Called to arrange a neuter for my dog, the 1st time the receptionist took all my information and said she was having computer issues and would call me right back…. Shocker it’s never happened. Thought I would try again and the guy on the phone informs me there is no way to even give me a price range that it would be, that I had to have a consultation with the doctor and he would tell me the price after I go to ( and pay for) the consultation. Ummmm no thanks every other vet at least gives you a range.

Great customer service, the only cons is that they don't have walk in and the appointments are so far.

The prices could be a little more reasonable than that it's great care and friendly staff

All the staff are super friendly and sweet! Shay was a huge help to me and my little pup and took the time to go through all the options I had and even answered all my questions with a big smile on her face! I appreciate y’all!

Worst vet ever! They did not listen when I explained that my dogs have to be sedated for vaccines and etc.... "No no we can handle it" brought in the first dog... an hour or so later.... left with first dog because...... they could not do anything with him because he was so anxious.... they gave me meds for him to try for next time. That night... I gave my second dog the meds because well they are 79lbs and 95lbs. I get there... the vet tech said the doctor did not want to vaccinate because it might OD my dog, but they would give him an exam... I don't need an exam! I need him vaccinated! So 68.00 and a couple hours later.... I am finding a new vet! Totally not worth the hassle and bs!

I called to get a price for spaying a cat. They won't even provide an estimate. Instead you have to drive (30 minutes in heavy traffic w/ a recently feral cat) to have an exam THEN you can get a price, drive back home, then repeat the round trip for the surgery...

My kitty was limping a month ago and our former vet was expensive so I tried this place out and I wish I discovered Thrive as soon as I adopted Leo. They we’re able to diagnose the problem (arthritis) and gave my fur baby medication that helped his pain and now he is no longer limping. I came back a couple days ago for a check up and he is doing great now. I am so grateful for the caring vets here and that it’s very affordable too. I will keep coming here from now on.

???? ???? Just wanted to save others the trouble of the phonecall and or fall for this sales trap. Called to get a price quote to neuter a kitten. The woman on the phone says paraphrasing "We don't give price quotes over the phone we ask that you come in to see the vet and at that time you will find out all recommendations etc. Know what that is? With a background in sales I call this a time investment tactic ... You see, they want you to invest your time, your gas, your drive etc to jump through their hoops get in there and then after all that... psychologically if you dislike that price... many peoples conclusion will be... "Well, I've already spent this much time here to find this out. I just want this to be over with and get it done." UPDATE: If you have read this far Thrive did give a public reply to my review and provide a ballpark vet visit quote of $35. (They have since decided to remove and delete their reply to my review which included that $35 quote. No idea why? Seems FISHY. ????) The question one has to ask themselves is this... WHY wasn't the information provided to me when asked over the phone? After all... that is what inititated this review originally right? Hey Thrive "Afforadable" .... If you are so Affordable lets be a bit more transparent and prove it, up front. When customers call next time how about perhaps providing the information they are asking for in order to help them make an informed decision. First impressions are EVERYTHING and from my experience you have just far too many shenanigans to do business with. ???? For the experience. ???? For deleting and removing your reply for all to see; so you will not have to stand behind your own words.

The vet is amazing so is all of the staff I love taking my new puppy there

I called for a visit for an established pet. He just hurt his arm and can’t walk. I was told to wait for over a month … wow. Some great care they provide. I’ll find a vet who actually cares.

The staff were very kind and gentle with my pet kitten, and answered all questions that I had! Would also highly recommend their $10 monthly subscription service, it saved me so much during my last visit!

This was our first visit to this vet. Everyone there was so kind and helpful! I love that I can view the prices on the website in advance. I knew exactly how much I’d be paying before they took my dog to the back. The payment process via link and their app are both so great!! I love that I have access to his weight and what vaccinations were given and when they’re due again. I also received a copy of his vaccination list via email before I left the parking lot! It was an all around wonderful experience and I’m glad we switched to this as our new vet!!

No part of my experience was lacking. It was easy to schedule an appointment. All representatives were helpful when talking to me on the phone and the process of checking my pet in was as simple as can be. Once they were done the doctor called me and explained everything that happened and I got my pet back. I will not hesitate to use them again!

We took our dog here for the first time yesterday. We had been looking for an affordable vet and they have beat everyone I have called in the area. Not only is their pricing great, but the staff were very professional and friendly. They took good care of my dog so much that we have scheduled our second dog to be seen here. We will be going here from now on.

If you are looking for a new vet, please try them. They are ALWAYS pleasant when answering the phones and always have an answer to my questions. I have a 10 month old puppy and the previous vet we used, charged me $450 for my pup to get neutered, all of the shots and office visits covered for only 6 months, then wanted another $300-400 after the 6 months was up to cover me for 1 year. I didn't think it was worth it after the 6 months. After doing more research on GOOD/RELIABLE vets, I came across THRIVE and I have not been disappointed since. The medications are much less expensive, I spend $10 a month to not have to pay for an office visit, etc., and the staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. I can sit in my car as they examine my pup and the vet calls me to discuss the visit and I'm able to pay from my phone and then grab my pup from inside. I enjoy the convenience of having Petco right next door too so I can get his teeth brushed, nails buffed or pick up any treats or food I may be low on.

I highly recommend their thrive plus membership - definitely saves you even more! I drive 40+ mins just to come to this vet for both the price and service! ???? ♥️

This is the only vet I take my dog Suki to. The service is amazing every time and the prices aren't bad either. Although I can't go inside the staff does an amazing job of keeping me updated. Everyone is so friendly. I've never had a problem here. They do an amazing job! Thankyou THRIVE ❤️

I adopted my Luna, a Wheaten terrier, earlier this year. She has been struggling with itching, and before going to Thrive, I had gone to 2 different vet clinics but never felt like there was genuine care shown towards Luna's health issues. Thrive was completely different. Maxine and Leah are attentive, knowledgeable vet techs who made Luna - and me! - very comfortable as soon as we walked in. And Dr. Gennette is so amazing, answering all of my questions patiently and making a solid game plan with me to help combat Luna's allergies. It's been a couple weeks since our visit, and Luna is doing better! She's since had a dental cleaning with Dr. Gennette too, and I'm so thrilled as a dog mom to see a clinic so invested in my "kid's" health. I highly recommend this vet clinic and the amazing staff that work there!

We adopted sibling kittens last fall after taking a small break from fur babies. Double the fun also means double the cost in supplies and vet bills! When the time came for their first well check I searched for affordable vet care and found Thrive. So glad I did! Cost was almost half of what our prior vet cost. Even through we couldn't go in with them the staff kept us well informed of what was going on and process was very streamlined. Will definitely be using for future vet needs.

They were absolutely incredible. Kind, thorough, and patient. My dog is cautious around new people but they won her over quickly. They were also very affordable. ❤️????
