Do not go here!!! We took our cat here for an exam and diagnostic testing after she dehydrated herself in the process of passing a massive hairball. After rushing through the physical exam, the vet claimed he could feel something lodged in her throat. We waited nearly 3 hours for the xray results. He told us there was definitely something lodged there, and recommended an endoscopic surgery to remove said object. He advised me he could not do the operation there and suggested I take her to an emergency clinic for the procedure.(While showing us the xrays, the vet was unable to show us what was lodged in her throat. When I told him I didn't see anything there, he told me it was because I wasn't a doctor.) Confused and concerned, I requested a copy of the xrays and sent them out to several other veterinarians, including the emergency clinic they recommended. While waiting for a call back from the emergency clinic, I found another clinic that had immediate availability who told me to bring her in. They did an extensive physical exam and reviewed the same xrays taken at Hodges Animal Hospital. After reviewing her symptoms, the physical, and the xrays; the second vet was able to confirm that nothing is lodged in her throat. I have since had the xrays checked once again, just in case... I am incredibly disappointed in the "care" provided by Hodges Animal Hospital, please take your pets anywhere else. Do not let them misinform you!!

The Vet came to my house costing me over 800. dollars,drew labs called me saying I needed medication and would be delivered Via postal service,it too over a week to get the medication 10 pills cut in half and a tube of EnerCal that you can get on Amazon,the doctor charged me 90 plus dollars for something That would normally cost under 20! Ridiculous,the receptionist said the doctor said she would be ok until I got the medication,in the mean time I got help elsewhere. She was better 4 day’s before receiving this fraudulent order,yeah I’m angry!????

We got our rabbit neutered and they were so nice. We came in at 8am and he was ready by 11:30. Meds were provided with the price and our rabbit nail’s were cut for the first time because we didn’t know how to do it. The price was $150 and the the nails were about $12 decent price because everyone charging way too much because he’s listed as a Exotic pet. Our rabbit is one years old.

I couldn't be more happy with our new vet! The staff in the front especially. Those ladies are so compassionate and helpful, esp when a dog mom is having a bit of a panic over her pup and asking a million questions through tears. The doctor was thorough and the prices can't be beat. My fur babies (and myself lol) are so well taken care of here!

I was have been taking my dog there for a few years. They are competitive pricing, no more or no less than other vets. My dog had a cancer growth on her elbow which is a pretty tricky area to operate on. The surgeon got it all out without damaging the muscle. The cancer never came back.

They call and check on your pets afterwards. They also text info which is noce when you have a busy schedule

They are way too expensive and they muzzle my dog for no reason. I didnt feel like they cared for my pet, just their pocket book.

Wonderful staff that listen to your concerns and care for your pets. We are grateful for their care. During this crazy time, several vets wanted us to pass our pet of 15 years thru a window to be put down alone! Are you crazy? The were very understanding and allowed us to be there with our fur baby as long as we needed to. Thank you very much for your care and concern.

After receiving a quote from another clinic for 400 dollars to neuter our bunnies and the cheap clinic ai found being booked till March I send an email inquiry to AHH this past weekend on 11-7-2020 after our bunnies started fighting. They emailed me back right away and booked my appt for 11-11-2020 for the neuter for 2 bunnies. On arriving there was a miscommunication and the online scheduler forgot to add Lollipop and Strawberry to their schedule. The staff verified my email conversation and honored it and still took the rabbits. They were awesome and very professional. My only wish is that I would have been consulted before they sutured up an injury they found on one bunny. But at the end of the day I still am giving them 5 stars because they did what was in the best interest and health of my pet and the overall experience was awesome. Thank you so much for the great care and the awesome staff. I would like to add I saw one complaint about the office smelling bad. First off it is a vets office that works with animals,, sometimes sick animals who poop on themselves. Even the cleanest places sometimes have lingering odors.. Its part of the business. However, I found the office to be very clean and it smelled like standard veterinary cleaner to me. Did not smell bad nor was the office dirty, quite the opposite.

If you do not like your spouse’s pet bring it here there’s a good probability that they will kill it. It cost me three times as much to go to the emergency room to fix his mistakes. Then they refused to pay the emergency room bills.

Dr K has taking care of my 13 year old PUG for years, I trust him with my babygirl . That’s why I trusted him with my 3.5 year old rescue PUG that had severe skin condition from not taking care of . I am happy to say he is one happy Momma boy ???? Thank you Dr K and staff

They are absolutely amazing here ...after 2 months of having my dog treated for ringworm else where I knew something wasn't right so I took her to animal hospital of Hodges and right away they told me she had mange ! She begun treatment right away and within a week she started to look better . I can't thank the doctor and staff enough for helping my puppy the prices are reasonable and I will go nowhere else from now on

I absolutely loved my experience with my female dog luna. I've tried multiple different vets and this one I will definitely be returning to. They made me, my husband, and my dog super stress free about everything going on. They explained the cost and procedures very clearly. They took very good care of my dog and the staff were super nice and very understanding. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for my dog. We went to the beach Blvd location and the staff is beyond phenomenal!

Our ferret had been sick for a few days. When it got to the point we couldn't help her anymore at home we called and got an appointment for her the same day. I have to say that we have never been here before this was our first visit. She got progressively worse before our appointment. We went ahead and took her in two hours before our time. The staff didn't mind at all they were completely understanding. They did what they could for our baby kept us informed with everything they did. We had to make the decision to put her to sleep. We pretty much knew already that was going to be the only option. When the doctor informed us of this he was sympathetic and so was the staff. For the situation we were in they were very professional and caring. Especially it being our first time there. The price for everything wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. We would have paid anything to keep her from being in pain, when your furry baby is sick price really doesn't matter. Their pricing was very reasonable. I will start taking the rest of my pets there for their regular vet visits. I would recommend them to my family, friends anyone who needed vet services for their pets

Overpriced. Charges for services not agreed to. Never again. People in the community have told me for 4 years I was paying way too much.

Food was delicious, wait staff was great

We took our cat here today. They were unable to perform services due to being unable to console our cat without our presence as we dropped her off. The staff decided to leave our cat in the carrier. They called us to pick her up. They left her in her carrier for almost two hours without access to food, water, or a litter pan. When we got her home she was soiled in her own urine. Do not take your animals here.

The veterinarians here have gone above and beyond for my sweet cat, Louie! My boy was hit by a car when he first came in and the doctors and technicians were so good to him. I am forever grateful for them saving his life and will never go to another veterinarian.

Please advise if you care about your fury pets do not take them here. The vet has no knowledge whatsoever and may do more harm than good. Read the negative reviews he is a butcher. They have over priced care for with such poor quality from care to staff I mean everything is horrible. Just look at the responses that they leave to anyone that gives them a bad review it is proof of their bad customer service and quality they offer. If you are looking for good care I recommend All animal clinic

The doctors and staff at this location are amazing!! They’re so professional and informed me of everything I needed to know taking care of my new puppy, highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new vet.
