All of the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to upsell me anything, in fact I felt they were doing the opposite by discouraging me not to get unneeded x-rays. I also thought the prices were reasonable. Thank you for taking care of my dog… John

Dr. Krista is amazing!! Diego was limping and feeling pain in his back leg. Dr. Krista clearly loves her patients. She was so gentle, so kind, and extremely knowledgeable during the exam. The hospital is clean, staff was very friendly, and they were honest. Highly recommend!

Dr.Krista, Stephanie, and all the staff assisting us were compassionate and genuine. They accepted us immediately, reviewed the medical records, and spoke with us right away within minutes. Nothing can be done for our baby and went to them for a second opinion. We were well informed, consoled, and left with closure. Dr. Krista gave our family reassurance that everything we did and all the thousands spent was truly all that we could do for Major.

Very friendly staff, super informative, even user stress, the staff were super pleasant and helpful. Bring a sweater, it's very cold inside, both in the waiting room and individual rooms.

My dog was diagnosed with Pyometra. The doctors and staff here were great with her and very informative. They performed her surgery and she is doing wonderful. I highly recommend this vet office.

Vanessa and other front desk staff made arrival and check in easy and efficient. Jacqueline and Dr. Barr were EXCELLENT in all ways with my animal. They made sure to explain everything regarding his presentation and care to me. Good quality service and all around good experience, for both my animal and myself.

My 6 lb baby boy could not walk and was in terrible pain. The staff worked to get me in that day and vet was so kind and gentle with my baby. Alejandro the vet tech was THE BEST!!! He carries my little Harley like he was his own baby for his laser treatment. He has had 2 laser treatments and is walking very wobbly but walking. The front staff is attentive and friendly every time Thank you Pet Express!!

Dr. Diaz is a Saint in a lab coat. Sunday night, Halloween, I had to make one of the most difficult decisions as a pet owner, it was time to put my beloved four legged child down for her last sleep. After having a conversation filled with blubbering, hysterical crying, Dr. Diaz comforted me, and assured me I was making the best decision for my 16 year old girl. He was not only concerned for my sweet girl I brought in, but my sweet girl at home, who would now be without her sister. On more than one occasion I heard sniffles as he administered the medication for my sweet girls last sleep. He comforted my sweet girl with a pillow under her head, and brushed her ears and she fell asleep. During a very dark time, he was the shining light. In addition to Dr. Diaz, the entire staff at the clinic Halloween was exceptional. I’m sure they see many hysterical, blubbering messes, but they treated me, and I’m sure all of us, with dignity and compassion. I will forever remember my experience there with fondness. And I will bring my sweet girl at home in for her regular check ups, he’s my new forever vet.

If your looking for all inclusive pet care look no further. Petexpress is the all inclusive best care vet that I have ever visit . They have genuine personality with the Furry parents as well as their furry patients. I brought my 2kitties sine this year in July . I have receive exceptional service face to face and on the phone even my multiple calls to address concern as my kitty wasn't feeling well. Their vet services cost appear to be reasonable not high cost like others. They treat you better than family. Every contact via phone and in f2f have been provided with a professional and sweet style. No matter how many times I contacted to address my cat illness and changes they always answer my calls and remain kind and professional. Thank you Dr Barr for being such a wonderful Dr , in answering all my multiple questions for my furry kitty and providing her the best treatment for her current respiratory symptoms. To the staff from Gus who gave me my first free vet visit in July to Connie who during all my visits greets me with a smile and a friendly conversation. To the team of administrative asst that have answer my multiple calls as I am a worry cat mom.Thank you Michelle, Melissa, Charylynn and Christine who just assisting me with a terrific price match on my kitty medications. To the team of techs as Alejandro, Jackie, John who are kind and knowledgeable and have provided me with care and assist my kitty making her comfortable during all her x-ray checks and follow up. I am so happy to visit this hospital with my Rocky, because they are wonderful people, professionals, the place is cozy, with extreme cleanliness, the price is acceptable, I recommend it 100% .Dr. Krista was so good and professional with my Rocky that he wanted to stay, and his assistant Alejandro, the best, a wonderful treatment, had all the patience even though I don't speak the language, he translated everything the doctor explained to me with a lot of patience and charisma.Thanks Pet Express Animal Hospital .

I switched doctors office and was nervous about the change. Yesterday my fears were swept away with Alejandro and Dr. Diaz. My boy was relaxed and well cared for. What a nice and lovely group of people. Can't wait to take the other boys to meet everyone. Alejandro was so caring and sweet! Dr. Diaz listened to all my concerns and came up with a great plan to address my guys needs!

Finally an animal hospital that isn't EVIL and Dr Dave has My approval and that means alot because I've been to 4 different vets in the last 6 months and their the only vet who actually has a heart for the health of your pets and truly cares for animals and not your money

We found an emaciated starving little old chihuahua in my neighborhood and Alejandro set me up right away to have him checked out. I really appreciate all the loving care shown to this sweet lil dog. He got a full exam and labs done. I definitely recommend Alejandro and Dr. Barr. Love them!

Was left on hold while I was trying to ask for cost to take a sick and may be dying kitten so I had to hang up and call another place cause the person always said to keep holding and there automatic hold message is a lie I don't think they really care.

I took in a stray that had kittens and took them here. I had to get an appointment right away and they squeezed me in the same day. All the doctors have been fantastic, and Alejandro has been great with helping me and the kittens. All the staff is friendly and helpful and you can tell they genuinely care about your pets. Great service and very helpful and responsive!
