surgeries. I was more than concerned because of his age. Sammy did beautifully! He doesn’t look or feel like his age. Everyone thinks he’s about 9. The staff at Baywood is caring and concerned about your pet. I have seen how others are treated and it’s always been with caring and concern. I highly recommend Dr Cromer and his staff.

Enough cannot be said about the compassionate and professional care provided at Baywood Animal Hospital over the past 14 years for our beloved Labrador Rocky. We lost Rocky today 2 days short of his 14th birthday. We can't thank Dr. Cromer and Donna enough for the care given to our boy especially during his last days. Their communication with us and their genuine caring and kindness was very much appreciated.

I would not even consider taking my babies anywhere else. They offer the utmost care for my felines. They are honest, reliable and very caring. They don't overcharge either. I recommend them to anyone in the area who has a cat or dog.
