Been using happy pet for years, it's the only place I bring my dogs to

My dogs were nervous and one suffers from extreme anxiety. The staff was very kind and did a wonderful job! My little boy was worried about leaving his dogs so they took the time to take pictures of our pets experience to share with my son, it really made his day and put him at ease. I was impressed with their thoughtfulness and how well they took care of our dogs! They came out happy and looking beautiful! I definitely recommend this place to anyone interested.

We walked in for a nail trim on our dog.she was nervous but they did a wonderful job making her feel calm and safe.Definitely will be repeat customers

They did a great job with Paco! He usually freaks out around people and other animals, but he was calm at Happy Pet. They are professional and caring.

Our dogs, babies, are always happy and beautiful once they leave Happy Pets. The thing that I love is on our way there we can barely keep them quiet because they know where they're going in there so excited. Thank you guys for taking care of our babies.

My wife brought our 5- 10-month-old puppies who all needed full service. To say that her experience was amazing is an understatement. Our fur babies were very well taken care of!

Not good GREAT SERVICE. Very friendly atmosphere answering questions with a smile in and out in 5 min for puppy nail trim!! Highly highly recommend!!!!

I’ve brought all of my babies there for over 7 years. They do a great job grooming my Ellie, and it seems that she’s comfortable with them. Their prices are very fair as well. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We have just taken a small rescue puppy into our home. Sasha was so scared and had never had a groomer. We were really afraid to leave her anywhere but decided to give this happy pet grooming salon a chance with her we were absolutely thrilled with her grooming experience with happy pet Sasha is absolutely a doll. They were so kind with her and just did an outstanding job with her grooming and the way they loved her. We were so blessed to find them

Love their honesty. I came in for a full groom on my Boxerdoodle ( 1 year old ) and they told me he only needed a partial. I’ll definitely be back.

My dog loves going to the 'spa' and she gets great treatment from Ruth and Jeremy. I'm really glad I found them.

They are wonderful! They do all three of my dogs. I brought my littlest one in and she Peed on them. I apologize and they were very forgiving it happens I guess all the time. They didn’t treat her any different I would go to them for anything

I have mixed feelings about our visit. I brought my two female dogs in - over the phone the man said my medium sized dogs would be anywhere from $45-75 each depending on how long it took to dry them. They were able to get me an appointment the same week i called which was amazing. I brought both of my dogs in, discussed what they needed (which was just everything that the med dog service included) no shaving necessary. When i got my dogs it was $65 each and i asked if it was because they took longer to dry and I was told that they were hard to manage. He said they did very well with the grooming process but it was hard to manage them outside of that. So i’m assuming it was $15 extra per dog because of their behavior around other dogs. Not too happy about that but it’s fine I know my dogs can be a handful at times however what made me take off stars is when i got home I noticed that my dogs’ ears were not clean I took a qtip to the surface of their earlobes not even in the canal and as pictured that’s some of the stuff that came out. I do not know if this is because they were unmanageable at certain but I just don’t feel like $65 per dog I should have to come home and re-clean up anything. Overall, it was a good experience minus some negatives here and there but I would definitely give it another try! Both my dogs are very soft and they smell great UPDATE REPLY - you never said my dogs attacked anyone or any other dogs so if that was the case you would have said that over the phone or when i picked them up and you did no such thing. You never mentioned the word aggressive when i picked up my dogs and they’re NOT pits. If that’s the case, you’re telling me you 3 are unable to handle dogs? There are several reviews with much much smaller dogs and your response is always their behavior. That is your profession. Also you just let dogs attack each other without telling their owners? I wasn’t notified and if i wasn’t notified i’m sure the other dog who supposedly got attacked wasn’t notified. If my dogs allegedly attacked another dog I feel like both me and the other owner should have been in contact as that is a VERY SERIOUS issue and even bigger accusation. I have never had any issues with my other groomer who is a much smaller lady than all three of you and she works ALONE. There has never been any complaint about behaviors or aggression until I have you all a less than 5-star review. As i stated i was ok with the price but not if you’re going to leave dirty ears and stuff for your customers to redo after paying. I felt like I was very nice in my review and seeing your replies and customer service skills or lack there if you’re correct another place would be better. I said i was happy with the service however now that I see more than one review stating that you LIE about the dogs like you are in my response I understand the low rating and will adjust my review to reflect. Thank you for your service today. Reply - Absolutely. I have papers on my dogs which state they are NOT pits and i never said they were small i clearly stated medium sized they’re both 50 lbs and are pictured in my review. The white and brown dog is (AS STATED OVER THE PHONE WHEN MAKING APPT) boxer hound pointer and the brown one is a choc lab lab mix. Both have papers stating this. If you’re going to lie about an attack please let both owners know about the attack and not put it in a response to a review all of a sudden. Or as you now say no non family dogs are allowed near each other i’m confused as to how my dogs allegedly attacked another dog if they’re not near each other? That’s professionalism and most important SAFETY. Now you’re saying dogs aren’t allowed near each other but somehow my dogs attacked others, doesn’t make sense and i no longer feel the need to waste energy on back and forth with your lies. Thank you for your service again like i said I was happy with the service minus the ear cleaning, my dogs smell nice and they’re soft. Thank you have a blessed day.

First time and the pups loved it.

I would like to know if it were a partial or full groom especially since she claims it was 5$ more instead of comming back again for another charge but that’s the way they roll . I confronted them in person and there was no negotiation allowed by her or her co worker tall guy both with no regards for me and threatening me to call police also mocked me going out the door like high schoolers . I always was told Treat customers with respect and they return but I was yelled at and threatened and mocked. They also used my Lords name in vain ????
