Satisfied with my dogs first grooming! Easy to book your appointments & confirm them thru text. Makes life easy. My dog looks super cute!!!!

Schedule an appointment for 11 AM, doesn’t answer the phone, when he finally does T 11:36 AM he says that he needs another 30 minutes to get here. At 12:15 pm we call him again, he saids that if we want we can reschedule or wait another 30 minutes. The level of irresponsibility it’s amazing. But the level of ruthless it’s even worse. I will make sure that everyone knows this.

Ricky treats my 7mt old puppy with so much love and care, Jackson looks forward to seeing Ricky and his grooming appointment. I highly recommend WOW Grooming!!

I adjusted plans to have this appointment done and received an email that the appointments were canceled with no explanation. Surely was not canceled by me. Will be seeking services elsewhere.

I'm impressed with the quality and care given to my older dog. When it comes to caring for my Oreo, there is always extra considerations taken for her old age and sensitive skin. I was so happy to find that they use all organic products. The van is brand new, and everything is spotless. Wow, I am so happy to have found Wow Grooming!

Wow groomers always very patient and kind with my very timid 76 pound doggie. He comes back clean and fresh. I love their organic products!

These guys really figure it out how to really groom our beloved dogs, it was all smooth & smiles. Can't complaint! BTW: Brand new equipment, so even sweater!
