I was just wanted to applaud Christine P regarding my first impression on how she handled my Zeba and communicated with us before taking her back to be groomed. This is the first time that I notice Zeba wasn't pulling away and was a lot calmer then her previously groom appointments due to her having so many bad experiences with the other location. So, let's say she'll back next month!!

We took our poodle here to get groomed and they did such a great job! She’s not the easiest dog due to anxiety but Tori did amazing. Will definitely be taking our dog back :)

I went to get my fur baby tower and I forgot to apply my coupon. They made it so easy to apply the coupon to my item and leave. Nice employees helped me too

My pug loves PetSmart. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Banfield helped my pug, Violet too.

I have taken my golden retriever here to this location for grooming multiple times. Great staff and he always leaves happy and beautiful.

I needed just 1 product and they were out. Fortiflora for cats, a probiotic to enhance appetite and as large as Petsmart, they should never be out of this one, plus the guy at register didn't even know what it was! Customer service was very disappointing!

We have a kitty that is on subscription medicine. They carry what we need. Clean and very helpful staff. Big assortment of dogs cats snakes birds rabbits whatever you need for an animal they have it

Had really rude service from the tall guy with brown hair at the check out counter. Just tried asking if he knew when the next shipment of my pet's dry food was since they were out that day and had unprofessional service and attitude. Short replies that required me to ask questions just to redirect back to my original question of, do you know when you will be getting the next shipment of food in by chance? Then was told how I'm not asking correctly and why I would be confusing to someone....Like dude, I just want to know when you guys get the next shipment of my pets food in and I'm happy to come back or if you don't know that's cool too. End of convo. The negative facial expressions and talking down tone just to give me attitude at the end and say why don't you just go to another store, like I'm some bimbo....in front of a line of customers. I ended the conversation multiple times with "ok, thank you anyways," but he kept feeling the need to talk more at me. As I continued to kill him with kindness I handed him my pet prescription card to be scanned for the wet food and he would not accept or scan it just to be a jerk to verbalize rudely-sarcastic he was aware my pet is on a prescription by now. Being a full time COVID RN with a small window to get things done, I am not tolerating bad service for asking nicely about cat food. VERY disappointed this is the only chain store near my house that has affordable prices on my pet's food or I wouldn't spend hundreds of dollars here on the reg!

Standard Petsmart. Variety of animal foods and toys. Pretty small selection of bird stuff. It looks like they're phasing out birds because they is only two parakeets and a canary. I usually give Petsmarts four stars (minus one star for not having a wide selection for more exotic pets), but I'm only giving this one three stars for the poor tortured bettas. Although pet stores have spread the myth that bettas only need a small bowl, that is actually a slow form of death for them. Bettas, a tropical fish, need a five gallon tank with a heater, plants, and a filter. Please stop selling bettas in such horrid conditions.

All the staff needed to be trained on customer service and animal knowledge. The staff continued to tell me how mean the hamsters were. I was intrested in buying one but she wouldn't sell me one because the store closed in 10 minutes. I spoke to the manager and she was just as bad. The petsmart in st johns town center is way better

Everyone that walked by me asked if I needed anything, with a smile. They also had all the Merrick dog food we like to use with excellent expiration dates!

Grooming: We stopped using petsmart grooming some time back because of constant quality issues with the job. Since our now regular groomer was booked up, we gave petsmart a shot once again. We sent our 2 dogs of the same breed in and the both came back looking completely different from each other. We asked for the face to be cleaned up and instead one of the dogs had his face shaved (completely incorrect for the breed) the other dog was correct. I don’t understand what kind of training the groomers here go through, but it’s obviously not acceptable.

I like it, and the staff is friendly. The problem is that it is 50-50 whether they will be in stock for what I need. It is tiresome to have to make multiple trips or go to another store for something as simple as goldfish food.

Just got a new dog & came in to buy the essentials. Lovely associate named Brooke. She was so polite & courteous! She was so knowledgeable and was very patient with us. We got everything Chia needed. We especially love the scented poop bags????

We take both our puppies to the veterinarian here, and they are always so great and so friendly.

Super helpful staff!! They really go above and beyond to help their customers!! They animals are all 100% healthy which is not the case for many other pet stores I’ve been too. They even price match witch chewy! Just ask the cashier to price match your items with chewy and they will look up each item and give you the chewy price which is always lower! I have saved hundreds by asking them to price match!!
