You can see by their response to my review the kind of people here. No apology, just more excuses. I was not told what they are saying in poorly written English. If they would care about their customers a little more, It would be a nice place to bring your pet. They had an earlier response which was just as worthless. They are just trying to make themselves look like they are not at fault for leaving me hanging for 3 days wondering what to do with my pet. An apology would show they care, excuses and blame cement my review. Too bad, like I said in my first review, if they would care about the people who bring their pets to them, they could be a five star. too bad. They seemed good in the office, but I was told i would get a call back with results of the blood work for my cat the next day. They never called. I had to call them back 3 times to finally get the results four days later. Once I spoke with them they seemed good again, but they need to work on their follow ups. I have a friend who used to bring her dog there, but stopped because of their seemingly lack of caring. If they improve their social skills with their customers they could be a 5 star.

I took my FRENCHIE to get a c section as she was in labor and after my doggie had her puppies she contracted an infection and died. This veterinary hospital is awful they sent my baby FRENCHIE home and she died due to an infection she contracted as her uterus was not seen properly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. She got a bad case of septicemia

Direct and to the point. They will not waste your time and money with unnecessary meds or treatment. I was recommended to this vet by one of the corporate vets and told they are a bit more thorough and personal, and they are. From health certificates to emergency visits these guys do it all and they pour their heart and soul into it. The waiting room may get busy but waiting in the comfort of your vehicle is an option. The treatment rooms are extremely hygienic as well as the conditions in the private section of the clinic are kept in pristine order. On one occasion I called them and explained the symptoms that my dog was having and they highly recommended bringing her in for an emergency check up. Turned out she had an infection. Dr. Amaury was able to complete his diagnosis with the needed tests. He gave his prognosis and double checked with Dr. Fustes for a second opinion and they moved to treating her. Unfortunately it was too late for her but that didn't stop this clinic from doing everything they could to try and save her during the next 24 hours. Lunia, the office manager, was by our side practically every step of the way to explain our options, assisted in decisions, and even console us in our lose. Rashel, the front desk tech, assisted us with the selection of the urn and completing any details that needed to be handled. This isn't the only visit I've had with this vet but it was the most meaningful one. It wasnt the last visit either. Even in passing they care for your animal and at no point did I feel rushed. The entire staff at presidential has at one point or another stepped up to make our visits the best they could be, too many names to list.. thank you to all. I lost my whole litter going to them people they give the mother dog to much meds when my pups came out they couldn’t breath then the nurses or who they had working with the doctor during the Procedure didn’t know who to wake the pups up I will never go back there & I do not recommend them at all

Very great service with my pet Bandi. She was very loved and taken care of after a very bad accident. The surgery went great and lots of love to Zaylin. And thank you to Dr. Fustes and his great team.

All the "come back" comments from what looks like the most unprofessional owner is....you didn't pay stop writing false reviews lol. By looking at it all these dog owners have said the truth! They are unprofessional and they are killing your pets!

Went on google to search for a vet however I’ve decided to continue to my search, it is not due to the reviews but due to the responses the company has left to these reviews. Shows a complete lack of professionalism; if you can’t even pretend to be nice online imagine how they treat your pets when you aren’t looking

It’s been over a month since I’ve taken my dog for an emergency appointment. I was referred to this business by a friend that spoke very highly of the doctor, staff and pricing offered here. I will say, I cannot see the potential my friend saw in this place. I’ve called REPEATEDLY over the past few weeks to speak to a doctor or let alone a nurse to discuss the results of the tests ran on my dog and to discuss a plan of action and I keep being told I will be called back. After they ran the needed tests on my dog, I was told the dr had another emergency appointment and that I would have to leave and wait for a call back. STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. My dogs symptoms have returned multiple times since my initial visit and this office has done nothing to help. I understand that my pet isn’t the only one they see but if I’m going to pay for an emergency visit, I expect to be able to discuss the results and what needs to be done moving forward with the doctor. This is completely unacceptable.

The management here is completely unprofessional, they are way too understaffed, you’ll never get attended at the time of your appointment its usually an hour wait or more, if your pet has to stay for any reason they never call you to give you updates on your pet they only call to approve more medications or treatments to charge you more, they do have relatively good prices but the attention is horrible if the owners or management decide they dont like you they become very rude, very unprofessional people i wouldn’t trust my pets with them ever, the only thing theyre good for is c sections for breeders because of the price, they never have their notes in order the dr is almost never in, theyre record keeping is horrible.

Great place! Loved the costumer service, they even gave us a mug to drink coffee as a souvenir! My little one needed a teeth deep cleaning and it went perfect ????????

The best doctor for my dogs, one of my 7 dogs she can't even walk..the doctor Fuste did a complex cirgury and she is perfect now!!!. All my frechies are in his hands,Everytime they have any issue, he always knows exactly what needs to be done for them to be ok quickly, i will never change that place for any other clinic!!!

I went to this vet for my rabbit. i’ve never had a better experience at a vet before this. Dr. Fustes took care of us and our pet and did an amazing job. he explained every little detail and was able to get my rabbit back to health in two days. he truly cares about this job and all the animals and you can tell. after our pet was sent home he even called us to see how our pet was doing. i was nothing but pleased with my experience.

I love this vet. I drive 40 mins to come to this place.

The Absolute Worst !!! Run!!!!

Is great doctor great experience would recommend anybody with peis command anybody with pets to go see him even took care of a kangaroo today 1st time in my life I've ever seen a veterinarian helping and taking care of a kangaroo My dog Gucci came out Scott free healthy

everyone who works here is very kind i have nothing to say about that however they are extremely inefficient and have no clue what they are doing. if you care about your animal find another place. i brought my 10 lb maltese poodle dog because he was scratching, biting and ripping the hair of his tail. it looked really bad and it was clearly infected. they made us wait an hour and 30 for our appointment. really makes me wonder how long i would have to wait if it was a real emergeny and i didn’t have an appointment. they clearly over book and are stretched thin. once they finally saw us, the nurse and the vet were really nice but they clearly had no idea how to handle it. the vet came in told us it was probably an infection and said he would do a culture. he said that he would also shave his tail. he left and when the nurse came back in she said we were all good to go. WE had to tell her what the doctor said. clearly there is a huge lack of communication. she said that she was going to ask him if his tail needed to be shaved. she came back 10 minutes later and said that the plan was to shave it. they ended up shaving it and get this, they made us leave WITH NO CONE, NO PAIN MEDICATION, absolutely nothing. if my dogs tail is CLEARLY infected why would you make us leave with out a cone to protect it??? first they said they didn’t have. how on earth could a vets office not have cones..? after insisting they told us that they do have them they just don’t sell them. i would pay any price for my dog to be healthy. i think any animal parent can relate and understand how justified this reaction is. after spending money there that literally went to the garbage, i now found another vets office. we explained our experience and they could not believe how we were treated. they gave him proper medicine, a cone and even a shot in his tail for the infection/ pain. if you love your animal please please please do not go here.

Our Frenchie went into labor at 3:00 am, and we needed an emergency C-Section. Dr. Humberto Fustes and his assistant Silvia met us at his office and jumped into action. It wasn't long, and we were back in his operating room, and we were able to observe the operation from beginning to end. He successfully delivered seven little puppies. He explained why he didn't remove the placenta firmly attached to the uterus wall as he did not want our dog to have excess bleeding. There was no visible evidence of fresh bleeding by the end of the first day, and I have only seen after-birth discharge. After the surgery, while still at the clinic, our frenchie, although groggy, was standing and starting to walk. We appreciate Dr. Fustes taking the time to explain his way of doing a C-section and letting us know what we could expect. When we needed to call his office, Melissa, the receptionist is very attentive. If you are looking for an experienced and caring doctor for your pet, you might want to talk with Dr. Fustes.

Do not recommend at all, they will lie to you to keep your pets and keep charging you money. They will know when you’re calling and not answer the phone and are super sketchy when you want to pick up your pet. This place is a scam and they have no respect for peoples animals.

This place is terrible. They’ve had my cat hostage for 5 days so far. It took them 4 days to start giving my cat medication. Still no answers. No one seems to know anything and they don’t answer phone calls. Front desk is understaffed and overpopulated with clients. They told me I would have her ready by the next day. I guess this is how they hustle you and make money. I miss my cat and I wish I had taken her some where else.

If you want to spent a lot of time for nothing go to this place!You pay but never receive any response, or medical records!
