They kept in touch with us through email updates with pictures all during our pets stay with them. When we picked him up, he’d been bathed, & was happy and healthy...all we could ask.

My dogs absolutely love their time at Jet Set Pets! I am able to relax and enjoy vacation days knowing my pups are safe and sound (and loved) during their stay. The staff and facility is exceptional! Thank you!

Rusty had a great time at Jetset Pets during the Christmas break! He has been sick and taking various medications and the staff was very capable and efficient administering those and taking good care of Rusty. We received nightly pictures and updates and he looked very happy playing with the other dogs and cuddling with the staff. I'm very pleased with Jetset and will continue to use them in the future.

My puppy had an amazing stay, daily report cards and picture updates were nice and I know he was well taken care of!

Our 2 year old Australian Shepard loves Loves LVOES Jet Set Pets!! She was attacked at a dog park about a year ago and my Husband and I were very nervous to drop her off for boarding. But Jet Set Pets is amazing! The way they pay attention to details and truly care for your dog is great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to take their dog to a fun and safe place.

Emma loves Jet Set Pets so much. They are so reliable and spend so much quality time with her to make her feel special. They have taught Emma to be such a good listener at home and always send her home smelling amazing after a well-rinsed bath. We have been going to Jet Set Pets for 2 years every Saturday and every week Emma is super excited.

Jet Set Pets is the very best ! Boarding my two golden retrievers there is always a great experience! Both dogs have stayed before but this was the first time my older dog stayed since becoming totally blind. The staff did a fantastic job keeping him happy and feeling comfortable! Can’t say enough good things about them! My younger golden also had a fantastic time! He’s one of their jet set university grads and loves to visit!

This is the first time I have ever left a dog for boarding. I was nervous, but the professional staff at Beaches Jet Set Pets quickly reassured me and made me feel comfortable leaving my 9 month old puppy there. Each night I received an email with an update and photos. Knowing that my fur baby was having a great time and being treated well and loved allowed me to enjoy a long weekend trip. This was our first time boarding our puppy, and we were so nervous about leaving him at first. JSP made us feel so comfortable right off the bat. The daily report cards we got were the highlight of our day while we were away. It looked like our pup was having a blast. We will definitely be going back!! ????????

We have a dog aggressive dog. We have never boarded her and we were looking for a place where they would understand her problem and work with her needs. Our local animal control recommended jet set pets. We went for a tour and LOVED the atmosphere and the clean inviting facility. We dropped our Quinn off and headed out of town for 10 days. Each night we received pics or videos of what Quinn did each day. The smile on her face left us so relieved. Can’t say enough about this amazing place. THANK YOU BEACHES JET SET PETS. We have already booked her next stay!

We love this place! We have boarded our dog in a few different places and jet set is our favorite. It’s clean, staff is great, we love that they play in small groups, and the daily updates. We have done 10 days before for long trips so we definitely trust them.

My dogs have been going to Jet Set Pets for years and they love it. Between the playtime and extra attention they get from staff I know they have a blast! Each day you get an emailed report card with photos of the dogs playing and details of how they did. When I travel for work and they board I email to check in and someone always replies to me. 10/10 business and 10/10 for the staff and management!

We Love JSP! Dieter has so much fun. You can tell from all of the great pictures they share with you each day. He makes new friends every time and gets all of that Boxer energy out. Thank you for taking such good care of our Boy ❤

Beyond thrilled with my experinece at Jet Set Pets University and with our trainer, Chanin. Chanin is very responsive over text and answered all of my nervous questions leading up to the training (as well as through and after training!). After the training, almost everyone who knew my dog well commented on how much she has calmed down and how well behaved she is. These guys are amazing at what they do! I would 100% recommend JSPU! Plus, they offer a lifetime guarantee, so I will be able to bring Susie back in if she develops any new issues/bad behaviors down the road. Chanin even offered to have me bring my parents in for a lesson, since they often watch Susie, and it's all included in the cost of the training. Definitely worth the money!

Our dog came back clean and in great spirits. She slept most of the day after we brought her home, she definitely got plenty of exercise and excitement during her stay!

Roo has been going to Jet set Pets since she was 4 months old. She loves all her friends there both furry and human. Thank you for always taking such good care of her. Now Maci also enjoys her time her too

We evacuated for Hurricane Ida. They took our dog, Rex, in and took such great care of him. We knew he was being well taken care of. They sent us a report card with pics every night. We were so happy with the service! Thank you so much!!!!
