I love bartram animal hospital. I’ve always found it easy to make appointments. The staff is very living towards my dog (khaleesi). I get remainders of due dates. Also, they have an affordable pet plan so you can have your pet up to date on everything without hurting your wallet. I get unlimited vet visits as well. It’s a clean environments. Refreshments are available as well as treats for your pet ????❤️

Dr. Akande and his staff have been taking care of our pets for generations. Currently he is taking care of AC, Pebbles, and Max. Dr. Akande and his staff worked so well in taking care of Pebbles wnen she was so sick. We are so thankful for the kind, thorough, and professional care to her. She is doing just fine now.

I miss my little girl Brownie!! I just wished she could have survived her illness. Thank you for your care.

Dr Akande is the most compassionate Vet. He and his office staff have always been kind and understanding, especially when you have to help a beloved pet to the rainbow bridge.

This place is amazing. The staff were all super nice and very welcoming. The clinic itself was very clean and welcoming as well. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable as was the vet tech. They were very sweet and caring to my cat. They took time to explain the medication and offered multiple options for my cats medical needs. They are also very affordable and I was pleasantly surprised to see the total cost.

Bertram Park Animal Hospital took our dog in the same day we called to assist in an urgent situation. The staff is professional and compassionate.

I never had to wait. The staff very friendly and professional and they fit us right into the schedule. They performed surgery on my 18 year old kitty and everything turned out great! I would highly recommend them.

We took our dog in due to stomach issues causing diarrhea for 3 days. They were able to fit her in and took care of us as if we were long term clients. Dr. Akonde got right to the bottom of her issues, started treatment and she was better in two days. Many thanks to the doctor and staff for working with us.

On Saturday July 24, I took my 4 months puppy Kimba to Bartram Hospital because she was very sick, vomiting, lethargic, and was not eating. They gave her medicine, and took x-rays. The diagnosis of Dr. Ayo Akande was that she ate something out of the ordinary, a piece of plastic or something like that. According to Dr. Akande, that was he has seen in the X-rays. Monday July 26, Kimba was not improving, I took her to the hospital again, left her there at 9 am until 5 pm. More X-rays, more medicine, I was told Kimba needs a sonogram so that she was subjected for a surgery the next day. The next day, Tuesday July 27, on my way to Bartram Hospital, they called me to say they were very busy and could not see us, and I was told to go Capital Veterinary Specialists Jax. The diagnosis of Dr. Leo London there was, that Kimba had the Parvo virus and was in very bad condition and that she had not any foreign elements in her intestine. We returned to Bartram Hospital, Kimba was there for three days. Fortunately she is fine now, but this 4 day agony could been avoided if Dr. Ayo Akande had given the right diagnosis in the first place to. Now I know that it is very common that a 4-month puppy could have the Parvo virus, a specialist like Dr. Akande supposedly had to know that from the first moment he saw Kimba. He could have save us from pain and a lot of money that was unnecessary spending in X-rays and other medicines that did not help Kimba at all. I have gratitude for the Front Desk and the technicians who attended Kimba, they were very friendly. Finally, in Kimba Medical History and all reports I do not see the name of Dr. Ayo Akande on any of them. Wonder why?

I feel comfortable that my cat gets a good check up!! Friendly staff. All vets are expensive!! But happy to have a consistent doctor for her!!

I woke up this morning in a panic. My normal vet was closed and every other office I called closed at 2pm... I called over 20 vets and fell upon Bartram. I almost cried when they had an appointment available. They were able to get her in for a last minute appointment and the vet was very nice and helpful. He did an amazing job at explaining what was wrong and how we were going to fix it! Thanks again for helping my baby!

Dr. Akande saw our 10 week old Min. Schnauzer within 2 hours from the time we called. Diagnosis and treatment was spot-on and effective. Very clean premises and friendly staff.

This veterinary clinic is so good, we transported our animals from Palm Beach County for treatment here. It continues to provide reliable, profession service now that our pets are in the Jacksonville Area.

Our cat had UTI. Caught it earlly enough this time that we were able to take our cat home and administer antibiotics and hydrate our cat using a hydration bag and hypodermic needles. They showed us how to administer the fluid into the loose nap of the neck. They recommended trying a daily dose of Uromaxx to keep her system clean. So far it has been working.

I am very happy with Bartram Park Animal Hospital. My dog Bella is afraid of being away from me. They took her in knowing how scared she was and treated her so kindly and gentle. Even when my dog ran around the waiting area to hide. The staff is very Loving and they care about you and your pet. Awesome place and awesome staff.

My almost 15-year-old mutt had a carnassial tooth problem. Past the point of no return without surgery (around $1200+). This is extremely painful & invasive surgery for dog of any age. Took my baby to appt. & diagnosis confirmed. Doggy antibiotics and painkiller. Improvement. They would not re-fill without another costly office visit and their ultra marked-up meds. I went everywhere online. Problem advanced and surgery insane for an almost 15 yo dog. Revenue generation. They are a shopping center vet. No relationship building. Because they refused to write a re-fill RX, whereby we knew a matter of time and diagnosis, my dog's issue broke thru cheek and bleeding. We had to say goodbye on Tuesday. I wasn't asking for a re-fill on major drugs, clabu-amoxicillin & doggy pain reliever. For God's sake. NEVER EVER go to one of these "fast food" vets. My dog was going to die eventually. She just had to have pain and anxiety in the process thanks to these horrid people. Yes, everyone is nice and perky. They are a money-mill. STAY AWAY

Dr. Akande and staff are very helpful and friendly. Our dog is not a people lover but Dr. A and staff are patient and kind with her. :-)
