Dr. Kaiser is amazing! She truly cares, she took her time talking to me and explaining what we were doing and why. I left the consult feeling informed about my cats situation and the steps we will take going forward. I highly recommend you bring your pets here for quality care!

Dr Kaiser is amazing. Went to her for a checkup on my older pup and she recommended trupanion. After researching I signed him up for insurance and I couldn’t be happier. She is an expert with the insurance company and the cost is so reasonable I feel silly for not having it or knowing about it before her. I’m so glad she, as the doctor took the time to explain everything to me. My dogs skin started to get irritated and with Dr Kaiser and trupanion, he was treated.. My dog Buddy, was losing hair and getting red itchy areas and was so miserable… one visit with Dr Kaiser and Buddy started looking and feeling better.. I highly recommend you give her a chance and I recommend trupanion for every pet too!! I can now maintain his allergies and everyone is happy.

Dr.Kaiser is great with Paxton, who has never been comfortable in a vets office. His attitude is completely different while at Animal Clinic of Mandarin and he is not the slightest bit nervous, even while being poked! Also I'm glad I took her advice on getting Trupanion (pet insurance) as he ended up having allergies. Now his daily pills and monthly shots are fully covered, in the last 8 months Trupanion has paid out $4,230 so it has definitely paid for itself. Remember your dog cant tell you where it hurts, and you don't want money to be the deciding factor if your pet *might* be sick but you need a full blood panel to know for sure.

Our dog had suffered extreme allergies and gut health issues for years, with a promised relapse around every corner. Bringing her to Animal Clinic of Mandarin was the best decision we could have ever done for her! The staff is beyond attentive, making sure every single pet gets their full undivided attention. This is something we did not experience in a vet until we came here! Our dog is never anxious to go inside, and has remained in good health due to the incredible care and thought Dr. Kaiser and her team have brought to bringing our sweet girl to the best health she can have. You nor your pet have to experience a rushed, hectic, assembly-line-feeling visit at the vet. Animal Clinic of Mandarin is the place to go!

We had to have our 12 year old pug put down today. Doctor Kaiser was amazing. The most Humane veterinarian I've ever met. I'm going to make an appointment for my Great Dane to get a full checkup. We would never even consider another animal clinic. Extremely compassionate and caring. As hard as it was to put our little girl down, Dr. Kaiser made us feel very comfortable with our decision. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants Five Star service.

My first visit to the clinic and everything about it was handled in a professional pleasant and informative manner. As of today May 17 they are still using curbside pick up. I arrived on time for my appointment and they promptly came out picked up my cat. The doctor saw him right after that and called me so that we could be on the phone as she examined him. And at the end of the visit doctor came out and introduced herself and we discussed the plan of action. I was very pleased with the whole process

I wish my personal doctor was as AMAZING as Dr. Kaiser and her staff. They truly care about my pet and it shows. Best care & best choice for your companion without a doubt. The Trupanion insurance is a no-brainer. Other than two quarantine puppies, greatest find of 2020! Will never go anywhere else. Smaller practice = bigger love

Dr Kaiser and her team exhibit everything needed for compassionate care for our pets. Our sweet Honey took a turn for the worst after 21 years and her team was able to arrange an in home euthanasia with very short notice to ease her passing. Every single interaction was reassuring, from the receptionist answering the phone, to the final goodbye. Dr Kaiser and her assistant took the time to explain the process and allowed us to be with our pup the whole way. The level of empathy and comfort provided, along with making sure everything moved at the right pace from start to finish, couldn’t have been more exact. She provides an absolutely necessary service to people who truly love their pets and does so in a way that I couldn’t even begin to think possible. Thank you for being there for us.

I took my (adopted, senior) Chihuahua for his first appointment after emailing all of his previous medical records (which I received when I adopted him.) They reviewed his records and made recommendations about what he needed, gave him a thorough checkup, and gave me a list of what he would need in the future. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I did not get to meet the "Dogter" personally, but did talk to her on the phone while she was examining Magnum. She and her staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. I am glad that I chose Animal Clinic of Mandarin to care for my newly adopted furbaby.

We had a stray kitten show up at our door. The mom never appeared so we started to do what we could for her. We are both totally clueless about how to care for a kitten. We brought her here and they have been amazing. They are polite and sweet on the phone. Their customer services is great. After the doctor gave her the shots she helped us figure out all the other stuff we would need to do. They have even called and checked to see how Han Solo (It's a girls, but we didn't know at the time.) is doing and make suggestions. They have been so supportive. It's amazing to find people who are genuinely kind and these people are. They care about the animals. We are thankful to have such a good experience. I would highly recommend them!
