Very compassionate from the first call to the techs and doctor. I recently rescued a feral kitten. She had her vaccines and spay at a spay clinic. Because she’s so young I hadn’t registered her with a veterinary office therefore I didn’t have a doctor to call when a problem came up, my fault I know. She’s 7 months old and was showing signs of a UTI. I called 3 others offices in my area on a Wednesday. I was told they wouldn’t see her til Tuesday the following week. Feeling frustrated and scared for my girl, I made a call to VCA in Sterling. Without hesitation my Rae of sunshine said bring her in and will fit her in around our other patients. Not only did she and I receive TLC they called first thing this morning to check on her. I have found my babies forever vet! Thank you to the entire staff at VCA

I brought my cat Kayla in for her vaccines. Firstly, Rae is a marvel. She is kind, sympathetic, understanding and knowledgeable, she definitely made me feel comfortable bringing my girl in. Then in my opinion the real MVP, Lisa at the front desk! Kayla wasn't feeling too good after her shots and it was a bit concerning but nevertheless, Lisa came to the rescue, i would call and she would listen to my concerns and took them seriously. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok, she would address my concerns to the doctor and follow back up with me swiftly. Next thing you know my girl is back to normal! I really appreciate the staff here, you can tell they love what they do and they love their patients! Thanks guys!

We love VCA!! We take our dog for doctor visits and to get groomed. Everyone is nice and very helpful.

We love VCA Stirling! Everyone is so nice and are giving the very best to both, you and your furry pal. The whole team including Rachel, Briana, and Dr. MacArthur. When I arrived I called so they could pick up my cat for her checkup and shots. Briana came out quickly, and explained everything super well, and I could tell she really cared about Daisy, and I felt comfortable and in a good hands. Dr. MacArthur is the best and even provided notes on how everything went well and I love how the whole team was telling my Daisy was the sweetest cat. We were recommended VCA Stirling when I adopted Daisy at the HSBC. No regrets at all, she is now 1 with her second checkup here (first one when she was 4 months) and will always be coming here. Worth every penny, highly recommend!!!

They were great that they took my dog right in. However they changed me almost 200. For nothing and wanted me spend 700 more, for nothing, will not be back, I was going to switch to there from another VCA that I have been at for a few years. Nothing more than a Vet taking advantage of situation.

Dr. MacArthur saved my dog's life after a botched surgery at another vet clinic. They are very thorough, professional, and kind at VCA Stirling. If you want to care for your pet like you would care for yourself, this is the place. I recommend getting the monthly plan to cut down on some of the costs while still ensuring good care.

I just want to say at first I was kind of nervous knowing my baby needed emergency surgery for pyometra simply because I was unsure of the risks due to the severity of the situation. but just seeing all the staff coming up with a plan to move mountains just to save her made me Very Pleased!!!! and like I have been saying for the last couple of weeks YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!!!! THANK YOU DR.LEY & THE REST OF THE STAFF for the outstanding job you did saving my sweet girls life not only for that but for just always giving me the reassurance that shes in good hands. everytime we go she gets excited and wants to stay. I am forever thankful and greatful :) thanks again for always making sure my questions are answered even if I feel like it doesn't sound important and most importantly thank you for always treating us like we are apart of your family. My VCA home is on Commercial Boulevard with Dr. Kese and they were great crew but they only had small bags of dog food so I went ahead and called a few VCA animal hospitals and they had a 25 lb bag at Hollywood they were very friendly and nice thanks for the help

I adopted a puppy from the humane society and scheduled an appointment to vca for her first check up. They were very nice and covered everything we needed. They will be my #1 vet going forward

I adopted a dog from the shelter and they provided me with a list of vets in the area that I could utilize. I called up 4 different places and VCA was the only place that I felt was truly excited about my new family member. They provided me with detailed quotes and were actually interested in answering questions for me whereas the other vet offices I contacted made it seem like an inconvenience. I have only been a part of the VCA family, for 2 weeks but I am already grateful for all their help. My dog, Twyla absolutely loves Bria and is always excited to go inside which is nice to see because she can usually be shy around other people. We are definitely happy with the service we have received so far.

The best visit ever had. All the people I've encountered were extremely nice. The Dr was so nice he spoke until I understood with a nice quiet voice. I will return again if I need him.

This is the most friendly place I've been to. My dog, I could tell, was comfortable with the vet doc and the assistants. They were kind, patient, and helped me with my dog Simba. I appreciate them and after the holidays plan on going back there to take care of my dogs needs

They take great care of my dog. Make last minute appointments. Make sure my dog gets his preventive meds drop shipped monthly. Have really nice technicians that clean my dogs ears when he needs it. They sell products that are good for my pets and makes it convenient for me. VCA Hollywood On Sterling.

Dr. MacAurthur is so great and everyone on her team is awesome. They are always helpful when I call and are easy to contact. It is very rare to find such a compassionate team. It is so convenient to have grooming and medical services under one roof. We love you guys!

They get to know your furry loved one.. Kind, patient and always will work to squeeze you in in an emergency. I can't say enough about the awesome staff. Great ladies.

Staff was very nice. My dog loved them. The doctor explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions.

I hardly ever write reviews, let alone poor ones. This place is not to be trusted. First of all, their prices are outrageous and they do everything to rack up the treatment bill, but those are nonsequiturs to the real issues. I cancelled my VCA autoship for heartworm medication (which cost me $174 over the course of the year) and was advised that I had until the anniversary of my dog's last annual check up to have an online prescription approved. Low and behold, I TIMELY and in advance of the anniversary of my dog's annual check up processed an order for the same heartworm medication through Chewy (at only $96 for the year!) and the medical director, McArthur, DENIED my prescription. I called and brought this to their attention, but they declined to fix the issue. Not only was I misinformed, but now they are attempting to PREMATURELY force me to take my dog in for another physical exam in order to obtain routine veterinary medicine. Not to mention, when I've been there in the past, the Vet Techs appear to be making treatment and evaluation decisions that are BEYOND the scope of their training and experience. Fortunately, I found a much better veterinary office in Victoria Park.

I’ve been coming here since I lived in Hollywood. I moved to Downtown Fort Lauderdale 4 years ago and I still make the drive to see my favorite VCA team! I literally pass 3 other vets to come here but I do because they saved my dogs life when I first got him. Thanks for the 6+ years of service! I will forever be grateful for everything you’ve done for my baby Rocky.

My husband and I can't described how thankful we are for the help received from all the team! Our dog Rocky is in heaven now but they were so loving and caring for our baby and to us in the hardest moment in our life!. Hello- I also had very bad experience there. I took my male guinea pig there with Mastitis issues. ( I did not know at the time) Dr. Did not even check his heart, lung, and temperature just the routine check up stuff for a guinea pig having problems with his breast full of fluid and blood. Probably a mass underneath. I asked the Dr. to clean the area, get the fluid and blood out, to see if there is an infection. She literally told me " You can do it yourself at home" I'll get you the invoice, She also said she did not know what It could be even Cancer, But she recommended antibiotics, Silver ssd, and she did offer to do test on the blood came out of his nipple. I took the invoice and left. Couple hours later, I received a copy of the invoice and treatment list which included heart rate, temperature, respiratory rates etc. Unbelievable???

Started going here from good reviews and found a Groupon for it and saved a lot as well. Very good exam and shots were not too painful (it seemed) to my little girl! It is clean, with very cheerful and courteous staff and vet doctor. Decent prices, PLUS, you can use a Groupon every year! Totally satisfied with this business.

I took all of my dogs here for years and never really had an issue. The staff is very helpful and very obviously care about the dogs they take care of. The doctors are great and though the care club is a little expensive, it covers most costs. My dogs surgery went from around $700 to about $150.
