Love the staff here!! They’re always happy to see our two Goldens and they do a phenomenal job with their grooming- hands down 5 stars!!

I am a travel nurse traveling with my Yorkie. I was so happy to have found Bath House Grooming while staying in Jax Beach. It was my dog's first time using a different groomer than his usual back at home. They were so welcoming and friendly and my dog looks great! It was so easy to make an appointment online and the price was lower than I was used to paying back in southern NJ too so all around a winning day :)

Doodle Owners Beware - Bath House Pet “Grooming” shaved my standard doodle’s ENTIRE body/head/face and called it “grooming”. Awful quality and should’ve spoken up if they didn’t have the expertise in house to properly groom a doodle, or any dog for that matter. Shaving does not = grooming. Highly disappointed and won’t be going back.

First visit with my 4 month old Maltipoo puppy. He snuggled right up to our greeter. He looked very handsome when finished all fluffy and very smart with his tie gift. They took an adorable photo. We can’t wait to go back.

The question is "what do you like about this business?" My response - "literally everything." My husband and I chose this place for our Australian Shepherd, Jaymo, a year ago based on reviews. Our pup is super anxious so we needed to make sure that he was shown extra attention. They did that and MORE. Flash forward a year and we have another Aussie added to our family. We call them to book an appointment and set it up right away. (Every single interaction I have on the phone is a positive experience.) I drop off the pups and let them know that last time Jaymo was a little anxious so they suggested trying a CBD treat. It ended up being that Jaymo was awesome and Mali, our younger pup, was super anxious. They said they moved her into the cage with Jaymo and then allowed her to watch him so she could be comfortable. Talk about ABOVE & BEYOND. My heart is SO full. We moved out to the Northside of Jacksonville and will continue to make the drive because it is SO worth it.

We love bringing our 2 "fur babies" to "The Spa" at Bath House Pet Grooming - everyone that works there is professional and loves animals and I love how the groomer will ask you specifically how you want your "fur baby," to be groomed! Our dogs come home exhausted, and cute and they KNOW they look good (Our Westie is a DIVA)! Thanks to the entire team! Pippa & Aspen's Mommy!

Best place to take your fur baby for a salon day, a little pricey and a little out of the way for some but well worth it.

Extremely helpful and responsive with setting up our appointment! They even offer an early drop off for those of us that work early or are busy in the am :) the front desk staff was extremely welcoming & friendly. My pup (Nova) came back looking GREAT! Like a whole new pup haha :) definitely recommend their services. We won’t be going anywhere else!

The Bath House treated me a my very old dog like royalty!! They were kind and gentle and their work is outstanding! I would highly recommend them!!

Our experience has always been great. I have been going there for the last 4 years and our little Westie Sophie just loves it there. She always get a good haircut and is always excited to go back. The staff is very good with her.
